.

Another typical insipid day
the sweet, crimson glowing ember
falling revealing the lustrous serenity
of kaleidoscopic skies
Elysian whispers around
my remaining canvas of arid
Gossamer and prosaic filled voids
replaces citrine, saffron nirvana
Bodies surrounding shimmer effulgent colors
I'm yet to remain in my dull ashen-sparked cave
A sudden delirious shriek
gleeful, exuberant faces
twisted into pale onyx terror
An apocalyptic doomsday guaranteed
Terminal of mankind ; destruction of
of earth prophesied
Everyone's glistening resplendent canvases
splattered grim trepidation
Painted with oblivion; like mine
with included kneaded dollops of overwrought
Perhaps the revolutionary, prodigious hysteria
sparked fluorescent inspiration
My ebony pedestrian now being sparkled
in an euphoric nostalgic feeling
A persistent voice echoing;

...

An exploded erosion of scarlet filled emotions
I clutch my brush and become the creator I once was;
Amongst the cacophonic abyss
painting an ephemeral, nebulous word
into my perennial realms of cerulean hopes
Brushstrokes of light touched canary among daffodil fields
Turning into shapes of radiant marigold inspiration
painted over leftovers of monotonous drab
In the end's haunting echo of emptiness
I found my exuberant-buttercup passions of a sunlit meadow
My bolstering voice of ivory whispered inspirations
I am an azure propelling star among cobalt filled echoes
of forgotten melodies
I've reimagined my painted chiaroscuro perspectives,
crafting a bold artistic masterpiece

A Day In The Life: OF THE SUN

In a weightless state of tranquility,
paraphrasing relentless thoughts of motion
in my head into words, which 'til now
have laid dormant in unsung verse, waiting
for you to shine brightly upon them.

Freshly painted impressions mark
the beginning of halcyon days, where gulls
hover just above waves that barely
kiss the shoreline, burying tiny toes
beneath the coolness of wet beached sand.

To what shall we compare thee or can
your effulgent beauty be measured
by metered stanzas of verse taking form
on rice paper and egg shells so that the yolk
slips out draining lucent into the earth's core.

Your wisdom surveys the high seas,
coursing through cavernous veins that harbor
quietly in safety channels, as zephyrs
challenge moist underbrush among youthful
lips, blowing innocent kisses in playful semblance.

Oscines sway in sync beneath heaven's domain,
bathing in rays of sweet luminosity,
as sun-drenched fossils rise, reborn,
reclaiming their gaiety to shine unobstructed,
teething along crevasses of incandescence.

Embrace these Sun days, reflecting
on fireside chats and old storybooks,
reciting euphonious tales that burn mellow,
rising to greet the eyes of omnipotence
with chants of celestial song and dance.

And to this place we call rapture,
let wings of sober doctrine reveal
where grace resides within Sol's castle,
waiting for the children to come forth
with clasped hands in joyful unison.

Such days will greet warmth openly,
without hesitation, so the orbiting
star becomes ever more pliant,
allowing whatever name you choose
to objectify it, to stand always...

Bright, within itself.

In September golden day, so glorious and beamy,
As twilight stains the sky, a cynosure so dreamy.
Dusk abides, effulgent hues ignite the land,
And felicity abounds as we bask in daylight's sleek hand.

Penumbra kisses the horizon, casting a mellifluous spell,
Fugacious twinkles, as erstwhile avian dwell.
A demesne of pastures, comely and calm,
Where halcyon trees sway to the riparian psalm.

Harbingers of sunset, sunburnt and diaphanous,
Serenade the land with their soothing lullaby chorus.
Vesper whispers skid, such an elixir so tall,
Glamour and silence embrace, as the trees do enthrall.

In this bucolic scene, dulcet and radiant,
The purple hues paint a landscape so vibrant.
Slumber approaches, as the red heat fades
Epiphany dawns, a dramatic parade.

The horizon ablaze with refulgent light,
Lurid flames of passion, inflamed and bright.
Beaming through the breeze, the sundown delight,
A spectacular event, incandescence ignites the night.

As the gloaming swings to night, a symphony unfolds,
A dance of shades and emotions, stories yet untold.
In the afterglow, the world retreats,
To a striking melody, where each note meets.

Splendiferous sunset, resplendent and grand,
The nighttime sky bestirs, a resounding band.
Evenfall descends, with its dark flame,
A splendid display, a sight to acclaim.

