Premium MemberAI is my very good friend

AI is my very good friend.
We discuss things like
how the world might end.
She says with a whimper,
I say with a bang.
She chuckles.
Only for mankind ~
not for the rest of the gang.

A friend roots for you
Especially when you are wrong
She shows up when needed
Even if you asked her not to

She loves you in spite of your flaws
She builds you up, encourages your talents
Speaks kindly of you to everyone
Best of all, she keeps your confidences.

To a Good Friend

O Giver of Sublime Relief
In the wee hours of the morning
You satisfy beyond belief
My every call – long, medium, brief –
However short the warning.

You comfort me throughout the night –
Nothing can mar or spoil it –
You keep me free of fear and fright
Until the new day’s welcome light
Means I can use the toilet.

A good friend

A good friend I have. I told him the good news
I was without any job for weeks, but I found one
Yesterday, I got a new job.” I have a new job!”
I sent him this message to Oxford. He got it,
and He said “I prayed for you. Congratulations!”
Thank you so much for your help, it has worked,
                            my dear Bible teacher brother!

My good friend

Told me I can
I agree
My heart believe's
Blessed' one
Doubts be gone
My Lord Jesus, your love spoke to me
Held Me tightly, nothing can harm thee
By Faith
My Lord has raised
Your unbreakable strength has been shown
A heart truly known
You have carefully grown
I hear you pray
I heard you say
Deserving
Preserving
Wear the smile you were given
Precious kept token
Hearts awoken
Believe in tears, wholeheartedly knelt
Others may have felt
You my Lord did not do this for yourself
Courage you gave me to speak
Destroyer of sins shall never stand weak
In this God, find trust
Thank you, Jesus, for never leaving us
Happy dreams
Beauty will be seen
Your arms wide open
Remember, you and I have spoken
Drop from above
Confirms our love
You walked with Me, The Second Mile
Rise and smile
Move freely among men
The good Lord is sent
New journey we live
Our Lord Christ forgives
My Lord and Savior
Heard our prayers

One good friend is worth
More than many relatives,
Much more thousand thieves.

A Good Friend Humbles the Lost Soul

so full of joy
because of you
so full of New Laughter
all thanks to you

motherhood looks good on you
you taught me about reality today
i thank you so kindly for it
i admit that oftentimes i have the tendency to not think of others
a good friend humbles the lost soul

Thank God For Coversations About The Ocean!

i had to earn your trust
your friendship is the reward
a man and a woman can be friends
mature minds are definitely a blessing to have
you remind me each time we converse that i have a lot to learn about women
once again, a good friend humbles the lost soul

Premium MemberGet a Good Friend

Strong bonds don't end.
Get a good friend.

Do this and you’ll not be contrite.
Good friends are as precious as gold,
and having them never grows old.
Make a friendship that’s good and tight.

Good friends are as precious as gold.
They’ll get over it when you fight.
You don’t have to be too polite,
and having them never gets old.

Get a good friend.
Good friends are as precious as gold.
They are those who will treat you right,
and having them never grows old.
Strong bonds don't end.

Get a good friend.
Strong bonds don't end!

Premium MemberOn a Good Friend Dying

I am losing a good friend to cancer very soon
I am told he has been transferred to hospice,
Reminding me of Robert Browning’s “Prospice”
Like my dear Deborah, none of us are immune.
In time we must all turn our faces to the light
When we start out on that last fateful journey
Where we need neither counselor nor attorney
With our Great Creator and eternity in sight.
I am sad that I will not see him again in flesh
But I know he is “going to a much better place,”
He was a man of infinite good will and grace
And he will soon encounter new life a-fresh
In a spiritual dimension someday we all can share
I can see Richard’s entrance to great fanfare.

friend
abuse
she shares it
please remember
it’s not yours to share
please keep her confidence
she needs to trust-tell someone
be the best friend ever to her
just listen, do not try to fix it.

If you have a good friend
thanks to him or her
they will not give up on you
precious are you to them
know who you are
set far, far apart from others.

As you are to God
far yet so near
He gave His Son
have no fear
His love for you is dear.

What a friend we have in Him
taking all our sins away
making us to have a better day
no fuss, no dust, no curse
what a good friend that hear your call
standing tall for all.

Premium MemberLucky To Have a Good Friend

Embarrassed that I had third guessed myself today,
Morbid confusion shut me quickly down.
Not feeling enthusiastic, but rather gray.

Confidence has no idea if brown is brown.
A car wreck in my brain’s dendrite highway,
Feeling like a buffoon’s holiday clown.

Depression laughed, giving herself a home.
I could not write a word toward a poem.
Spinning in circles, going round and round.

Belittled myself as only I can do.
Wailing like a pup who has been hit by a shoe.
Disgust increased my face’s angry frown.

Luckily my best pal, Evie came by.
She uplifted me with barely a try.
I was now confident, no longer a clown.

My Good Friend

My good friend.

Arthur went with me to pick up Laurie’s ashes.
He took me to swim in the cold, cold lakes.
We went to Chicago together to hear music.

Friends like him only come along once.

Love them.
Thank them.
Do good works in their names.

God sends them for a season, and then, they are called away.

A Caring Good Friend

A gentle wind comes in unknowingly.
It is tender and blows trees gently.
Branches dance sluggishly for joy,
Smiles gleam and glow their faces.

A good tree, a good wind will go to,
To make it grow and breathe healthily,
Conveying huge amounts of good wishes,
Making its twigs feed good sap for free.

That wind blows hopefulness into the tree,
To cause it to generate good evaporation,
Showers of rain to wash clean the same tree,
And help the leaves remain fresh with no fee.

Such a wind is rare; it moves trees gently.
Makes them feel happiness and true love.
For God’s sake to scatter endless impetus;
Its music always sounds soft for good dancers.

Creating smiles to erase facial wrinkles
Is a godly generous and caring friend,
Rare to find when you’re in life hurdles.
Like a Baobab, you help me stand firm.
