Twin “Tee” Poems for a twenty-dollar bet, yet better than the setup in this setting

Begin

You have hurt feelings
Been in shady dealings
The consequences
Fence us in

Abuse

Something strangely
Is deranged
How will my baby
Be the same

Ambition

Somewhat crazy
Out of use
I am NOT lazy
I will NOT lose

Loss

In a dark existence
It seems like no one listens
Losing so much power
Hour after hour

Good life

Rock and roll and women
The gifts we have been given
Poetry for our souls
None of it ever gets old

Poetry NOT proses

Finding out the meaning
Of what a video is streaming
While children run around screaming
I sit with a finger up my nose

Game

Being a teacher
While standing in the bleachers
Cheering on students

Doctor

Sick as a damned dog
Going to the appointment
It is somewhat a relief

Overwhelmed

I have a few followers
Appreciation comes after creation
There is always a new realization

Favor

I took some pictures
I wrote a book for my mother
It did not help myself or my brother
Yet it still worked wonders

The gift

Her Mom is NOT hot as a soul
This is what I have allotted I have been told
Still, what can be brought?

Sharp

Putting on a suit,
Learning to tie a tie,
Just being a guy...

Fate

Waking up late
I have an important date
Just one more mistake

New Love

Hitting second base
A pretty girl in my face
All I do is chase

Starving

Playing guitar
Feeling like a star
So far,
It has been very hard

Queen

Prince’s wincing,
At the messed-up world,
Someone is hinting,
On what can be unfurled...

Teacher

Slowly scraping
Across the blackboard...
It is like being raped as a whore...

Behavior

Say, “Yes ma’am...”
I say, “God damn!”
Is this a sham???
Or part of another scam...

Blackout

Strip club member
You do NOT remember???
What you did?
You are a ed-up kid...

Fake

Friends turn on you
You can barely trust anyone
All you can to is to pretend
In the end
On gin we depend...

Turn the Wheel

I’ve figured out that I’ve been lying to myself
Leaving all of my worries in the top shelf
The thud in my heart – it isn’t that reassuring
Don’t inhale the flames in your burning heart…
Or you’ll hurt yourself
Don’t come across the icky fumes of fire-feeding lies
Your gaze locks into my own –
I’m still subject to your suffering
I’m slowly dying…though I’ll keep trying
Absolutely no one in the world can stop me from subsiding
You have a beautiful soul,
At first glance, I noticed your angelic features,
Decorated eloquently in your affectionate eyes
Do you abide with the peace-abiding angels?
You are more precious than posh, rare jewels . . .

