Premium Member Mcgee In Pieces

McGee sat in the corner of the local pub
With a puzzle laid out on a table
He had worked on it, fitting the pieces
When he had time and was able

Tonight was the night and it happened like this
That McGee was to realize his goal
He stood up and cheered so all there could hear
As he pushed the last piece in the hole

"I've done it" He said, and lifted his glass
To guzzled the rest of his beer
And paused for a sec, to challenge the mob
To attempt what he had accomplished right there!

Silents ensued for a moment or two
'Till an Englishman said in a heat
"It looks Like a hundred pieces or so,
How long did it take to complete"

"Two month ten days" McGee proudly boasted
The man spied the puzzle and said
"It should have only taken a week"
Then sat down shaking his head

"Two months ten days" Repeated McGee
As if he had won the World Cup
Then held up the box read what it said
"Right here it says 2yrs and up"!

Worthless Toy

Worthless like a toy
No sign of recognition
 I’m Depressed…oh boy!

Here it goes again –
That same hurt, beating me up
I’m missin’ someone . . .

She isn’t worthless
He’s valuable in my life
No one’s NOT VITAL!

Disgraceful lies stab!
Everyone’s significant
Don’t stab my back please!

He isn’t worthless
She’s the reflecting diamonds
Mirror my hope, love

The bad habit comes back
It feels like walking on
Sharp pins and needles

The child swings alone
No trace of childlike pleasure
You sincerely smile . . .

I break like a toy
I frown all of the sudden
Waves of emotions ~ ~ ~ ~

(written by me of course! Got inspired by some strange event and childhood nostalgias.
I thought I saw someone I knew – a homeless, kind man, but he didn’t recognize me. I think he was someone else though! Haha!
Anyways, he didn’t even wave a single “hello”, so I carried on with my walk towards home from school! I had the creative juices flowin’ during that time and I wrote this pretty much (in the middle of my walk and I sat on a nearby waiting-for-a-bus bench and started typing on my 1990’s or 80’s typewriter/keyboard – I look fancy when type on it)!
~Have a sweet, relaxful week and weekend. Farewell for now – until I post again! I don’t know when I’ll do so, but I will soon! I’m in no hurry to do it! I’ll do it any time this summer. It’s a mystery to unfold like receiving an unexpected present – unwrap it and keep reading and penning on!

CIVILIAN AVIATION, MILITARY AVIATION

Chemistry, Physics, Logic and Math
These are the factors, Computable path
These are the functions to take, these exclusions
Tea is the Chai , these are herbal infusions

Chemistry, Physics, Logic and Math
Hardware, software, as service is SAAS
These are the functions to take, these exclusions
This is my goal, I pursue the intrusion

Gnomics, the calculus, logic and sense
Poem is written with state of Defense
Strategy, Tactics and the Workarounds
Review at this stage automatically rounds

Goals and tasks, the intentions, warfare
What would be way to be reasonably clever
Functions, the logic, historical concrete
Cognitive science of humans is on it

Cognitive science of humans is on it
Where cognition of humans are moron
Still we opinions value
They bore us

Stale and unsolvable, product of firms
Solutions in stall, in the air these soares
Starting conditions, weather, magnetic
Ethics is difficult, complex is ethics

Broken, dissolved, are the points and aspects
We do crave the power
We want many assets

In cases of what
The presumption of innocence
Facts contradict
What's its luminescence

Glow in the dark
Little beacon for radar
Visible spectrum
TATATA TATATA

Rhymes and melodies, noise and annoying
You are the foe, I am the foeing

AM I MY BROTHER’S KEEPER

if the one issue is murder,
murder’s number one,
let’s ignore “the truth”

“put on this blindfold
listen to my soothing words.
i’m your mama.
no, i’m not pulling your leg.

don’t look at the man behind the curtain
nor the puppeteer.
ignore the split; pretend
it’s a banana split, all pretty.

put a bow on it.
don’t worry; you don’t need to look.”
look the other way.
traffic’s coming;
but it’s not you who gets “hit”

mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, in-laws
missing from the family line.
who cares for those lumped
into a heap of parts;
parts for sale

sell the koolaid
in all its l-o-v-e-l-y hues —
choose is the flavor of the day

obey the almighty parade
of fame and fortune

the “sacrifices” don’t even warrant
a burial plot

Then the Lord said to Cain, Where is your brother Abel?”
“I don’t know,” he replied. “Am I my brother’s keeper?”
The LORD SAID, “What have you done? LISTEN!
Your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground.”

