Words are desire and the glue of life
The human species, greatest desire
From business, that deal
To love, how you feel.
Its funny how words can create your
whole day
Get another email with one word
that says:
Honey hugs,love, or even kind
regards
Its the way that you communicate
that will really get you far.
So think next time, and visualise too.
Your natural need to communicate.
Its a part of you, and me too.
So remember words can
communicate, that what's in your
head
All you need to do is get across the
same through what you said.
With love and honey hugs and kind
regards too, I hope you see the
literal effect of your thoughts and
words on who:
The world
Step to the stage as the people jump to their feet.
Screaming with joy and cheering my name.
Head up, smile and wave to the people.
At the mic then the words start to flow.
I've dreamed this moment since I was first on stage.
9 years old loving the fans.
When I'm here I can speak and the people will listen.
Every mov3e counts as the fans react.
My voice enpowers the people so every word has to be perfect.
Deep breath don't ever make them wait.
We're here now, together.
Living out this dream.
Not too many people make it here.
Not too many fans will believe what it took to make it here.
The road of destiny never knowing where you'll end up.
A dream becoming a reality.
Learn from the pass, focus on the future.
Live for the moment, the people will stand along side of you.
But as I stand here on this stage in front of this mic...
I see I let that chance pass me by...
i speak my words of knowledge, yet no one is there...
just another dream wishing to be a reality.
Attack me, you spirits of the forest world.
I shall destroy you with my magic staff.
I squander not my magic words upon you.
Those would be enough to annihilate.
For my speaking of ancient tongues,
Legendary, from the ancient text,
Of magical words from the great Merlin,
I shall destroy three, without uttering a word.
As for the one that chose to sneak behind,
Its fate shall be spoken from my lips true.
With only an utterance it too shall be destroyed.
For I am the most powerful sorcerer alive,
My name cannot be spoken without consequences.
Though now the nymphs of the forest know my wrath.
They now know danger of entering this castle of magic.
The words we speak in poesy,
Dance through the pages of history;
All the verses and all the rhymes,
Take all of us into more pensive times.
Where trickle of words that flow from pen,
Bring us from beginning down to the end;
But in between there are stories to tell,
That can hold us all in a magic spell.
Portraits of birds looking their best,
Proudly sitting on eggs in a downy nest;
Tales of all the earth's funny creatures,
With so many faces, all different features.
Tales of the sun shining her light,
In a blue sky with clouds in flight;
Then there's another of a corpulent moon,
Skipping her moonbeams to a merry tune.
And armies of ants that travel in rows,
Carrying their bounty to where nobody knows;
Then there are the people, all different shades,
Marching to music through life's parade.
So we can see that poems are a best friend,
They take us to beginnings that have no end.
ON WINGS AND OTHER THINGS
I thought I saw an eagle
I thought I saw a hawk
I thought I saw an angel
So she and I began to talk
She told me about how she got her wings
A tale told with gratitude and pride
She told me where she lives and other things
As we sat softly side by side
I’d never seen or talked to an angel before
So it was difficult to formulate the verbiage an angel would like to hear
I said “I’ve never even seen an actual angel” and to those seven words I swore
And she swiped away from my cerulean blue eyes a single sensual tear
But as for me I know angels must fly away one day
Bid adieu to adulation in a winged way
Always close, always hovering above my head
Chasing away those who would chastise me
I’ll always remember the last words she said
She urged, “keep in sight those who might despise thee”

I thought of it all day and well into the night
That for you a poem I would write.
What words can you use to describe a person
You’ve never seen.
Then a realization came into my mind
I’ve been writing them for a very long time.
Every time we write about GOD and his begotten son
The words flow freely and never left undone.
So it matters not if it is sight unseen
We write about everything- it’s a poets dream.
Poets go into worlds never traveled before
Seeking all that GOD has made
And come back with knowledge that they’ve gained.
Into the realms of mystery, love, excitement and fear
So that with you these words they could share.
They see the realities of today
The dreams of yesterdays
The future of tomorrows
And the pains and sorrows.
They are the time travelers of the mind
Their eyes are open - they are not blind.
So when you read what they write
It’s because of this time travelers insight.
So to my time traveling co-poets, this I must say
I am proud to have traveled this road with you
Into the minds of man , and writing
The stories that they all understand.
My imagination is a tide of wishful waters,
A chilled ocean breeze fills the world and the words that soar overhead,
I leave behind all reality, I break a thread,
And no longer am I being held in the palm of the universe,
but I hold my universe in my pocket,
and whisper words of new meaning,
only then can you read the sky like a book,
because only then is the sky possible to touch, and flip the pages of thought,
A feeling that takes my being, and turns me into a bird,
flying overhead like the words that fill with ocean breeze,
And I sail upon my tide of wishful waters
My name is Craig Schaber and poetry is my game through my words of wisdom I hope
you find a rhyme. If you take the time to read my words they might just blow your mind.