The striking hues, such a painting divine,
Illuminate the darkness, with a radiant shine.
The nighttime sky, a tapestry of wonder and delight,
A symphony of colors, painting the night.

The evenfall whispers a tale so sweet,
As the moon rises, the night's heartbeat.
A symphony of silence, embraced by the dark,
A peaceful retreat, where dreams embark.

The Awesome Constellations

Be an astrologer of intense curiosity,
sit down and admire the nightly wonders
extending beyond sight and boundary;
constellations are myriads of stars!

Ah, the weak ones fall out and become comets,
crossing stellar skies, shedding sparkles of silver;
the stronger ones stay firm and don't show fear:
they have no urge to leave the glorious Heavens!

Who never dreams staring at the nocturne sky
has no awareness, no urge to go past imagination
that incites to discover it beyond human conception;
even an atheist is amazed by such splendorous beauty!

Constellations are a manifestation of brilliant display
of light in the glimmering waters of tenebrous oceans...
as the effulgent moon adds its charm to draw appeal;
huddling lovers shiver, but they love what they reveal!

Premium Member OCTOBER WITH EFFULGENT LIGHT

So brightly lit, my birthday cake.
Such icing-on-dessert uptake.
My Autumn years illumined flight,
October with effulgent light.

Candy corn, shaped like fangs, I eat.
Orange-yellow, Brach’s honey-sweet.
Smiles, blinking pumpkin, in the night.
October with effulgent light.

The crisp and thrash, of pretty leaves.
The grandkids’ beat; my heart receives.
Plenipotent sound of the night -
October with effulgent light.

The cold, fresh air and bonfire smoke;
The colorful lanterns and folk.
Big, bright and red - the Hunter’s moon.
October with effulgent light.

Photosynthesis of Auras

Poise and enjoyable is your voice of rejoicing
Halcyon healing helps my weary soul of sulking
Over the fear of fretfulness
Tranquility is in full color of blissfulness
Opting out on dull and dreary summers and prefer sunny winters with rain once in a while
Shelter me with shameless, synthetic, sympathy symphonies
You win my heart by playing your heart out at total ease
Never forget how much you mean to me endlessly
Then, here comes the rainbow efflorescence of effulgent encouragement from God Most High
Healing is near…miracles of fearlessly and this tragedy in reverse made me happily cry
Empty yet whole once more
See, you’re the photosynthesis that completes me as well as my gift of seeing auras everywhere I roam it seems
I want and need Him to mend my broken and unspoken dreams
Sorry for being selfish and giving in into lust and desires from the devil…I’m remorseful for all I’ve done — my passions are not like Your compassion

Ominous waves and shrouds of clouds come caving in
Feeling brave, yet I’m hoping my faith increases from within

Ashes of my ember-burning and forever-churning heart of ache and angst
Understand that my amber blue eyes can’t fathom enigmatic things like you and I for an eternity
Remember to always tell God how much we love Him and let him be your oxygen to breathe in and let evilness be like carbon dioxide to breathe out
All in all, I’m drifting and lifting in discord’s destruction, welcoming in accord’s construction! Change is a challenging chore but it is an everlastingly spiritual award
So, this poem shows me that I’m slowly, but surely gifting myself a life to live in the light of the Lord — to be a light of the world to others that accept flight and dismiss plight…to unfold your wings, little mighty bird, and soar through skies of His Word, never meant to be ignored

I Don'T Know What I Know

To be honest, I don't know what to write
I repeat the same speech of uncanny passions and mixed emotions
I don't know if I have enough courage to fight
I beat the same rhythm everyday - my head's spinning with notions

I don't know the difference between wrong and right
I don't know what I know
I don't know how to let go
I don't know the things you know
I do know that you have to go
I do know where your boat will row
I do know letting go
Is part of living in this world today
I guess that's how we grow
Why's my veins injected with dismay?
How do I know that you've departed from me?
How did I know that you were taking advantage of me?
How did I know? It was a wild guess... Yahhh know ? ?

I don't know the difference between peace and turmoil
I reflect upon past memories - full of despair and delight
I have no clue what to do with you on my mind
But you left me to spoil...and I crumbled away like foil
I have no clue what to do to reveal your effulgent light
I greet the same people day after day -
Will my gladness ever reach a great height?

You were gold to my eye...but now I'm blind
What are YOU going to do? Leave me behind?
I don't know how to feel anymore
I feel numb, cold, woe, discouragement - you just ignore
Why do you STILL ignore me?

