The Big Freeze

The logs had jammed the creek
and a snow storm ws
coming through.
When the weather had turned cold a troubled
people look for a remedy to there aliment.
One person said that it seemed the waters had froze
faster then they had ever did before.
They used there recording device to document
the event. The elapse time seemed extra ordinary

Jaded, but
          I try

Brain Freeze

While transporting my brain 

Through the ethereal plane

A strange thought entered my mind

With no semblance of reason to find

Aah...that thought quickly passed

A Winter Alouette

Winter winds how cold 
with blinding snow bold, 
skip us; I demand thee! 
See the white flakes dance, 
while yards they romance. 
Winter days make scarce and flee. 

Psychotic cold breeze 
broken limbs dry freeze. 
Vacant and hollow air spins. 
Air is cold by light, 
and chilled more by night.

Too Much Ice

Rain yesterday. Last night it froze.
I'm looking at an icicle that is my car, I suppose.
I go out with a scraper and a red, runny nose.
My fingers are tingling and I think I've lost my toes.

I want to start the engine, but I can't open the door.
I scrape at the window. Nope. It stays iced

Weather Alert, Expect Hard Freeze

The weather alert started with a northwest breeze,
and said before morning we’d see a hard freeze.

But this won’t be the earliest freeze I’ve seen,
for it isn’t uncommon to predate Halloween.

The results of this, green leaves will be browned,
and I still had garden hoses laying aground.

Each year I’m slower

Freeze Cryogenic Future Now What Exactly

Trying to imagine

And then have to contextualize 

If it was to be in fact possible 

Being able to or possess the ability

To cryogenically freeze

And so preserve myself

After my actual death

I was medically pronounced dead

Then what exactly ?

What happens then ?

1 day in however many years

Doesn't really matter in the future 

I am defrosted and woken
