Hypnotizes Poems

Premium MemberAbcedarian Poem Because it is Great Practice for Me

aristocratic antelope alarms and annoys
blue-eyed baboon’s billy goat buster
causing confusion, consternation and crying
distressing and disturbing deliberate donkey
egg-producing egret elevates enthusiasm
forever frolicking in farmer fred’s pastures
giddy goats gallop in garnished with garlands
happy horse henry hypnotizes henrietta’s hens
intense iguana ignores idiocy of inmates
jackals justify jack rabbits jelly-like jeers
kangaroo keenly kicks off kingly kibitz
luxurious llamas lollygag in the lounge
mischievous monkeys march among marshes
nervous newts nibble on nutty Nutella
obnoxious oxen opts out of outrageous opportunities
preening peacock praises his pompous president
quivering quail questions quaking quasar
rustic rooster ruffles robin’s restlessness
sassy songbirds swizzle and sway toward sand beach
talkative turtle trains tarantula to twist and turn
understudy Ulysses utilizes universal unitedness
validating vocabulary of vicious vultures
wandering weasel wants to find his wishes
‘xacting ‘xtra ‘xhibitions ‘xperiment on eagle’s nest
yellow yak yawns next to yipping young wolf dog
zealous zebra zips into view of aristocratic antelope

The Poison I Crave

I live in this continuum,
Where I sit, I scroll, I rot.
This blissful poison hypnotizes me in,
An artifice far deadlier than I thought.

It promises me sweet lies,
Feeding on the pith of my mind.
I grow my own nicotine,
A toxin that turns me blind.

Stronger than any drug it seems,
It drags me out of reality.
I escape to the realms of fractured dreams,
Only to suffer their calamity.

I live in this continuum,
Where my soul resigns to the comfort I crave.
In this abyss I dwell,
I have learned to dig up my own grave.

Premium MemberValentines Day Every Day

Every day I spend with you means so much to me
The love you send out surrounds my heart, it's very plain to see
When I hold you in my arms your soothing touch awakens my senses
You have taken down all my defenses
Valentine's day may come but once a year
For me cuddling on the sofa and showing affection every night will never disappear
I have become a more complete person with you by my side
Our spirits have united together to become our special guide
When you walk into a room your smile hypnotizes me
All my positive thoughts are reacting to what I see
When you find that special someone don't let her go
Make Valentines your Groundhog Day, you will be able to watch how quickly your relationship will continue to grow

Premium MemberBait

Watch out!
She plays the seduction game
too well, my friend.
Be careful now!
Just the flick of her eyelid
hypnotizes
benighted meek men.
Her come-hither wink,
enough to reel in
fishes big and small.

Tread with caution!
Don't fall for her charms.
She's a dangerous spider
luring unsuspecting prey
into her sticky, intricate web
with an enticing bait.
Beware!
She's led legions of men
to utter destruction
like a film noir femme fatale.

Now she's trying
to add me
to her sizeable collection of fools;
casting in her fishing reel,
waiting for me
to rise to the bait,
but little does she know,
I'm neither fish nor fool.
I stay out of the water,
because I can't swim!

Unexplainable

one more small entry to get started
have a wonderful night
thank you

"unexplainable"

why does life halt when I see you
why have you chased me so
and why have our hearts begun to beat

you stand with me
I walk with you
and so it goes

the sight of you hypnotizes me
the pursuit of us ignites you
and love is unexplainable

Premium MemberThe Landing of Autumn

Listen my friends to the bells that tinkle and jankle
The early and spontaneous arrival of autumn,
It is a painful and unusual surprise for the birds,
Which wanted to dawdle among the weak reeds.

Tonight, the sun will disappear surreptitiously sooner.
The schoolboys are unhappy. They refuse to utter a word.
Their parents are elated to see how time is passing
Rapidly, like the short breath of a dying old handyman.

The green leaves begin to alter their postures.
The flowers are rare. They charm Mother Nature less.
No golden sun glare after the Angelus; the air is somber.

And the freshness from the north hypnotizes the refugees.
The old men, in disarray, wonder under the sorry shade.
This year, autumn exudes less warmth and cheerfulness.

