November Echoes

Slippery slide: Time oozes away; Spills wild joy ride, Start of new day. Brisk strokes blush bloom: Time gone too soon; Crispy brush grooms, Puffs into noon. So many thoughts: Fade away far; Twist of new plot, A time to star. November zooms: In a quick dash; Not enough room, Glimpse in a flash. At the last day: November hurls; Grip slips away, A new month curls. Here with coffee: Fragrant brew flings; Dawn mellows me, Sleepy mood swings. Watch for word wit: Can rhymes unhook? Fashion wee bits, Now read a book. Time is fleeting: What do I think? Now say something, Can feelings link? Leon Enriquez 29 November 2017 Singapore