Genesis 4:9-10 NIV

THE DUSTY BOX OF MEMORIES

THE DUSTY BOX OF MEMORIES

I was not searching, but just stumbled on it
Across a dusty box of memories in my brain
Not the usual recollection of a pleasant time
But some events that never seemed to rhyme
Ones when remembered, do cause me pain
And never deserving reference in any sonnet

Those were many years spent working away
A family growing up, yet me just like a ghost
My wife bringing up two kids, almost alone
And since then, a feeling that I should atone
Yet for me, progress unworthy of any boast
Just more tension and anxiety, day after day

The memories like coals I rake over in a fire
Regret that burns, of the precious years lost
What hurts me most is the deafening silence
And perhaps the wrong target for defiance
As when memories are tallied, I see the cost
I was in many sectors, almost a gun for hire

There’s a bitter taste now left in my mouth
From the dusty box of memories spilled out
Images, some only imagined and rarely real
Thoughts compete with how it makes me feel
As it resets the dial to endure another bout
No relief is found between North and South

I do need some way to forever lose that box
It’s here, denying access to better memories
But it is that span across grimaces and grins
That sets the scene for all the losses and wins
To avoid my treating those years as enemies
Give me that gentle tide washing over rocks

I'm not perfect but I'm worth it

#I'm_not_perfect_but_I'm_worth_it
I'm not perfect but I'm worth it, I'm working on it, I go up, I go down, through your eyes, I see my picture, your soul perfected, believe you me, I'm trying to fit in, but demons in my spirit wakes me at night, commanding me to stray, you don't know my internal battles, I'm at war with myself

Maybe I'm still resistant to accept that you are now part of me, still holding tight to my longly fate, maybe it was planted so deep, with it's roots still echoing to cores of my soul, maybe I'm afraid to let go off my demons and let your halo cleanse me

I'm far from perfection, lean closer and see how dedicated I'm trying to dismantle the walls chocking my freedom to let in, to accepting change and being one with it

No day goes by, without strangling my self to sleep, when how hard I try to be the projected light your eyes, reflects of me, it's not easy believe you me, I turn restless through the night, bashing my flaws

I fear, this golden moment with you might slip through my fingers before I win this battle in me, but believe you me I'm putting the effort and hours to walk with clear mind into our new bond

Wish you would try to listen with purpose, and hold my hand and assure me that we will fight this together, and hear you say perfect doesn't exist for to be human is to err

Wish you bear with me, as I untangle off my demons, my fears and insecurities, wish you not only understand but assure me that we are in this together, come what may

I'm not perfect but I know there's more good in me than my imperfections, and you too knows that, me taking ownerships of my flaws, it's me with one leg on the staircase to fixing myself, please don't bash me for acknowledging my flaws

I'm not perfect but worth it, I wear my flaws like crown on head, wish life came with manual to nevigate better, maybe I would align with every box in your wish list, a perfect version of me. Allow me to be your Rome, and try to build me each day, I'm fragile, I'm not perfect but I'm worth it

ONE DAY

One day joy herein will not be found
Your sound mind will become unsound
Your friends will no longer be around
Your body weak will long for the ground

One day the beauty you admire will fade
And the ugliness you dislike will pervade
Your rich mansions the poor will invade
Your glowing skin will be for the mortician's pomade

One day the eyes that long to see shall close
The hands that long to acquire will lose
The legs that long to walk will repose
The body that is always fresh will decompose

One day my name will be added the title "late"
The life I enjoy will push me out of its gate
My powerful self will helplessly lie in state
My powerful name will be on the cemetery's slate

One day from my position I will be put away
Another in that position would be meant to stay
As mighty as I am I will laid in the dirtiest clay
As handsome as I am I will be made to decay

One day even my grave will be wiped out
For time carries no one about
On my grave grasses and weeds will sprout
On it birds and animals will gather to shout

Howdy stranger

I don't know who you are
I don't know your name
I might know where you live
And maybe even a guess on how you look
But it's all a bridge of uncertainties
Only when I walk on it will I know
If it stays of if it falls
When it shall fall I shall know it was never true
But what if it stays still
Will I be brave enough to cross it
And will I be brave enough to come to you
How will that day feel
I only ask of you to let me love you
That's all I've wanted from a while
To love
And to love you unconditionally
That would be the greatest achievement of mine afterall
So please let me know how when we walk past each other
Throw me a Hello
But until we meet again, keep loving me
And keep making beautiful memories

Life

LIFE.....
What is life???
Life is a journey
Life is a puzzle
Only the correct pieces to be connected
Connected to complete puzzle
Pieces which differ from size & shape
They made from different moments
Even if they fit but does not...
A human life.
It has to be the right format.

Life that depends in all seasons
Life is not completed with Rands or Dollas
Only those who has the strength to
Hang on will survive.
Life is a picture without a painter
Its a subject of tolerance.
Life is a gift from the Creator
Life is a Journey without a master
It is full of surprises and challenges
Consist of Great and Happy moments
Life is never good
Life is never smooth
Life is a storm just learn how to dance on it
It consist of rain, sun and cold weather
LIFE IS PRECIOUS...

lately i have become aware
i was wrong thinking i am just me
there are lines above my head, a pair
someone's controlling me for a fee

the marketers with their advertising machines
run us all, apparently and do so continually
they do so on walls or surfaces using screens
everything we think is fed to us intentionally

no matter what your cause is it's them pulling the strings
wether you are for or against or anywhere in between
they write all of the scripts and the conflict that it brings
if you like oil, the cash it makes or chose to be green
trust me you're their puppet your speaking from their script
it has been ingrained in your brain since your first day
give them a child 'till he's five he's theirs he's been snipped
even at the park - slide, swing or climb it's their way

not you! right?somehow they missed your unique behind
you're wrong they got you too, always no matter where you sit
no one escapes the adjustment made to their mind
the world is a stage and we merely the puppets on it