Everything

"everything"

what can be said of your touches that touch
what can be seen of your glances that show
one reaching of my hand
one loving smile noticed
my reply is everything

what can be found in my embraces that embrace
what can be witnessed of my face that reveals
one stretch reaching your hand
one tender scroll in your direction
still my reply is everything

what can be said of all of this
what can be known of our passions
one caress that caresses
one stare that hypnotizes
always my reply is everything

Where These Horses of Sanity Run

The places i go
Are different then the places i have been
I take to the reigns of pain
I try to control them
Yank them as hard as i can
But they don't stop the horses of rage
They symbol all the running i have done
With no logic and no goal
The prints go no where
I circle myself
Round and round
Confused and complaint to the ways of my up bringing
I am the man of the house i need to take care of them
But i have not for years and years
My judgement clouded by jealousy and mistrust
I cant think clearly at all when anxiety takes control
The roles i play senseless and unemotional
I am like a child with no real guidance
I search continuously for the reason the origin of where all this comes from
Mentally challenged i never could think i was
Truth be told i do see that i tend to stray from any type of rational thought
When my mind goes a wild into trances of unknowing
It hypnotizes my heart to believe all is common
I need to recognizes these faults and try to improve where these horses of sanity run.

Connect With Nature

In need of fresh air, and to clear my mind. I could think of no better place than the beach. So hike I did down to the beach.

Sitting on the beach admiring this ageless ocean whilst the crashing waves hypnotizes me into freeing my soul, and dance to the rhythm of the water.

Freeing my coverups and dance I did towards her body of water. No jumping, just gently laying on top and letting her afloat me away. Calmly and gently hugging me whilst washing away my despairs.

Before long I was back on feet. A gentle wave tickle my feet, letting me know I’ll be just fine. Smiling with gratitude, I softly whispered my thanks, and hike I did back home feeling refreshed.

Roller Skating

Shining lights
Music blaring
In my ears
The colors shine

I could never hear
The sounds in my head
No more being painted
In misery
I’m here with you instead

The fear creeps in
The fear of losing control of
Myself when I’m not in my hands

Our hands
Are hand in hand
We speed together,
You say,
“It’s okay”

The lights are blaring
My hair is waving
Back and forth
The world speeds up
Ahead front of me

Our rhythm as we move
The music, we got the groove
We skate to the ends of the earth

It’s scary
I fall for the
Whole world to see

Annoyed eyes
The feeling
Of being embarrassed,
It hypnotizes me

But I remember you,
You here with me

Your hand reaches out
When my world
Was crashed to the floor

You cared,
When no one else did,
My happiness grew
Into something new

In that moment
I realized
Falling wasn’t scaring
When I was falling
With you

Premium MemberOf Fatalism

As Siamese cat frightens the pygmy jerboa rat,
So too humans under fate or destiny's habitat;
I am chained; grab-hooked; the master-link is held by someone,
Like a stray dog, I am pulled; dragged; by everyone outdone...!

I am unquenchable; thirsty; my ponds are troubled, yet,
Though this has been against my wish, my tongue I cannot wet;
God too plays the determiner, like monkey puppeteer;
Hypnotizes the beings he's created; like snake-charmer...!

How must I live? How many days? How should I, at last die?
In death-bed or death, grave or interment, how must I lie?
When should my soul, like earthly water-drop evaporate?
When and where should, it, with the pure spirit incorporate...?

It should, anyhow, be born-again though it does not will,
Does habitat-destruction, the death human beings, kill?
Midst ocean of life-cycle forced beings feel, within, ill,
Could anyone, his or her existence, freely choose still...?

Premium MemberFlute Solo Under An August Moon

moved with emotion
the flute breaks the silence

enchanting with rapture the evening magic
she casts out her midnight serenade

beguiling with every note
charming the summer breeze

she rounds up the stars and asters
and hypnotizes nightblooming flowers

paralyzes with awe the moon
that trembles in a sky that's quiet

she is captive under the flute's spell
all at the wave of nimble little fingers

Premium MemberThe Aroma of Your Sweet Smile

It is not surprising to say the least
That I love the aroma of your smile
The beauty and the shadow of your face
The manner you touch me in style
The exquisite diction of your tongue
The melodious tone of your song
The racy motility of your body
When you're strolling in the lobby
And the cadence of your fine shape
Oh! It's the best video on the tape
Of my memory. It is a sweet dream
That I pray the Almighty to stream
My way every night, when I am out
Of consciousness, miles from the route
Of no return. Oh! I love this moment
Of lull and peace, deep in the scent
Of your love. Woman, the aroma of your smile
Hypnotizes me in front of your peristyle
Oh! I love everything about you, my dear
When I see you, I have no unusual fear
I feel good; I feel great. I am in heaven
Woman, you are the finest flower of the season.

The Minds Silent Reign

The sweet rain revives, with hair hanging down,
it hypnotizes, with a haunting sound.

The time disappears, waving a goodbye,
the clouds get to have, their ominous sigh.

Then a memory, the minds silent reign,
out of the downpour, and from the mist came.

A face of beauty, familiar it seems,
one that I have seen, somewhere in my dreams.

Then with sleepy eyes, I turn now to see,
that girl I have seen, looking back at me!
