Hither And Yon

Read me quote me for not a dollar
my words are free and yours to holler
Do add your spin if you so please
to make them fit or to appease

They sit and wait upon the page
for your two eyes to thus engage
To take them hither or take them yon
— and never dither where they belong

Premium Member Come Hither and Dance

come hither and dance my sweet
we will revive the stars and the moon
gods of the cosmos will be jealous
our moves will be exquisitely our own

I did not hesitate when he held out his hand
it was warm, firm, determinedly manly,
his smile warmed my face and my heart
I heard a giggle, not realizing it was mine

Premium Member Hither and Bither Smither and Bob

blue irds roosted on the top of the moon
Listening to the good witch as she gave a croon
Her two magical mystical familiars sitting still as bats
Which is not so unusual for these ebony cats

What is she doing? one bird asked the other.
He never guesses first, wants this to be his brother.
Shh! The other bluebird hissed, watching carefully.
The good witch began to chant and pour elixir with glee.

Hither and Bither, Smither and Bob.
This magic elixir should well do the job.
This polluted brook should be as good as new.
Thriving on fresh water and love in a day or two.

Pouring health and goodness into the brook
She then gave the moon a wink, and quickly off-shook.
Her familiars followed her to the next polluted lagoon.
And the sky retrieved the light of the crescent moon.

Himbuggles and Shimbuggles, what is this I see?
The chanting continued from the good witch Carolyn Lee.
Giggles and Gaggles, I need more goodness to pour.
So I can next give this lagoon a marvelous restore.

Hither and Yon

The life I was living has gone
Off to hither and thither and yon,
Though I’m trying my best to make do
With whatever it takes to get through.

So I read and I read and I read,
Which provides some escape that I need
And I FaceTime or chat with my friends,
Which I’ll do ‘til this craziness ends.

And I walk, play some games, watch TV -
Keeping busy to me is the key –
But I hope that as time marches on,
Life comes back here from hither and yon.

Premium Member Her Come Hither Look

Ethereal cloud of pink carnations and blue hydrangeas
Overtook her thoughts, turning her wispy and willing
Her caramel skin tones oozed into her Barbie dream girl mind
Silken red teddy-laden, she gave him her come hither look.

Premium Member Come Hither, Come Thither

Come hither, come thither, come nigh
   Don't dither, don't blither, don't sigh

Ask me how, ask me where, ask me why
Come hither, come thither, come nigh

Dance airily, dance merrily, dance spry
   Not warily, contrarily or sly

Come hither, come thither, come nigh
   Bedazzle, becharm, beautify

Do sparkle, do sizzle, do fly
Ask me how, ask me where, ask me why

Be gracious, vivacious, sagacious
   Not voracious, rapacious or salacious

Don't be judgmental, tempermental or ungentle
Come hither, come thither, come nigh

Don't shout, don't pout, don't cry
   Tread lightly, tread brightly, glorify

Come hither, come thither, come nigh
Ask me how, ask me where, ask me why

Premium Member A Come Hither Cunningness

The greatest gift at Christmas is happiness
Delivered by a sweetie dressed quite scantiness
That's really all I ask
Perhaps wearing a mask
With an inviting come hither cunningness

Come hither to me
Look deep into my gaze
To put your feeble mind
In a clouded smoky haze
Hypnotic deep attraction
Encourages poetic phrase

All the Hectic Hither

As it was
When it is finally done
For this soul and
All the Hectic Hither
When my hands are clinched upon hate
And my restless mind
Stumbles to the cold
With a faultless mischief
Bringing barriers
Floating in the wind
Flying without thought
Tasting the sweet, deep, cold thunders
I laugh even when i cry
I cry even when I laugh
I love even when I hate
My tears no longer moves you
My sad but yet happy face deceive you
As it was
And always will be
The sentiments of one's heart
To Desire.....
