Trust, like a pitiless whore-master, grins
as between the sheets and at my breasts, he suckles.
Though Cupid lauds' the joy, I feel only stings.
The manic moon shivers to shriek-like violins
as trusting seed is split and son-less my knees buckle
mother-less street urchin blanched, impatient, sin.
In sympathy the sun pales night's mood swings
seeking to caress and hold with a fractured chuckle
love's exhausted, and misspent, ripened lingerings
To the dying day and I, cry of might-have-beens
ivory white my ice hands, my bleeding knuckles
Trust like a pitiless whore-master grins
Though Cupid lauds' the joy, I feel only stings.
I can see it in your eyes
It’s a selfish mans pride
And I can see it in your eyes
You should probably let it die
“Live and let it die”
“Live and let it die”
“Whether aught to us unknown afflicts us thus”
Mood swings and jealousy
Why it contradicts the trust
The same as a man with three fingers
Two blues singers and a tenor
Caught a misdemeanor trying to make an honest living
Doing things the right way, earned me a trip to prison
Putting that Brookshire’s wardrobe on and selling wafers and crèmes
Is no safer than a drug dealers scheme
I call it for a day and live it for the rest of my life
Perhaps this will unselfishly bring rest into my nights
A young man sieged in the endless city lights
I reminisce on better thoughts
Reluctantly I fail to count your pity twice
Your Sympathy was only lively advice
And I can see it in your eyes
It’s a selfish mans pride
But I can see it in your eyes
You should probably let it die
Start from the East where all things start,
Delight a feast as shrewd mind arts.
Once in a while, mahjong game styles
Rapport and smiles in crafty piles.
The hurl of dice to start the game,
Brings fond surprise to joust the same.
Mind shifts fond plot in cards and tiles,
Movements now slot what feelings while.
Watch strategy work random moves,
View chemistry in mental grooves.
Each player feeds a certain stance,
Good fortune needs a crafty dance.
Shrewd moves align both path and gaze,
Listen to signs to trek this maze.
Follow the heart as feelings tell
Just how game art can work the spell.
Power cards spring with awesome feel,
Dragons now fling to spread fond thrills.
Pick and choose well the tiles you pile,
Each player dwells as feelings style.
Watch for the break to join each slot,
Each tile helps make the winning lot.
Round after round from eastern shores,
The four poles ground fortune galore.
Each player knows just how to store,
Luck seeds the flow for strokes and more.
Time for bonding in evening air,
Square table rings of piles of flair.
Brief glimpses here of thoughts that come,
Mood swings of cheer and small talk sum.
Happy knows best such easy times,
A poignant rest in sandwiched chimes.
Too soon, too swift, the end game tile,
A cheery drift where fancy styles.
Win, lose or draw but not in vain,
Luck shapes the straws in pleasure's gain.

My life is empty, and I feel so alone.
The phone rings, but I'm not home.
Lost in a sea of self loathing and hate.
I turn on the television to find escape.
Watching horrors on the evening news,
I feel compassion, but lose the blues.
My life may feel a little ho hum,
but at least I'm not on the run.
Bombs are not going off over head.
At night I will sleep in a warm bed.
I'm not dodging bullets in school.
Just trying to learn the golden rule.
Politicians shouting out blame,
driving voters insane.
My dark mood swings to bright and
my world suddenly feels alright.
Focusing on someone other than me
makes my burdened heart fly free.
Sink and rise
float away, swim back.
Mood swings its legs over a trapeze once more.
There's a pill for that and this
but what ails is so out of date
that it forgets its name.
Body awareness fowls its anchor.
Mind games checked by dead-lead checkers.
Go to the Casino
blow it all. win some...don't care.
Take the damn pill...now we all care.
Wine or beer? Jack D, keep the change,
Choices, who needs em?
Got a railway track to run on
wide-eyed and fished out of a gene pool
white knuckles beached on a dark moon.
Shallow is the breath of this whirring dreidel.
It's a Saturday night and out of talky time,
check the gun - unload it
oil it. Put it away for now.
Rise, subside, wave while you wipe-out,
swim back to where you were.
Most people avoid her because of her heart.
One minute she is caring, the next she is overbearing.
The next she pours her heart the next she takes it all back and remains silent.
Too many mood swings, too many off brand medicines.
This was the reason that most people would avoid her.
Catching an aliment of her own,
The amount of hurt that she keep to herself without knowing how to release.
Finding various labels to print on her forehead.
