Nut Screws And Bolts

Listening to you
oh what a to-do
it looks like
you've come unglued
or going bananas
your psyche's addled the mind muddled
brain's fogged boggled or befuddled
is something missing
a marble or two
perhaps a loose screw
maybe more than a few
and making a run
or bolt for it
will never do
it's not too late
to join the inmates
for as well you know
you will still be there
wherever you go

How ironic to see ‘chain gangs’
       in elementary schools now

     Little kids roped together, inmates
at asylums where madmen shoot at you

Inmates In Death Row

Inmates In Death Row

Hohoho...
There, by the grace of God, go I...
What if, we did not have the opportunities we took in life.......
These inmates once seriously erred in their early years...
Now condemned to death after being jailed for umpteen years....
Does true justice demands society exacts a life for a life...
Or death to those who peddle slow death to drug addicts....
Who are we to exact justice this harshly when there's a God above...
Let Him alone to decide who lives and who dies...
Society at large best counsels and guides the survivors left behind....

The Inmates

The inmates

The young prisoners with slingshots
fight an army that shoots back with sharp bullets
The young keep on fighting
An enemy the knows no mercy, control the water
supply and electricity.
How many young men and women must die?
Is the enemy willing to commit mass murder?
to eradicate a race of people?
The world looks but says little and some elderly
ask: why can`t the young prisoners behave.

A School For Inmates

We wear uniforms.
Pleated cloth, v-necks, submission with a smile. Our uniform

We ask for privileges that should be our right.
We are not prisoners, their is no barter system here. We have no rights.
Punishments do not fit the crime. We will always be caught.

Nature’s beauty suffocates as we are trapped inside our minds.

Don’t speak your mind.

Math, science, english, history
we go through the motions of class.
We go through the motions. Our minds want more than memorization.
Conversation. Is not allowed.

School does not take precedent.
Re-molding our minds matters more than math.

Sydney Inmates

Sydney Inmates

Two inmates in Sydney had planned in advance
Hidden the bed sheets when they had a chance
Tied them together in a 60 foot length
Made sure they were tight and had enough strength
They planned the escape through their window it seems
And then over a wall by any old means
They planned their escape for last New Year’s Eve night
And walk through the town till they’re out of sight
But alas they were thwarted and their plan was shut down
When the 60 foot length of tied sheet was found
A pretty good plan but try as I might
I have to believe that these inmates weren’t bright
You see they were housed in a one-story jail
And that 60 foot rope left a way too long tail
And the fence they were hoping to scale if they could
Was maybe 6 meter of old chain link and wood
When caught, they were moved to a site more secure
With hopes that their next plan was better I’m sure

Just another news flash from your Uncle Mike

Purge Iii -- Fellow Inmates

No one understands the pain that I stand,

The blood in my hands,

And all of the sin that my body demands.

And God commands me not to do it.

And to myself I try to prove it,

Its no use, the devil made me do it.

He set a trap, I'd fall, he knew it.

So many girls so little time,

that's what we all have in our minds.

Money, power, no misfortune.

We all want to believe our cookies fortune.

So many issues, so many tears,

So little tissues, so little years.

We can all relate, in the prison of life.

black,or white, get it right, we can ALL

relate in the prison of life.

For we are all inmates of the prison of

life alike.