I know there is one for you I hope you find one that you really like that will make you
laugh when you are felling blue. So many words of wisdom I don’t know where to start
but I know once you read them they will stay in your heart. I don’t know what else to
say only that my words of wisdom are here to stay.
(Just Something I came up with in a moment of boredom while thinking of a weird dream of
mine)
Bright light, Bright light,
Illuminated mystery,
Strangeness surrounds sound
Frightened, wailing from misery,
History, created present, my presence
is happy fear, sounds escalated,
Joy comes from my tears and their tears,
Elated, is the feeling of everyone related,
Infatuated, with the elation,
“A bundle of joy,”
Raised glasses to the future
of a wondrous boy,
Hands clap and hands shake,
Lips kiss and lips smile,
“Best wishes to the parents,
Blessed be the little child,”
“Run wild, as you grow,
Blossom ripe and ride the wind,
Take forever by the hand,
Write it down and rise again and again,”
“Be a friend, of the words and sounds,
Stay inquisitive little one until the sound
is drowned, within the ground,”
“Write of noise and words joined, Hug
the night and hold the mourn,”
Joyous day! O' Joyous Day!
A Poet is Born!
Sitting here with pen in hand
No words come at my command
Fertile thoughts flit through my mind
Fleeting as they twist and wind
My mission here to make you smile
Though this could take me quite awhile
As I sit poised to pen some rhyme
Bear with me this could take time
I do not know which words to choose
Or how to phrase things to amuse
I know not how this started out
Or what this poem is all about
I'm trying here with full intent
To catch a thought before it's spent
As musings tumble through my brain
And vanish quickly down the drain
If you're still with me at this line
Then maybe I am doing fine?
That I have kept you reading on
Perhaps I'm doing nothing wrong?
It goes to show that you can write
About nothing at all and still give flight
To any a fancy that comes and goes
As long as it rhymes and gentle flows!
Something came from faraway
Words maybe, I wouldn’t know
If words… I never knew what to say
If only I knew enough to behold…
So far did my mind portray…
Distances learnt to perhaps know what holds
Often do ourselves we betray
When accept we do not… what unfolds
Like a whisper… not for my ears
Subtle yet nerving… nights with never days
Moments lived… learning what dears
Whether lived… if words be enough to say
Time is always my concern
A present from a past… a present for the future
Yet… however much learned
An ink-filled pen always faces an unwritten paper
Have something came from faraway?
Would I have known… of words maybe
If words… I have poetry to say
Enough for perhaps what moments cannot be
a heart of passion
excitement
grammatical mistakes
a life that is attach to the lines of art
no name
just fans
unknown to the world
inspiration vocals that echo through a wired pen
no boundaries
just mistakes
a theme but no sponser
a life filled with emotions but nobody feels them
I'm screaming to society
but my voice is just anther voice
no echos
just the repetition of an unmasked poet
lips feeding the world with inspirational strings
the strings of the world :balled into a secret notebook
a notebook, filled with reality that lips don't speak
the shy words of toungues
no voice no sound
just the lipsinging of society words forced into become an unnoticed poet or just thoughts
that will never be publish!!!
Like a painting on the wall, a story not yet told...
The colors like words flow together and never old..
Step into this scene as you read my words aloud...
My pencil like a brush travels across like a cloud...
This canvas takes a meaning as the lines start to blend...
My pallet is my mind as I draw from life with little mend...
Framed by a trampled path that holds together this scene..
Sentences like a landscape show a man from a teen...
Left with words and colors to express myself through my dreams...
Now on a wall and in a book this life is how it seems...
The words do not flow freely
They seem stuck within my head
And to bring them out really
I may need to go to bed
The words would come out fast
If my mind was set at ease
But if I’m feeling very gassed
Not everyone can please
I speak from places deep inside
About things that I have seen
Never will I run and hide
No matter where I’ve been
My mind is like a doodle
All thoughts in disarray
Just peek inside my noodle
I know what you will say
You’ll say that I am cracked
And not in my right mind
My mind seems over packed
Some things I cannot find
How to sort your thoughts
Is what I need to learn
I’ve taken many shots
Some of them can burn
Everything is jumbled
And mixed in every way
You know I have been humbled
With some I’ve had to say
Sorry for my musing
I don’t know what to say
I think my mind I’m losing
My mind is in decay
