I’m usually afraid of tall girls,
Higher than the Chrysler Building,
Brighter than black Chevy,
But then I was totally surprised,
By your panther eyes,
Your eyes black as jewels, oceans,
I could not resist their mystery,
I drowned in the ocean of her charm,
This panther has captured my soul,
I’ve loved her for twenty years. This panther.

You think all I ever need is a full tank of gas
But my old fenders and taillight need repair
I grow weary of the way people stop and stare
Whenever I sputter and belch as we pass.
No proper chick will ride in my torn front seat
The evening was a total waste of my time
I should not complain, it was not on my dime
But, please, could you turn down the beat?
I’d hoped we might run into swell-built Christine
With the high-end Chrysler rear-end jack job
But you persist thinking you are the real heartthrob
While neither of us approaches being pristine.
You might grow into a reasonably handsome hunk
And luck out with a good job, two gals on your arms
Do not worry about me, I won’t sound any alarms
By then I’ll be only the remains of this pile of junk!

We sing our sixties folk songs
And live in our Woodstock memories
Dancing to Cher’s Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves,
Hanging on to our excitement at surviving the seventies.
Peace is our sign, with love beads and Go Go boots
Thanks to Nancy Sinatra and “These Boots are Made for Walk’n”.
Don’t squawk, youngster, go your own way. Be you.
Don’t just survive, thrive! Live your soul dream.
Take this guitar and travel the world. Take Route 66.
Here are the keys to my Chrysler. Sure she’s old, but she’s powerful.
Singing “Little Ole Lady from Pasadena” with Grandma is not enough.
You have to get out there and live. Your life is waiting!
Destiny is sending you a cookie cake. Gobble up those chocolate chips.
Like Auntie Mame said, “Life is a banquet,
and most suckers are starving to death”.
Don’t let it be you. Go out and grab your gusto.
Parade in your pizzazz.
Be your most delightful and delectable you! Live your ethereal truth, my friend!

Clever lever on robotic wheel
Tasted grease and oil, a big time meal
Sculpted a Chevy’s bumper, a shiny deal.
Ford and Chrysler helped him glue his seal.

Interrupting is rude, son.
But Daddy….
Not one more word. Understand?
Stern look.
Child asks, “What if….”
I MEAN IT!
So five-year-old child sits politely beside window
Watching as hijackers steal their family’s blue Chrysler Caravan.

Mom’s old Chrysler is the scourge of my life
driving it, this sedan makes me complain
forty meters on a ride, the wheels pop--
by that time, I miss the green light... again!
So I'm squatting like a fool on a byway
with prayers, the tow truck gets here real fast--
while counting a hundred 'go' lights blink on ;
my lacy dress spoils, my frail wits aghast!
To make matters worse, tonight's the great prom...
While above the green bulb, a poster reads,
" Is your auto worn-out? Here's an offer!
Get the new Chrysler where each ride succeeds!

Now that the Chrysler Chargers
With the Holden Monaros
And the Ford Falcons
Are all vanishing from
Our roads in the Outback
What will the bikie outlaws
In the next Mad Max movie
Drive on their tracks
Toyota Camrys just don’t cut it.

New Fiats can be seen on the roads of our nation
since they took the reins of the Chrysler Corporation.
One hundred and eight horsepower does not seem like a lot.
However, that's all we need. The engine gives all it's got.
This Italian machine is quite a diminutive dynamo.
Being very light, it can really get up and go.
Fiat departed North America about three decades ago.
Thankfully, these Italian automobiles have returned.
They are once again displaying the reputation they have earned.
These cars display power with great fuel economy.
If one is good enough for the Pope, it's good enough for me.

I got my first car
I bought it with my money
It was very old
I liked driving my used car
Now I owned a LeBaron
American made
This model was a Chrysler
I drove it awhile
Then I got into a wreck
Now my car’s in car heaven

A Million Bucks for a 2005 Chrysler?
By Elton Camp
On e-Bay that’s the asking opening bid
For a clunker the owner wants to be rid
Car wasn’t much good when it was new
So how can such price being set be true?
Could it have parts made out of solid gold
Or is there some other reason it’s being sold
It’s original owner no need for it has seen
Since he is now riding around in a limousine
No armor plating in the Chrysler is there
So to use it now, he simply wouldn’t dare
Does the owner’s name to your mind spring
Was he ambassador, emperor or some king
If you think you know to whom it did belong
Post your answer and see if it’s right or wrong

the sun overhead is noticably upset.
the sun is late in the evening raging
through its galitic colisack.
round and round it goes.
the sun is a 1980 chrysler cordoba.
the sun has an eight track that plays
lou rahls "love is a hurtin thing".

Those are not the scent of roses in the breeze.
It is more like the smell of aged provolone cheese.
It wavers along with some olive oil and oregano.
Those are some scents I already know.
Who is lurking nearby do I suppose?
It is none other than my dear Hoagie-nose!
She is a woman I can’t possibly forget.
Everywhere she follows me this Italian coquette.
This ragazza has a kiss as sweet as anisette.
This little woman always accommodates a man.
That’s why she drives around in a mini van.
She makes sure the fellow is nice and comfy
in the back of her Chrysler Town and Country.
There was a valuable lesson I would learn.
The flames of passion gave me a third-degree burn.
We crossed the Rubicon to the point of no return.
My Hoagie-nose and I will tie the knot in June.
We will be joining forces around the rise of the full moon.
Yes, this little Italian doll is the one I must choose.
Her daddy made me an offer I couldn’t refuse.

From the moment I feel that spark
in the palm of your hand and let it
run over the bone of my hip, I am placed in a
euphoria that drags along with me for months and
years.
It keeps me awake at night and clouds my focus
during the conference calls, bathroom breaks, and
monotonous drives home. It puts me to sleep as I stand
over the boiling pot of spinning webs.
I can feel every stroke of your finger across my face, my thoughts of it. I am
trapped in my memory and longing for the silence of water
falling from the shower head as I drink you in over and over.
It makes my heart flutter and pound and fumble to catch its breath. It makes my mind start and stop
and sputter like a Chrysler with no battery. I hold it quietly around my middle, to protect me from the
emptiness of acceptance.
This is a dirty trick of an imbalanced mind. It is not the very real experience and longing that I try to
compress with this very unhelpful, old washcloth.

What takes a company
The size of Ford
To rip of an inventor
Of its own accord
Typical conglomerate
Thinking they own the world
Taken on by an individual
He must be so absurd
In 1978
A Mr Robert William Kearns
Sued Ford Motor Company
For patent infringement earns
It finally went to trial
In the year 1990
A victory for Justice
Against those, who thought they were mighty
Even Chrysler crumbled
As he and his family fought
In America's courts of law
They refused to be bought
Who is Robert William Kearns
As you read this you may ask
He was just a simple inventor
What he invented did its task
The next time it starts to rain
And you are driving in your car
The intermittent windshield wiper
Made this inventor, a court room star
In memory of Mr Robert William Kearns
