In Cold Blood

War is not a career
  —but a calling

Where dreams become martyred
   in cold blood

Once Upon a Time In the West

Gut shot,
I’ll be a long time dyin’.
Put down
Without a bed to lie in.
Cold blood,
Don't hear nobody cryin’.
And all I did
Was try and be her man.

Who

Who will cure me when I get sick, who will hug me when I feel weak.
Who will hear me when I feel low,who will make my cold blood flow.
Her eyes are oceans and shores, tears don't rain but they pour.

On Cloud Nine

Red wines I drink make my cold blood hot red
Flames flow turning neurons wild in my head
Tongue slithers to utter a word
Legs morph into wings of blind bird
Hazy garden path on cloud nine I tread.

Slowly

Time passes by slowly
so slowly it drives me mad
so slowly it chains my body
like nothing ever had
I count the days
They just seem to crawl
so cruelly they smash me
with cold blood they kill my soul
and I die
Slowly

Winter - Cold At Heart

Winter - Cold at heart

Subtle warm weaves of passion
Kneaded to beat winter chills,
Tear to shreds with cruel time
Icy winds cold blood.

A Crime Scene Unknown

I'm here where you left me
Alone in the dark
A crime scene unknown thats blacked my heart
Whiskeys gone cold, blood has turned clear
Now that im gone there's no more to fear
Cuts and scars fade into death
Tears run down my face as i take my last breath.

Waking Up In Sleepy Hallow

I woke up on the shores of Sleepy Hallow
my head floating on the surface of the sea
with the surrounding waters smothered in my cold blood
leaving my corpse to become a loaf of Roman Meal bread for the seagulls
to devour their hearts out until their bellies become bloated like the sand dunes

Togetherness

In a sweet nibble of mine;
A cold blood- drop clots
on your red lips.
In a sweat hug of mine;
A strong thread enters
into the hole of your heart;
To stitch our bodies into
one cloth for a
life better together....

The Last Straw

These last few years have put our world to test:
Pandemic threat, political unrest,
Divisive strife, we hoped, our past forgot
As lives that mattered were, in cold blood, shot...
But nothing impacted and shocked us more
Than unjustified and uncalled war.

When Winter's Spring

WHEN WINTER'S SPRING

When winter's spring
And the wallflower sprout
Has found a footing,
We will away to the rainspout
And be immersed in the cool flood,
Finding there every hardness
Of January's cold blood
Gone from every shardness,
Melted in the warm release
Of April's embrace.

I Have No One Else

Murdered in cold blood,
for  refusing to  be  Part;
corruption covered,
I weep for the life cut short,
weep!for I have no one else.

Orphan I become,
mingling with vipers and lice;
In cities of flies,
what can a tailless cow do?
Hope that truth shall come to light.

I Just Can'T Cry Anymore

I have no more blood or tears to shed
Sorry I have ran dry from all those years
Of getting walked on while I bled
All I have left is cold blood and dried tears
Accept my apologies for seeming not care
I can never be the same person as before
My broken heart can never be repaired
I am sorry, but I just can't cry anymore

Bardo

I take two long seconds
to watch my breath rattle
the snow

brittle and sweet. I don't want
to leave and I am so scared
of losing. the kettle sings

and we turn the pages.
even in despair, you burn
and I can't imagine you ever

dying. we laugh through the
cold, blood pounding steps.
god, please let me keep this.

Salient Satyr Scrunching

eyes etched eerily
in mystic mists
of taunted tracks
drooling death damped
felon feet fostering
hoisted spree heaving

salient satyr scrunching
locked laced lips
in hankering hymns

saucy smirk blushed
zeal cold-blood cupped
punctured pleck dumped

lusty limbs lurching
topsy-turvy twain tumbling.

It Must End Now

Keeping it sustained
It has taken way to much

Roasted flowers and burnt leaves
Bleached butterflies with ominous deeds

Inhaled life, exhaling toxic flood
Heart is pumping dry cold blood

Thriving of thorns should stop now
Scars should be buried now
Pain shall prevail now

Over the doomed grieved horizon
It all must end now..!!

Life R3

Life - Randomling 3

As if full till brim, tired of life I am,
Soul drowning in gin, a bundle of grief,
Darkness deep inside, love and passion lost,
Stagnated cold blood, emotions bitten by frost,
As breaths happen, the heart only thumps,
When beats ditch, living is a name sake!

Beautiful Graves

Beautiful graves

A tranquil home,
Where there is no race,
Plenty of neutrality,
No wars,
No abduction,
Cold blood free zone,
Safe and peaceful,
Troubles fade into the dome to the end of times,
Injustice in life transforms to beauty,
The fear of death sinks forever,
Weaknesses glow dim,
A rise to a new dimension,
An asylum of beauty.

Selena

(Dedicated to Selena Quintanilla Perez who died March 31, 1995.)

You were murdered in cold blood in 1995.
While you lived, your music career thrived.
It was sad because you died at the age of twenty-three.
We were both born in 1971, you were the same age as me.
When you died, the music industry lost a great star.
Now you're singing for God because Heaven is where you are.

Regret

i regret being the one to care
in all my friendships of despair
i clearly saw the line and the limit
but i pushed past it to ignore what was written

i regret not knowing who i could've been
i killed myself to impress my friends

but now i lay in cold blood
no one around and nothing to hug
i paint a scene of my happiest days
and it's the only thing that chases the tears away

Bled Out

Shot in cold blood
Left to die
All for righteous feminism.

I’m the beast
Keep me at bay
Destroy my masculinity.

Soon I’ll be empty
A female clone
With male parts.

You’ll be sorry
If you aren’t already
Waiting for your Heroes.

I’ve been bled out
A husk
A blithering idiot.

You have your rights
Expensive price
You lost us.

Happy now?

Sad Story

Sad story here
Now tells on me,
Void beyond cheer
Melancholy.

Sad story tells
A fatal truth,
For pain now dwells
On dying proof.

Sad story spins
As cheer goes out,
Now who can win
With empty shout?

Sad story names
A motley cast,
Shame comes to blame
In sorry blast.

Sad story floods
A taunting surge,
Pulse of cold blood
As hurts converge.

Burn

I knew it the first time.
This would hurt a lot.
I'd take cover for you and yet you abandoned me there in cold blood.

How am I supposed to get it done?
When all it took to destroy me was one shot?
It all came down to me. It reappeared again.
I can feel them again.

So how could you? And why would you?
You once told me about words.
Be careful with them for they might start a blaze.
It did.
They did.
I burned.

You'Re On the Run

(This is a fictional poem)

You shot a cop in cold blood and now you're on the run.
You put down your school books and picked up a gun.
You've come to my house to lay low.
The only thing I have to say is hell no.
You're going to pay the price for what you've done.
Go turn yourself in and put down that damn gun.
You may get the death penalty or then again you may not.
But you are going to pay because of that officer you shot.
