Life is a series of moments
None of which the same
Appreciate them for what they're worth
You wont get them back again
Utilize your opportunities
To maximize your gains
Sometimes things come easy
While at others they are strained
Bask in the moment
Each and every one
Brandish thy glory like a weapon
Because the fight is never done
Always give 100 percent
Like the weakest link in a chain
Consistence and persistence
Are necessary to maintain
So always bask in every moment
Never take these times in vain
I'm invested in my destiny
I will not be denied
But in the event of failure
At least I can say I tried
Can you say the same for self?
Most people will lie
Consistence and persistence
Is the true test of time
The ingredients of manifestation
Are execution and intention
Will and determination
Coupled with tunnel vision
The simple equation for winning
Find out where you come up short
The inexperienced will feel failure
But it’s an inevitable necessity of sorts
We don’t start with the answers
But through trial and error
You’ll develop a system
That will take you there
So never give up
Nothing worthwhile comes easy
You won’t believe what you’ll obtain
From simply just believing
Action in movement
Mirror Response
More than flex
Beyond the feeling of perplexed
Fitness and shape
Pain and gain
Transformation
Contour
Body Condition
Consistence
Exercise
Proper Nutrition
Hardness and Proportion
Muscle detail
All the efforts were without fail.
Never boasted
Always looking
Up to thy creator
His power
Self reliance
Believing he can do anything humanly possible.
Never chased clout
Steady Self reliance
Believing in hard work
Consistence in all he does
Some people's love
Comes with intentions
So; he's steadily relying on self
Without pretence or defence
No alliance
Just self reliance
Only God his supplier or helper.
Kamala Consistence and Persistence
with her each instance
Kamala and consistence
has much persistence
by Trump resistance
from Kamala much distance
who is full of suspense
great are speech contents
when Kamala became intense
always makes much sense
Woman, a being of complexity
Enigmatic is your femininity
Firm is your desire for equity
To keep it lasting in perpetuity.
Woman, a being of perplexity
Victory is in your destiny
Your regal splendour,
A congenital ability.
Woman, a being of equanimity
Your comforting arms a remedy
Your fearless courage a constancy
Persistence and consistence a stability.
Multicolored, the garden looked as though a rainbow paved,
Each blade of leaf and each flower abundant proudly waved...!
Vivacious bottles molded like that of precious sapphires,
Shone like the very galaxy blazing like grass fires...!
Aberrant Prevaricating breeze keeps his bit distance,
Though likes to move midst these bottles, forgets his consistence...!
I stand motionless like a bronze statue finely molded,
And praise the Lord God Almighty Beauty, my hands folded...!!!
God, the source of our existence,
The force behind being aware,
Can't live without His assistance
Can't breathe without His love and care,
He gives us strength, troubles to bear,
He's our much needed subsistence,
Can't survive without grace and pray'r,
God, the source of our existence,
Feelings rise on His insistence,
He gives us courage in despair,
He's the cause of our consistence,
The force behind being aware,
With Him, every thing we can share,
God doesn't love us from a distance,
He's always with us, ever there,
Can't live without His assistance,
Who can escape His persistence?
On the cross, His love does declare,
Need to give up all resistance,
Can't breathe without His love and care,
He has birthed us, we are His heir,
Faith in Him helps coexistence,
Our very breath is His affair,
No denial, non-resistance,
God, the source.

The key to success
Ability
Patience
Endurance
Insistence
consistence
And actions
All, but not any exceptions
In the present tense
In the continuous tense
And in the future tense
Waterfall stops and stalls
Anxiety, depression,
Sequenced chords brought towards
Inner peace progression.
Beats slowing down my pace
To a natural ambience,
Feeling light with second sight
Floating up to space.
Oh how I fly to fortify
The physical existence,
Resting and investing
Balancing consistence.
Holding strong for natures song
Spirit weaves the way,
Am free to come here any time
It’s in my DNA.
Wonderful this life sure is
Magnificently special,
With music in our souls to move
Angelically gentle.
If there is to be consistence
In all my words and all my deeds,
Then I've to do that maintenance
Which my mind very often needs.
So here's to that friend with whom I'm
Not ashamed to be fallible,
To unravel, to be human.
With you this ride's enjoyable.
Corona Virus Horn Haiku
read on papyrus
have a corona virus
always did scared us
when surface will lick
you do it either or quick
started feeling sick
how person reacts
after receiving all facts
sadness sickness attracts
increase in cases
found in familiar places
should see sad faces
about virus prayed
in a virtual parade
sitting in some shade
seemed to be so stern
on each page which we would turn
about virus learn
do have to admit
wish virus would leave and quit
do it permanent
we would make a wish
virus brought on much anguish
which we want to squish
could with consistence
did maintain social distance
increase resistance

"I'm just popping out for the papers",
he always used to say,
"I won't be too long, so try to be strong",
he'd laugh, "whilst I am away".
Part of the ritual, the daily round
of retirements humdrum existence,
but comforting in its familiarity,
and enfolding in its consistence.
An aneurism they called it,
like a blockage inside a drain,
exacerbated by his running
to try to escape from the rain.
Some mornings now, I have to admit,
I get an attack of the vapours,
when I look at his chair, but then I think,
he's just popped out for the papers.
Licking my sweet lips
It is consistence
Let me indulge myself
It is responsibility
Let me dive in
To see what is in stored
You are born a leader
Yet certain qualities are required
You are born with a mind
Yet knowledge has to be absorbed
You are born with a set of eyes
Yet distinguishment has to be applied
Rolling my piercing eyes
It is accountability
Opening my sharp mouth
It is wisdom
Let me sharpen this pencil
To be continued
