This is time of cold and freeze,
And when there is a cold breeze.
It's where the air is cold,
And where sweater is sold
sterile white snowflakes
coldness covers the still night ~
snow wolf fluffs its tail
(January Full Moon – Algonquin)
I have the will to conquer the world,
Yet I find I cannot move.
I freeze in thought,
I’m paralyzed,
A motion-
Heavy-
None.
Winter flames
Winter's flames of white
In catalyst of sleet burns
To hypnotic freeze

lens being my eyes
I freeze each lovely moment
into photoframe
beautiful moments
captured and stored into the
camera's SD
Inflamed
deep freeze
rebels
in alliance
bare hands
are what will nullify
the Empire.
powerless creek creaks
unable pond pondering
sun shimmering hope~
a nuturing nature hails
chilly issue jiffy freeze
words left unsaid
drift on the east wind-
&freeze my heart
NOTE-HI-KU is any English language variation on the Japanese haiku
our house is on freeze
a hundred degrees outside
I need a blanket
I got outside to warm up
Fall asleep in the sun
with the cat
I saw a bird
With a yellow bill
It landed on
My window sill
I coaxed it in
With a piece of cheese
And I shoved it in
The deep freeze
The hill stands still, stiff
In stalactite splendor freeze
Just to hear the stream.

Water
Is clearly
A mystery
To me.
A solid?
A liquid?
A gas?
It's all three!
Freeze it,
Warm it,
Boil it,
You'll see.
Form:
the dried grass is brown,
our summer air a sauna
way too hot for most
air conditioning on freeze
i run outside to warm up
A fine breeze
Too cold but I wheeze
My chest is squeezing
Let me breathe some air before I seize
Grind to a halt and freeze
I slip, I slide
I fall, I cry
Ice breaks
Hearts race
Bodies freeze
Time leaves
People cry
Others die
Ends in mist
Of this sadness
Forsooth, we are the victims of the daylight and the dark.
Climb and burn or fall and freeze, and leave your fading mark!

darkness settles here
bringing cold air to freeze snow
a bright candle burns

Freeze
Grapes Green,
if you please,
Separate, clean.
When overheated,
do not be defeated.

dogs in rear seat
looking out windows for deer
waiting for a response
barking wildly
deer freeze like statues
waiting for silence
I dashed out to have winter fun
To skate on the lake in the sun
At zero degrees
The surface will freeze
I’m soaked: It was just above one
what do you do
when the lights are on you...
freeze, run, freeze run...
left no right no...
no noo...

You took my heart for a ride
A shopping spree
And a jet-wash last year
I spent a week on acid
A credit card diet
And a bicycle, out of fear.

Baseball is on my mind more,
When frigid winds freeze to the core,
Opening day,
Seems eons away,
Snow shovels strike out, wood bats score!
Winter storm climax
snowfall mounds measured in Yards
Fast moving clouds play
freeze tag with a slow poke sun
a sleepy Spring thaw awakens