Printing sticker on-top of sticker.
Marking her down for quick sale.
Some stickers faded. Others stuck from a different sales reel.
Manifests long forgot about.
Pushed back farther and further back on the shelf.
Negligence from those whom always marked that she was there without actually pulling her forward.
To ensure that she was alright, to knock the dust from her bottle.
To encourage her to move her to the front of the shelf.
She preferred to be alone for this same reason.
Most notably hid in the dark far from the edge of the shelf.
Out of sight out of mind, Content in her own little word.
Where no-one could poke or pry, to make her feel uncomfortable about being herself.
Her lid air tight when in reality all she wanted was to give herself.
Finding a fear of searching hands whom picked over and put others before her.
She'd sit at the back of the shelf where she was perfectly content until the day she could give all of herself.
Not realizing that she pushed those away that truly cared about her in the process.
The only prescription that could heal the sick and remove the ache of weary bones.
A weary heart, more than a handful of reckless thoughts.
She was a beautiful soul in a pharmacy full of sick physicians
Joy flows in lines of verse and rhyme,
Peace feels divine in space and time.
Love starts all things that grow with zest,
Quest ever brings a certain fest.
Cheer shows the way to walk with light,
Choice frames sure play of ooze and flight.
Here is a place where now works grand,
Form follows face where love primes scan.
Seize then the chance for poise and daze,
Dream of the dance in happy maze.
Each moment calls to fashion style,
Dare gain or gall with profound smiles.
Watch your mood swings with easy eyes,
Watch how time flings high after high.
Dare to live bold with sanguine sense,
Bear hot and cold and mad pretence.
Be your own man who does the best,
You know you can live your fond quest.
Set then your goal and yearn to be,
Let truth unfold the path you see.
Live each day well to move and act,
Love moves each spell to cast fine tact.

There's split personality
But you take it to extremes
From one day to the next
You leave everyone perplexed
Never knowing how you'll bee
It its nice or really scary
Your mood swings are getting bad
One minute happy, the next mad
All your friends are begging you
To get help from what you do
You refuse, saying your fine
Being blind to every sign
That you haven't been O.K.
In denial you will stay
Never listening to those
Who have become very close
To this deadly situation
Out of hand, it is creatin'
A monster out of someone nice
Body and mind pay the price
Your addictions growing strong
Soon it wont be very long
Until this pleasure you enjoy
One day will start to employ
A day of wreckage and disaster
Drugs will soon become the master
Sucking you in really far
As you are raising the bar
Destroying your identity
Fading away so completely
Until there is just a shell
Of your former friendly self
I love you,
I want to marry you,
Because if it's someone else,
They will definitely hurt you,
I understand you,
I know when to show love,
When not to,
Where to love you,
On your difficult days I love you even more,
I'll handle all your anger,
I'll handle all your mood swings,
I will not complain,
Give me your sorrow,
Give me your sadness,
I will hug you tighter,
I will give you love,
All I want is you to stay with me,
Because your love is the best thing I ever felt,
You are my happiness,
You are the reason to my confidence,
Let us be successful,
Let's show our parents that we are,
Good friends who always comes back after a fight,
Better team trying hard to win at life,
Best couple who loves one another no matter what.
Parents in this world want their children to be happy,
They might not get us at first,
But let us make them understand da,
We can do this, trust each other.
Looking at these photos, from not that long ago
I couldn’t help but wonder, where did that person go
The images so full of life and smiles upon that face
When I looked into that mirror, I saw instead disgrace
Not that I wasn’t proud, of what I’d seen or done
I carried people’s burdens and fought for anyone
But somewhere on that pathway, I let this anger in
likely from a wound, while clashing swords with sin
darkness took its pound of flesh, in the absence of all light
only a faded voice left whispering, what was truly right
the screams of all the broken, often washed that voice away
that’s when I would lash out, and want the world to pay
The storms eventually passed by, as they always do
It’s then I found myself, standing face to face with you
Lashings like a hurricane, mood swings like the waves
Instead of breaking through the wall, I hid deeper in the cave
I found a spark that lingered, and fanned it to a flame
The fire it burned those lies away and stripped me of the shame
Never had I given up, I just took some time to rest
it took me at my lowest point, to rebuild into my best
I glance now at that photograph and see from where I’ve come
Except now I see the victories, I see how much was won
the whispering voice now yells at me, there’s a story left to tell
I can show you where I tripped up, I know now where I fell