~~Chorus~~

Give me a chance to overcome
These waves of emotions
Understand my situation
Don’t pay attention to the commotion
I see you in secret,
Skipping with pride and unspoiled vitality
While I’m… frozen forever
Livin’ this life guilt-free is impossible in my case…
Save me from the monsters, spewing out sinister lies

~~~~~~~
Your screams fail to reach my ears
You won’t hear me cry aloud
These tears were bottled up inside for years
I just wanna scream out loud!
Turn the wheel in my mind’s eye – I’m overflowing with guilt and horror –
Don’t let the tide of terror sweep over me with woe
Open wide your mouth
Let me fill it in with words of pure, inviting insight,
Not distasteful remorse
Baby Don'T Leave Me
Where do we began
We started like
slot of folk
We started
Off being friends
Said you wanted
a man
I offered myself
Committed to you
There was no one else
Are we Complicated
By needing things
Things I know
Cause our family
Grows
Don't act like
It's stuff you
Don't know
I'll make time
To be with you
There are somethings
Only I can do
If you
Just hold on
Things will be better
Then we can
Have sometime
To spend
Together
This is all
I ask of you
Man's
Gotta do
What ah must do
Baby don't leave me
It's sorta like
Cause I told you so
Honey I don't need to
Hear darling
I just gotta let you
Go
Baby don't leave me
Cause I don't want
You to go
I love you
And don't wanna let
You go
Left someone else
To be with you
Now I'm alone
What am I to do
Tipping out wiff
Sum one else
It's lonely here
all by myself
My friends egg me
on when you
around
And smile and laugh
When you're here
You think they like
You
And their words
Sincere
I need ah man
Who will put me
First
Sometimes
I am second or
third
Listen please
Don't interrupt me
I think it's time
For me to
Leave
Baby
Don't leave me
You know I really
Love you so
I love you
And I don't want
You to go
Baby
Don't leave me
I ain't nothing by
Myself
I love you
I promise there is
No one.else
PERSONALITY
The game of avoidance is played so well
perfected it so, it's very hard to tell
when and if it's on, one does not know.
There is nothing and no one able to show
what comes from - lays deep within the soul.
Because there is a refusal to believe
it becomes impossible - one can not conceive
what it is that becomes a part of the personality
that will take a relationship, lead it to finality
and never see, perceive what was laid down.
It must be only one way - a set of ground
rules by which one must comply
or it's over the relationship must die
a very slow death from the awareness
there will never be a closeness.
What does the broken heart do?,
inside, bury the thoughts of you
so the soul can keep on living
knowing you will never be giving
in an inch let alone a foot or two.
Regrets - Maybe a Few
Every single breath I take
Each hour I’m awake
They come but once
And then are gone
Forever vanishing into space
So never must you ever waste
Enjoy ~~
There is no need for haste
Live each and every moment
Each day a brand new sunrise
Her colour ~ her hue ~ is new
Exquisitely diverse
just like a day within my life
Never knowing what will come
be it happy ~ be it fun
Maybe tears under the sun
but no one knows what is to come
so live your life with joy
Be kind ~ Be good ~ Be true
Take in the simple things of life
Don’t yearn
for what may cause you strife
As after all there’s just one life
So do the best you can
Don't bury your head in sand
‘Cos you will never ever
get that day
that hour
that minute
that second
ever back again…
So do not treat life with disdain
you'll only have yourself to blame
Just look around take in life’s view
regrets ~ maybe a few
but in the end
enjoy each day
that life has given you…
I REMEMBER SMOKEY
Once when I was just a kid,
My sister eight years older,
My sister's boyfriend came to call,
As we were playing soldier.
Stationed in the jungle we,
Cut off from our troop.
Surrounded by the enemy,
We must escape, regroup.
To do this we must make a stand,
Take out that lone guard.
A local girl distracted him,
So we could hit him, hard.
My sister led him to the porch,
To kiss her friend good night,
Not suspecting they were watched,
Or what we planned that night.
They stood before the porch steps,
In young love's sweet embrace,
I'm sure the neighbors heard his scream,
You should have seen her face.
We snuck up very slowly,
They never heard a sound,
They thought that they were all alone,
With no one else around.
The timing perfect as we leaped,
I yelled to him,"ATTACK!"
And Smokey did as he was told,
He ran straight up his back.
The young boy screamed, jumped off the porch,
And made tracks for his car.
My sister cried to Mama,
"He'll prob'ly have a scar!"
The young boy swore that he was bit,
Felt teeth in his behind.
I grinned and said,"But not the cat,
The teeth he felt were mine."
Mama laughed so hard at that,
That we did not get punished.
My sister went into her room,
Her reputation tarnished.
