Reflections of the Past, Visions of the Future

I thought this noxious pain would abandon my agonized heart after a while
I thought if I could write better it would ease on me 
Maybe my tacks were wrong,
I couldn't find my way to exist, still a character of a juvenile
They mocked my will, my reasons, my need to smile
No matter how old, never will

A camp counselor once, I thought I should glide
I ran fifteen miles, at the airport applied
A pilot took me up, above the Pocono grass
But I got airsick when the plane took a pass.

The pilot didn't want me throwing up in his plane
He dived to the ground, like an eagle gone insane

The gruesome truth of life, engulfed by dubiety
TOO high and mighty, no man can feel
Without the thread of sacred hope

The valleys of life, the plains of ardent desires
Embarking on a voyage, a buccaneer’s pride
The scenic view may lay

A true sacred place and time of innocence where all things
