O’ Casagemas,
what is this Heartbreak I hear,
from this woman with sagged, fired breasts
and onion hips that tell a strumpet?
This cruel, shameless voyeur
with little mind — who owns a
vainglorious torso;
a Lady Serpent, viperous!
O’ Casagemas,
this Heartbreak hurts,
running streams of cold blood at cockcrow.
We cannot be counted among men
but among lizards with tail monuments.
Veronica, Juliet, Ada or Ulu?
How does one even spell her name, with votive
words, or with streaks of bleeding ink?
Heartbreak spills from a hollow platter, gushing
cascades of heated tears.
Caustic! A ruinous fountain.
Dream.
Casagemas sprouts, a monocotyledon
on which she feasts — succubus!
Incubus at noon.
Night.
Painted on the frame of a subtopia,
this naked virago — pulse of falsetto —
weeps at the feet of the grave of Casagemas.
Morning.
Velvet roses and tailored satin, pink and white fluff
for Casagema’s Rebirth
and christening ceremony.
In attendance:
fair daughters of Eve, naked, baby-fresh and
Casagemanous, to wreak vengeance on this
hag with a fluke in her liver.

Beaming sculpture whittled by awning clouds over blue sea
Ethereal beauty tinged in brown, green and yellow shea
Aerial bliss, flaunting on leaves-sunkissed
Under and over my wings, I breathe your scented mist
Talons I sprawl, your branches I grip
Yonder sanctuary, your soothing shield I trip
Amongst beauties of nature, your heights majestic
Narwhals of blue seas, unicorns of Atlantic
Dying depths of roots underlying masses so cryptic
Marshes of hidden paradise, your abode of beauty
Attached is madness of ethnic humanity
Desecrating pristine ages of dreamt forest
Nesting on mantels, burning unrest
Eaves of succulent leaves, carved barks and branches
Streaming on saps and man's cold blood
Sweet and sour blend of beauty and madness

I lied, never told you the truth—
I never loved you,
my beloved Ruth.
Forgive me, if it's possible,
for the things I did impossible.
Cold blood, so bold,
seeping through my veins.
If I could hold
you, and ease your pains.
Though I'm not sane,
and sound mostly insane,
I can be the wisest—
to hold you the tightest.
I can't promise to fix
what's broken inside,
gloomy guilt and shame mix,
picking up the pieces, sitting beside.
Hoping for the best,
for you—releasing the rest.
Go, live your life,
be somebody else's wife.
You deserve someone who
would give the world to you.
Forgive me, I couldn't be
the one to see
the love, the proof, the truth
in your eyes, my lovely Ruth.

Why did you kill on a Valentine's day?
She came to show you the depth of her love.
Yet that same love you wickedly betray.
You stabbed her in cold blood wearing a glove.
She brought a box of chocolate candy...
and a bouquet of beautiful flowers.
She also brought a bottle of brandy.
To celebrate with you for a few hours.
In a cruel twist, you stabbed her heart so deep,
You watched as blood dripped with crimson flows,
Your face flushed with anger more than skin-deep.
On her face, you rained a barrage of blows.
You made her face swollen, her heart shattered,
For no reason, you killed her in cold blood.
To everywhere, her dead soul you scattered.
In your conscience, her blood flows like a flood.
This you kept as a secret to all ears,
But she haunted me with the truth in dreams,
When I confronted you, you only shed tears.
In your eyes, I saw her blood flow as streams.
In revenge, I've sent you to a graveyard...
a promise I made to her in my heart.
Another beautiful valentine marred.
Wait at the gate, I'll also soon depart.

Without you
The life is new, it’s a new way
Maybe a path, but not to you
A different way is given - after you
After you life is a new hope
- and faith
Nothing accepts any different way
Keep on your life, and go our way
Someone loved you, a lost life
Life is a flow, every direction is gone
Keep your way with my spirit on
Hmm, nothing is your memory but do
I can’t get my past and love from poor
But nothing is lost, the winner is my life’s host
Without you, I am a loser, but always
- nothing happened, I don’t care
Life cares for itself, blocking a past vein
Blood gone
Blood is a flower, a red rainbow, a light river, a flow
Expanding in another world, a life up grows
Blue river, cold blood, living ice, my heart gone
Keep your heart, your selfish life - close my heart
I need you, I hate you, my love is clean without you
I apologize to you, forget me, forgive me, I am gone
Without you
I can’t find you
Done
Love yourself
I lose you
I lost myself
I killed you
Passed lives
Gone

He could feel his breath bounce back from the door
How many nights he had turned the handle
The cool orange glow of their bedroom
She always smiled at him when he came in the room
But tonight his chest was ripping apart as he held the handle
It had been all over tv
13 I remembered thinking hope they catch him
Unlucky 13
Just the number scrawled in blood upon the bedroom
He took too deep a breath
Screaming inside please not her please
She can’t be..my mind refusing to say the word
The familiar click as I turned the handle
I notice a trickle of blood from behind our door
A gruff voice from downstairs Police call out
The voice in my head don’t go in
I had to know
Her perfect arms and legs serrated from her body
we’re placed in a pile
Her torso up right placed on top
Her head atop like some macabre pyramid
Her dead doll eyes filled with terror
looking at me
Screaming where were you
Why didn’t you save me
My legs buckled
Her cold blood seeping through the soft cotton of my trousers
I heard a scream looking around the room for its source
The shadowed mirror answering it is you

I knew it the first time.
This would hurt a lot.
I'd take cover for you and yet you abandoned me there in cold blood.
How am I supposed to get it done?
When all it took to destroy me was one shot?
It all came down to me. It reappeared again.
I can feel them again.
So how could you? And why would you?
You once told me about words.
Be careful with them for they might start a blaze.
It did.
They did.
I burned.