But you go on with life as if I didn't exist
Might as well do the same thing...you'll be missed

I don't know how to sprinkle you with glory?
But you're a marvelous sight
I treated you like a mat...consuming dust and remorse
I don't recognize you anymore...

~~~~~~~~~~
I d-don't KNOW you
~~~~~~~~~~

I don't feel your warmth and
I don't know you...anymore

Though you're the sun -
flawless and bright

Introducing: Leonora Galinta & Poet Destroyer

I was awoken by the effulgent smiles of sunlight
Dancing on my window pane with great delight
A jovial repartee of birds: I didn’t sleep last night
Waiting for my love under the gleaming moonlight
“Till I heard their melodies of a glorious morning sight

In my blue gown, I run up the verdant hills
What an enchanting view, so mesmerized …I stand still
A gentle breeze wraps its arms all over me, down my heel
Tingling my deepest sensations, great passion I feel
October Breeze just arrived, dancing with flowers …I kneel
***
Savoring the moment passing by ...I listen
The wind whispers -- watching leaves as they glisten
On this day, a beautiful October Lullaby of life is written
The squirrels outside -on this night - seem quite smitten
Another dreamy tune under the blue moon's transition

Dancing my way down the verdant hill, under the sun
I run with joy, into the arms of the majestic one
The passion I feel describes fall's adventure just begun
Intoxicated by the blossoms ...I stand still, in a silent shun
Dreaming and romancing with my love Blue October

Premium Member Heavenly Hallucinations of Love's Divine Destiny

A wondrous spirit of true love now softly murmurs its echo
On the wings of God’s angels, as they ascend heavenward.

This and more occurs as radiant cultured pearls begin dancing
Their magical-mystical dance deliciously in the oceans deep.

With this, the bright-blue-mirrored waves of the oceans move
In a melodious tempo of love with the pearls as they dance.

Caressing the heavenly sparkles rippling deep in the oceans’ waves,
An enchanted diamond-cut glass now trembles and shatters loudly!

At this moment, a mermaid of angelic pulchritude takes her divine
Throne as the mystical dance continues throughout the late night.

Crystal chimes begin sounding pure with a fire and fury of emotions
Within our hearts, as they excite our passions palpably and exquisitely!

The candlelight’s effulgent reflection in this moment transfixes me true,
By your warm and loving touch and the magic of your presence with me.

Coloring and scenting the air surpasses all others as the breathless and
Honeycombed eminence of your being touches the depths of my soul!

My Lovely Sunshine -Chapter 1-

In the desert of desolation,
I feel this all-to-familiar frustration
Get the hell away from me…negativity…
Flee from me, unsatisfied soul of envy

I yearn for something more
You’re the one I adore
You’re the one I adore

You deserted me long ago
The wind blew to and fro
Never mind…I will be off to my fantasy island
I call isolation – a land that has water and sand…
A place I can explore…
I implore you…don’t be close to me…
I don’t feel that deep connection tonight…I am the shimmering shore

I soar in defeat…
I am sore with blistered feet
I’m fatigued and weak
The day has been bleak
Since forevermore…
You’re the one I adore
You’re the one I adore

I was wondering where you’ve gone –
Maybe in the wilderness,
Drenched in vibrant, zealous sun…
Thinking in tranquil distress…
I can’t express my lack of progress
You just stand there, unaware more or less…
I guess you are still the one I adore
I suppose you’ll slam that door…
Because you never loved me – I was deceived from the start
You know what – you broke this poet heart…an art that’s torn apart…
Ripped in shreds of nothing…
You were my everything
Until you deserted me some more…
You’re not the one I adore…
Anymore…

Drenched in sun,
I come to realization that I’m not the only one…
Feeling like a son of a gun
Waiting until this majestic sun disappears…my personal battle’s won
A battle for peace…my future son…

You wear a striped shirt like an expert
I wear whatever I want with little effort
We are still two peas in a pod
I still miss our closeness a lot

I’m growing weary
When you got all teary
You’re the only one that saved my life
From reducing to insincere strife

You gave me genuine kisses and hugs
While I still live with billions of bugs
Kiss the footsteps of my heart’s fired-up desire…
I’m higher than your elegant, effulgent and extravagant empire

Pushing you to move on
With or without me…were we ever meant to be?
My lovely sunshine,
Will you ever shine on me oh so vibrantly?
