BARRY
A young man was called Barry Kirk
On our farm for a while he did work
taught me how to catch fish
for the big one I'd wish
He indicated where trout liked to lurk
GEORGE
George financially now on the skids
Has fathered way too many kids
many girlfriends and wives
kid twenty nine now arrives
States no more with a blink of both of his eyelids
SURNAME MAGUIRE
A man with surname Maguire
Some children he wanted to sire
took a woman to bed
let's do it she said
Satisfied his burning desire
ANOREXIC
Anorexic she's poorly and thin
No muscle strength found from within
bent in the middle
whilst playing the fiddle
Her sister an identical twin
TATTOO
This man a tattoo on his tummy
Looked like the face of his Mummy
he never grew up
remains a young pup
Age thirty eight still sucks on a dummy
MILLIE
An unfortunate madam called Millie
Stood on the end of Tom's willy
he cried out in pain
don't do that again
It'll shrink even more when it's chilly
I owe George Washington Carver
I would not want to live in a world
without peanut butter
I hope that he knows this
He is in my nightly prayers
George Burns died thirty years ago today.
He starred in TV shows and films and he appeared on Broadway.
George and his talented wife starred in a sitcom together.
It's very sad because both he and his wife are gone forever.
George lived to be 100 which most people are unable to do.
He was an extremely talented man and that's certainly true.
[Dedicated to George Burns (1896-1996) who died on March 9, 1996]
The July 4th 1776
U.S. Declaration of Independence,
viewed by Abraham Lincoln
as the moral standard
to which the country should strive,
contains the quotation,
'All men are created equal,'
however, throughout his life,
George Washington, a Founding Father,
owned and managed over 577
enslaved people at Mount Vernon,
and still retained 123 slaves,
on his (4th March 1797) death,
some 20 years 4 months
after the country's birth.
He had decreed the unfortunates
were only to receive manumission
upon the (May 22nd 1802) demise
of his wife, the first 'First Lady', Martha,
who, acting partly out of fear
the individuals might hasten her death
to secure their freedom,
released them January 1st 1801.
Once, the 'Land of Opportunity',
now, known as, 'Land of the Free',
lie and deny from the top down...
it is, and always has been, the 'Land of Hypocrisy.'
America's 250th is this year, we all yelled with cheer, we sang and danced in the streets, and recalled all the memories of our loved ones. We remember George Washington and his team, how hard they fought to give us freedom.
Freedom to enjoy all of our life, to live in America with all of our dreams, hopes, and loved ones.
We are still working to achieve new dreams every day, like a country that sends money as a bonus to everyone. We dream of food available, like the apples that use to grow freely for us and all of the animals. We dream of clean air and many trees to make our health be extra nice. We dream many dreams, and we will add some of them as we get closer to our cherished anniversary of America's 250th anniversary.
George Washington says hello, he looked down and felt the glow.
The glow of all of America, shining bright, growing, learning, and burning bright.
Bright like the sun, making him smile and feel proud.
Proud of America, for all the people, working day and night making it better.
Better for all, for the flag, for the independence, for all the things we cherish and love.
Love of life, love of freedom, love of God, love of our rights, love of all the things that make our life feel right.
George fought hard with his team to make us able to dream, to live, to grow, so never let it go.
George we remember you and your team, we will celebrate this year our 250th anniversary.
George we will pray and follow your path, we will work to make America its best.
Lifting prayers to God, today and always.
When England declared war on Germany
In 1939
England didn’t stammer
Neither did Beethoven
If George Martin was the 5th,
as alleged,
and Yoko (possibly) the 6th,
as was said,
is AI the 7th Beatle
now John and George are both dead?
Altho' John, Paul, George, Ringo & AI
doesn't have quite the same ring to it,
'Now And Then', from 1979,
was a 2023 megahit.
I can't see..?
Going on his worldview how it
Comes to be.'
How the Corrupted corpse of the un-holy see.? Figures in Georges mind.' Is it a generational phenomenon.?
Goodness me.' I must admit for some time
I walked that path, trusting some greater good, was balancing the wrath.? St Peters
Seat and prison of
St Paul, a place where those, were, who listened for Gods
Call.' Yet it seems they have joined the pharisees.? Operating with evil at ease.) The once picture, is now
a scattered puzzle?
With odd pieces, that might be bothered to
Stand at kill centers, to oppose and pray, yet on the whole, we follow evil ways.' Billions of funding going on wars, vatican
Bank in the mix, death pays well,
truth chafes raw.' And the mancles of mind control..Yet we are informed we can get well in this hole.? I read one Truth..good direction is stole, its been
'tricked up; and out'
Painted with gold.' What a parcel of lies
Twined in evils cloaking; and a heavy
blood red role.'
The vociferous George
So, here we are, it is ten in the evening
And I have my glass, nay, glasses of red wine
I'm thinking of George Galloway, who
I must say he has mellowed since he left Britain
His voice is less strident; this evidently
caused by his love for his wife and living
Abroad is culturally good for him
But do I detect a slight drift to the right
barely noticeable, but I have noticed
Could it be because he is influenced by X
that some of X, readers have made him
a moderate? No, I refuse to think ill of him.
Dedicated to George Stinney Jr
The mind of a child
Is one supposed to be filled with innocence
But his was clouded with fear
Barely out of the womb
And already he would be buried in a tomb
He barely had time to start life
Barely had time to love and be loved
He barely had time to be a son
He would make history
Just not how he would've imagined
He would become the youngest person on death row
Youngest person to be executed on death row
A black boy who never got to be a boy
His last thoughts were a prayer
To be saved, to be seen, to be given a chance
'Are you there God, its me george'
Unfortunately God's grace doesn't extend to his black 'children'
Unfortunately his life was cut short
Unfortunately he wouldn't get to grow old
Apparently he wasn't deemed worthy enough for 'God's love'
Justice was never served
Even after 81 years
"Oh King Charles Philip Arthur George,
how do I see thee?
Let me count the ways...
Tho' beauty is only skin deep,
and in the eye of the beholder,
or so we have been told,
yours is more, it goes to the bone,
a sore sight for eyes to behold,
now you have acceded to the throne.
As, like diarrhoea, it seems,
it runs in the genes,
and, if POTUS is President of the USA,
would you be he, KOTUK,
King Of The UK?"
'Surely you jest,' quoth he in dour reply.
Tho', not joking nor feeling surly,
"Some things you simply can't deny,
ours not to reason why," said I,
"and please don't call me Shirley!"
On this day the…
thirteen colonies
broke away from British Crown~
forming USA
George Wendt to Heaven when he died.
He was talented and that can't be denied.
George Wendt to a bar where everybody knew his name.
Now that he's dead, Hollywood will never be the same.
George Wendt to Heaven and the angels started to cheer.
But his friends, family and fans are sad and shedding tears.
George gave a terrific performance in "Fletch" back in 1985.
I speak for everybody when I say I wish that he was still alive.
George Wendt to Heaven and everybody said goodbye to him.
When it came to his fans, his performances pleased all of them.
[Dedicated to George Wendt (1948-2025) who died on May 20, 2025]
I leave today’s blessing in George Washington Carver’s hands
After all he said it best…
so in Mr. Carver’s words:
May we all blessed to understand
“How far we go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant of the weak and the strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these.”
