Song of Life

I am blessed to born with a cry
Bringing smiles around, like a flashing pry

World is wisdom, balancing the stories
As ages pass with unsaid glories

The pickle is delivered with taste of moment
On the floor, earthed to live as a tenant

As we revolve, so does the time
Moons and stars, with the glowing lime

Ears, eyes and all my senses
Are never enough to cross the fences

Caged in free world, running with the stress
With triggered emotions, and endless chase

Have learned through this journey
Clueless is makers wish,
Timeless are tale of attorneys.

Eden Earthed Over

The apple fell already bitten upon,
a mossy soil coated where the tooth-cleaved.
Soon grubs worked their way out
of the pith
creating a teeming mulch.

Adam had fallen asleep again,
in his gut overripe grapes fermented
turning now to drunken snores.

The apple was changing, morphing,
the earth had gone into labor.
This had not happened in paradise before,
this was self-regeneration,
the copulation of dirt with air.

It was the flood of the moon;
Eve squatted. Her body was changing,
tidal rains washed her blood,
travail begot a tillage of arousal.

Her belly swelled,
instinctively Adam built a nest
of straw, green shoots and saliva.

She grew large, gravid, a tad snappish.
she sensed deep in her belly
that this coming birth
would be both sour and dewy,

an innominate delivery for sure
riddled with good and bad seeds,
and she knew not what to call it.

Cinquieme

not to be diminished
your fifths carry me
to a realm of impossibility
where one dares to dream
far from the root
damned to a life of iniquity

octaves spun in figure eights
your eyes, demure
an opal of exchange
dying in and out
inexperience, enchantment
sated, heart

fetal by choice
fatal by chance
fated faith in dire romance

black and white
black and white

tuned,
keys just right
sung aloud
bathed in salts of earthed
tones

seduced
shadows serenade the scene
and not seen

Dans Le Heure Bleue

“dans le heure bleue"

My skin feels alive
when you are
next to me
blood pulsing
from the core
of me
Root Chakra Red
My throat exposed
the Wolf now
lies next to me
in my warm bed
savage and smiling
he is seen, he
smells of
fresh crushed green
pine leaves
lemon
basil
bergamot
a heart blooming
with jasmine
rose
carnation
coriander
patchouli
sandalwood
and iris root, then
I’m on my knees
genuflecting
he says,
“Come here,"
He kisses me
and tastes
like
Star Anise

"sauvage
je reviens
vers vous
Rouge
dans le
heure bleue..."

Echo

ECHO

nymph of note
your mountain voice rebounds
as it resonates your vanity
enticing echo’s alluring invite
beguiling tantalizing tease
tempting Zeus

weaving your words
of sidetracking diversion
amusingly entertaining wives
freeing their spouses to ravish
 captivating seducing tease
tempting nymphs

detecting your tricks
Hera’s fierce retribution as
colorful conversations she muted
 replacing with foolish repetitions
your only communication now
irrational duplication

AN OBTUSE

ECHO

In Greek mythology “Echo” was a mountain nymph who loved the sound of her own voice.
She used it to attract Greek gods and torment their wives… until the wife of Zeus,
Hera,
Un-earthed deception and sought retribution

Spring Is Here Once Again

Spring trees are full of tender
green buds, stretching into the air.
Fresh blackberries blooming white
flowers everywhere.

The smell of honeysuckle and it's bright
stare are full of honey bees with a hunger
to mature, with care.

A long walk on a dirt lain, back
road with no where to go.
Gentle fireflies cascade in the
evening's glow.

In the distance a young whiperwhil
calls to another.
A peaceful sound that brings to me
a soft shutter.

Spring is here once again and the rebirth
of life begins again.
I live to see each year's wonder earthed
and to it, my attention lend.

Premium MemberThe Tree and Me

Everyday as i pass the old tree

i compare myself to the limbs

            branches hanging lower now

                leaves dropping and bark scarred

                    the deep roots un-earthed

                        tree house fallen

                            glory days

                                lost in

                                    time...

Past Living

Cloud,tree,ground.
Air,wind,water.
Heat,cold,fire.

The clouds swept above his, present,in those days.
He planted no trees of evasion to prevent the, future.
The ground earthed every deed he never undid.

The air suspended his secrets,
The wind tumbled his evil whispers.
Thus water whetted regret to depression.

Heat melted his good side of humanity.
The cold froze the molten scars of reason and love.
The flaming memos of what was intermittently consume his life.

The kind of man known today, was before and shall be the same tomorrow.

My Play, Poverty's Play

And if poverty whips,
largely, torments
In her barefaced snort of
withering grievance.
I shall be the one,
mannered by Earth's dog-
wetness,
To garner my broken
possession, murk and bins,
Writhe, clamber steep nigh
moister Earth

From foot of lazy deities,
pick the sacred mound,
Muzzle it deep against my
leaking dereliction birthed
From a heightened
helplessness of obligation
And speak the words of
preserving ardour
From deities' bossom

As trambled Kola lobe and
marooned salt
Earthed for no sprouting in
rushing footfalls,
Prickled, insatiate in the
belly of oblivion
I shall be the praying yam
wholly unearthed
To the feet of a roasting
'adogan'

I shall be the racketeering
prey, jostled
Endlessly in poverty's
meaning play,
Washed- out by riches'
maze
I shall be the mocking
haunt lack tugs
In steep eaves of perceived
redemption.

Premium MemberThe Day the Angels Marched

I knew there would be a time
The day the Angels marched
To the River Styx they headed
There's evil to be torched

Lucifer and his lurid
To our surface they have risen
As they corrupt, plunder and kill
Our survivors to their hell like prisons

To eradicate this evil
The depths they need to go
Combat instead of mediation
To match them blow by blow

They meet at the gates of Hades
On mass with shields and swords
In evils, dreaded hellish eyes
The might, as the angels hoard

Lightening flashes zag
The cue for them to attack
In delta formation they swoop
Heroism, there will be no lack of that

Weapons blessed by higher
Cut down the lowest dregs of all
Winged saviour's all of them
In the end will stand so tall

This planet will remember
The day the Angels marched
When evil was finally defeated
Beaten, earthed and torched

The Final Discussion

Two faced fox from beneath the shadows
Prepackaged blush the manipulative wallows
Irrational cupidity earthed in lies
Imminently causing fitting cries

Acute observations to every detail
Questions asked but to no avail
Reprehensible plight wears temperance thin
And convincingly accounts for the insurmountable win

Clarity of worth is only there in the lack of
Contradictions and assumptions strikingly thereof
In effect attempts are marked as feeble
Noteworthy endeavors deemed as terrible

Given that honesty less jest were sought
If only beyond the bridge were given thought
Contexts beyond the cusp could have been prevented
The discussion ends when this poem has ended

A Discovery

A love of the written word is new to him
Beginning unexpectedly and without intent
A lie he says, for he entered a poem in a contest
But the love that sprung from that one
Is like the tree that supports the branch
For it is deep as a mother’s love for her child
Earthed in the heart of the writer
His passion for the language speaks through him
Poetry as they call it is just an expression of his mind
Writing away clearing his thoughts
He ponders the future and hoping to create
He motivates himself and smiles away
As he sees his path and guides his hand
With every key stroke he imprints his ideas
On the page before him he unearths thoughts that preceded his written words
