Premium Member Indwelling Sun

Time out! In a match – a rest and not
the finale. Out of Time! In life, perhaps
the beginning of a fresh rally. I choose
to trust, such score keeping, whether
pause or done~ to the resilient earth,
countless stars -- our own indwelling Sun.

Premium Member Indwelling Spirit Flow throughout

May, the Love of God
Come alive flowing
from soul to soul
surrounding one of
God's presence, in ones midst
Indwelling Spirit of God's temple
Not made with hands
But by throwing up hands
To surrender to God's guidance
That was sent through Christ
Drawing together the
Children of the Living God
One God, One Shepherd, One Flock,
in Unity that God
Sent His Son that we might
become created unto His likeness

Why Father

JOHN BUNYAN anticipated future, OUR neutral nomenclature
Some say God is "too male" - 'twere better "goddess" and "Mother"
My "preacher" saw sins since Adam and Eve, Face of Salvation:
"Such a comfort to call Grace, 'Abba, Father' - beyond ONE generation."

NOTES:
1. J. Bunyan, Works, I, pp. 627 ff. He adds, the one word spoken in faith us worth more than thousands filled with pride, "Father"
2. I am a Christ follower according to the Scriptures (both Testaments) but I empathise with those who, for want of a sensitive father in Earth, have doubts about the Goodness of our Father in heaven

Premium Member The Indwelling

Breathing silence like a whisper
Of gentle inspiration, compassion
Music from the grace that blesses
Hearts and souls with mercies
That dance through the sparkling
Life of one who listens to the
God of all creation, the One who
Composed our very tranquility
The energy that brings us to
The creator’s answer to prayers
Spoken by those who listen
With faith that sighs sensitivity
To a nature of yearning resilience
As we’re filled with the Holy Spirit

Do I Walk Or I Walk Me

Do I Walk or I Walk Me?

Suddenly I stopped
inspired by a questioning thought;
am I walking or I’m walking me?
Am I a becoming or a being?
The whole system called I or he or she
is a cosmic reality
yet a thirst aided by insight
welled up from inside;
can this really walk or stalk
unless propelled and guided
by the inner reality?
Is walking an act of mine
or of the self indwelling?
Stunned by the divide of I and me
I was inclined to embrace the reality
when someone accosted me
asking for something otiose
which compelled me to come back
to the diurnal fact
bewildered!

Premium Member Indwelling Spiritual Power

A life lived here on earth
can make one feel to lack
thinking to need inward change
so what can bring a crack?

Pray for God's divine intervention
drawing one's soul to their maker
seeking His spirit's revolution
become truly permanent ice breaker

When the Lord gets rightful place
in one's heart truly as your king
guiding and leading in righteousness
the inner heart can't help but sing

This now shows indwelling power
spiritually awakened by divine hand
only God can change such a one
make that one to eternally stand

The power of this awful sinful world
pales insignificant before sinless face
receive Christ your redeemer to indwell
changing your nature by blessed grace

Divine Indwelling

Divine indwelling prepare me again
The sanctuary for whom the Lamb is slain
Life without thy spirit is tumult so vain
Divine indwelling upon my heart now reign

I know the blood drops on Calvary's path
Measure the tears of my stubborn penitent heart
How grace and mercy reprieved me from wrath
Divine indwelling so precious thou art.

Foolish with pride I contested your laws
Decieved by fallen wisdom I wandered and was lost
O what sorrow in heaven sin do cause
Divine indwelling your love you paid all the cost

All that I am is no price yet enough
For all that by faith I hope for in you. Here I'm
Your diamond snatched back from living rough
Divine indwelling, thou art my killed, broken lamb