She felt no boy would date her now,
She had a rabid sister,
Who hung out with a feral cat,
No one could resist her.
So cute and sweet, she had it all,
You'd think she had it made;
But with me no one would call,
She'd die as an old maid.
It is dark and cold
In a heart that is old
Lifes lessons, weighing.
you down
No one around
Thinking on days gone bye
As a tear falls from your eye
What binds left to tie
love that was lost
A cold heart was what it cost
No one around
Silence has a loud sound
Ringing in your head
Don't want to go to bed
It gets worse
This curse
Peace and happiness a dream long gone
Always wondering what went wrong
Pain  and anger hides  down deep
Memories of yesterday won't let you sleep
Just weep
A woman that you miss
Her touch , her kiss
The big lie
Long after she did die
Still you cry
Till death do you part
That doesn't take them from your heart
Memories last long after
The laughter
Time doesn't heal
For it doesn't feel
Ready for the end of the rhyme
My time
Memories , silent echoes of times gone by
They sometimes make you cry
Did your best
But ready for that final rest
The Trap Is What They Call It
The trap is what they call it, bait the cheese, but please don't wait on me
So they polish it, put the chrome and rims on it and I abolish it
Am I strong or mostly lucky, considered threatening only when they rush me
Now was we, ever did you trust me
Like Justice, who in the hell's got the custody
This is a must list
As I drop a bold statement "Trust no one"
I heard so many lies i could never sow one
But as I fold one, to put it in the back of my mind, I froze once
thought about it some more and you know what
Take the pieces and connect them, make some theories and  test them
Then resume as if they spoke the Truth
Give them the room to hang the noose
These used items: have collected and united
The Truth is silent, listen close and you will find it
I am the Master of my Fate and the Captian of my soul
But unfortunately I wrecked the ship, layed my title down and invested in
My purpose and my destiny
I sought so much control it eventually got the best of me
And as I'm picking up from ashes, How have I lasted?
Truth be present, I report this abuse if your not veiwed in this message
As my veiw adjust it's fittingly, Agility is verified so crushed is every lie
And as I'm brushed by the hands of Love I take a look deep down inside
Will my wounds heal as I find your wounds will
Premium Member Just Like You
[Verse]
Hello my friend, I know you don't know me
but I have something I'd like to share with you.
Does it feel like the end,
somedays are you lonely
as if no one understands
or cares to.
Do you cry in the night
when the darkness hides your tears?
Do you say you're alright
even though you're broken and full of fear?
I know because I've been there
Oh oh i know that weight you cannot bear
Oh oh oh I know! I know!
And I know the way to get through,
oh oh yes I do!
[chorus]
His name is Jesus! His name is Lord of light
He is the way, he is the truth and the life
And he wants to meet you right now,
no matter if you've fallen so far.
No need to try change yourself
he wants you just as you are
Don't stop to wash the dirt clean,
don't wait until your what they seem,
to think you ought to be.
God sees the real you
that nobody else sees.
He wants someone just exactly like you…and just like me.
[verse]
So now my friend you know you are loved
just for being you
Now it's time to let Him know
if you love him too
Do you know how it feels
to be set free from sin and shame?
DID you know you were made new
just by calling out his name?
Through Jesus you are worthy
Now go and share your story
Oh oh share what you've been through
oh oh oh tell them you know the one,
Oh oh yes you do!
[chorus]
His name is Jesus! His name is Lord of light
He is the way, he is the truth and the life
And he wants to meet you right now,
no matter if you've fallen so far.
No need to try change yourself
he wants you just as you are
Don't stop to wash the dirt clean,
don't wait until your what they seem,
to think you ought to be.
God sees the real you that nobody else sees. He wants someone just exactly like you
and just like me.
Premium Member Playing the Game
There is a game we all must play
Without the slightest hope of winning.
It doesn't cease at end of day,
From start to end, it's one long inning.
The game observes no rules, no guidelines,
Though there well may be a master plan,
Much like a game of "Cat and Mouse",
Or "Tag", or maybe "Catch Me If You Can".
No one gets benched or sits on sidelines,
Though only two at once can play.
One side's the cat and one the mouse;
Death is the hunter, we the prey.
The odds are badly stacked against us,
And there's no way to hedge the bet,
But we play with firm determination,
One shot at life is all we get.
There is no coach, there is no scoreboard,
No victory party to attend.
No one can tell the game's duration,
But all too well how it will end.