Live in the end
In the End. At the last moment. Zero. No more time
No time. It’s finished, past my life. Death is knocking
Death is saying, Vilmos, no more time, but stay alive
I am still alive, but I can’t feel the life. Life is gone. Far.
Far. Far. For the life. For my life. I have gone a heart.
Heart, life, love. All of them are one. Missing. I can't find…
it
Come here, come here my missed love, and be my path
Be the Path. Way of my river and cold blood. Oh, flood
Love you a bad soul. He is dark, but a diamond mine. Cool
A mine. A mine, what is my mind? I lost that. I have no mind
In the end, laughing my mind, Waiting for me, I will get that
I will get that mind, be my wife, after this life, to cross the life.
Live in the End
How?
How can I live anymore?
Satan: Vilmos, only at the End
In the End
The End is infinity
Infinity is the End
Vilmos: Master, thank you for your caring and your wisdom
Satan: Do you want anything?
Vilmos: Job and money.
Satan: Great. You are my student.
I want to live in the End
In the End
In the Life
The only One

What sort of life can one be expected to live
When forced independence is bestowed upon thee
Disowned and made to discern the world alone
Toughens up a woman beyond any measure
Beneath soft skin lies a frozen will
Cold blood that runs throughout the veins
A relentless desire to fight to the end
Even when the circumstances made death seem like mercy
Day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute
Time moves on without slowing at all
A never-ending force that decides everything
And puts to a halt the most persistent energy
While eyes glaze over from all directions
Seeing the beauty portrayed over the surface
But within consists of fractures and cracks
That with pressure have turned into crystals
So as the moon changes with phases
Pulling the tides of our hearts
Waves crashing over and eroding us away
And only the sturdiest pieces remain

Spit out the clot of revenge
that kills your voice, that dries up world sympathy.
You have the right to resist -- to a limit.
Transgress and you're judged harshly by history.
Obey the law of conscience in your darkest hour
and survive the hurricane you instigated with your daring breakout from your
open prison, interlaced with illicit cruelty.
No Gazan voted you in power to set their homes on enemy fire! Where in Quran you find rationale for abducting women and children, for murdering whole families in cold blood?
The aura of 'Free Palestine' floats in another way with your self-inflicted wounds.

Anthony Blinken in Israel to plead
for a humanitarian pause
Though Israel contends it would aid Hamas' cause
In the West folks think that Hamas supports the people of Gaza
but they clearly do not, and here's proof positive
While Blinken was speakin,' what was Hamas thinkin?'
They were gunning down Palestinians in cold blood on the highway
for 'the crime' of trying to escape to safety to the south
Seems too bizarre to believe, that Hamas would murder their own!

There’s a storm and it is raging.
It crackles deadly light.
There’s a hurricane-a-waging
A war we can not fight
There’s a powerful wind-a-roaring
Gusting money as quick as can be
There’s wondrous drops-a-pouring
Tastes of power, sweet and beastly.
No soul escapes the gales–
Many victims wound up dead
Their cold blood freezes into hail
And give succor to its spread
Most knew the storm must stop
So they gathered on a shore
On the waves one stood atop
And the storm began its war
The Commander screamed ‘attack!’
And some fought, but still had lost
The storm let out a wild crack!
And there lied The Commander on the cross
They didn’t die in vain
As cloud poured of chloroform
The rest cried out in pain
“Shall we never halt the storm?”

Son, let your mouth strangle silence -
The silence that breeds pushovers
For profitless is the burden of a caged tongue
When spikes in thy bottom doth lodge.
Son, let not the bubbling discourses,
Of the raucous raconteurs
In cold blood, butcher your hardihood
For rhetoric is just but the flailing of the tongue.
And, Remember, O son, the ways of the wise;
That gold lies snug in potted jaws,
And a little chatter cocktailed in a little hush,
Make amity in the depths of humanity.

Jim Stokes is at the Memphis Zoo.
He’s been assigned to interview
a Southern copperhead. A few
have scared him s _ _ _ less in the past.
Thank God this one’s behind thick glass!
Jim: Good, morning, Mr. Copperhead.
Snake: It’s Missss. Welcome to my abode.
Jim: You’re coiled as if to strike out. Why?
I haven’t come to taunt or goad!
Snake: I’m used to being in strike mode.
Jim: How do you feel about your—uh, room?
Do you ever feel mistreated
or deprived in that little tomb?
Snake: Cheesh! Now you’ve made me feel cheated.
Till you came, I never felt defeated!
Jim: Sorry. Why not completely uncoil?
Wouldn’t that feel good for a change?
Snake: Your taunting makes my cold blood boil.
This interview is really strange.
I’ll uncoil if my freedom you arrange!
Jim: How unrealistic can you be?
I’m scared of you old wicked snakes.
Snake: (It strikes the glass) If I get free,
I’ll find you even if it takes
ten years. You know, glass sometimes breaks!
