Best Vastness Poems
Vastness defies the point of no return
Immense
Greater then great
Above and beyond
Above the clouds
Beyond Mother Earth
Beyond Universes
The illusion of space and time continuum
Exceeding every point in time
dimensional and interdimensional
Of which is nonlinear
Consciousness expands as it extends
Flows in harmony
Never ending
Unlimited
Perceptions define the world in which you observe
A world in which you live
What you perceive the eyes have seen
You may have your entrance points
You may have your exit points
You may identify as a limited existence
When in truth you are endless and everlasting
A billion stars above lay witness to
the never ending motions of the sea
whose undulating waves roll cross the blue
and crest on shorelines of infinity.
The vastness of the universe leaves awe
within this humble poet’s probing mind;
I ponder the conclusions one may draw,
what wonders lie beyond are left to find.
As sands of time sift through the hour glass
and days and weeks and years slip slowly by,
I’ve come to realize I’ll ne’er surpass
the bound’ries of this world I occupy.
For we are but a speck in space and time
forever bound within this paradigm.

How long is forever?
How big is the biggest?
Jesus stretched out his arms wide on a cross to die
Eternal love to show for me and you, when he arose from the grave victorious!
Salvation he gave and sins he did cleanse
Ultimate authority he has and yet compassion infinite
Space goes on forever yet God is bigger than it all.
Jesus loves me a speck in the vastness of space, he knows the very hairs on my
head and bacteria living on my skin. He can do ALL things if we just ask believing.
AWESOME is just the beginning of God's greatness!!
Praise God Jehovah, Jesus!!
Take enough Vitamin C, they tell me,
And you can end up living forever.
However, leaving aside forever,
You can, they say, live a very long time.
Taoist 'immortals' ate cinnabar,
Many searched for the fountain of youth,
Many prayers to heaven beg for more years,
Such endeavors bring only dust and tears.
Where the soaring rocky mountains now stand
Grand ocean waves once shifted shore side sand,
Where desert heat now endlessly shimmers
Once a green fern forest quivered with life.
The mayfly lives but a single season,
Can you tell me the seasons of a star?
Such a warm vibrating rainbow
I behold..
Detached from any willed feel
I surrender..
An appealing energy illuminating the soul
I radiate..
Waves of sweet sensitivity and tender tranquility
Cradled..
A glorious green hand exuding a feel of peace and abundance
Healed..
A sublime combination of alluring shades and rich hues
Renewed..
Many a feel overpowering the self
Nurtured..
Softly carried away to an untethering vastness
Freed..
Just a thought
It came around
Dressed up as something profound
With all it's array of sound
Music to the mind
Passing endless minutes
By the pound
Giving anyone space filled

Every day I fade away little by little, like a star lost in the vastness of the sky,
Silence becomes my refuge, letting calls vanish into the echoes of time,
I trace winding paths, avoiding encounters like a butterfly hiding from the wind,
And as my steps turn to shadows, I distance myself from familiar lights.
By the time they notice I've dispersed, I'll already be a dream unraveling at dawn,
A forgotten laughter, an ancient melody, a smile hidden in the corners of memories,
Their questions will float like fallen leaves: what was my laughter like? was the smile real?
Or was I just a reflection on the surface of a calm lake, a thought that vanished?
My soul dances on the edge of time, like a grain of sand in the hourglass of eternity,
I wonder if I've left deep marks or was just a breeze passing through their lives,
Who am I in the hearts of those who seek me now, an echo or a guiding beacon?
I retreat into my silent universe, a story written on the night sky, with undying stars.
Past present and future
Space the tutor
Creations past
Vision in the vast
Minds to small to see
Creations mystery
Tiny stars we see
Time and space infinity
Who and what we are
Written in the stars
Dust to dust forever
Our souls joined together
As I looked out the plane window
across a vast snowlike landscape
within my mind congeals the thought
of the vastness of Creator God.
And as I sailed on a cruise ship
across the mighty ocean vast
the image that my mind descries,
is of a God who is so vast.
As I look at the sky at night
Into illimitable space
my mind defaults to the one thought
of a great God who is so vast.
Where’er I look in nature’s book
the message leaping off the page
proclaim the familiar refrain
of almighty God who is so vast.
And what I cannot comprehend
is why those made in His image,
in contrast to all created things
refuse God’s vastness to proclaim.
Another wonder I ponder,
Is how this vast and mighty God
could be born as a helpless babe
dependent on his human mum.
The vastness of God enthralls me
His boundless love overwhelms me
As a creature in His image
In His presence, I bow in awe.
The vastness of your mind,
can take an idea and turn it into anykind,
the mind is a wonderful thing,
use it wisely, you know not what it will bring.
Look at Edison, Ford and Bell!
Follow their dreams and you can't fail,
so use the vastness of your mind,
and turn that idea into anykind.

Vagrant diamond stars teem,
Various in color.
Veering hued planets whirl-
Velocity dancers!
Vernal and infinite,
Vibrant universe dark.
Vintage colors abound!

Africa, gentle your fiery wild blaze,
Lest heat waves plunder my safari days.
I seek adventure, wild, fun-filled and free,
Not scorching sunbeams that beg to drain me.
The savannah's golden vastness beckons,
Two giraffes emerge, my stares they reckon,
Their eyes bright, like ancient wisdom, meet mine,
My camera begs to flaunt their design.
Their gaze gave a shared fleeting scary bond,
My heart beats fast, with great wonder beyond,
The shutter clicked to a frozen delight,
Memorable moments captured pure bright.
Your unknown vastness fears not what lies ahead,
showing your immense freedom with pride instead.
Massive nothingness with everything to give,
forever shall your eternity outlive
creation as the cosmos and earth are fed.
I’ve seen your Mercury and Aries immerse
into perpetual existence transverse.
Your alluring stardust descends down below,
deep awe is felt as the constellations glow.
You are unknown vastness…the universe.

Monocrostic (Birthday of John Montemayor)
In the cosmic vastness, stars weave dreams of eternal light,
The universe reveals its spontaneous perfection in silence,
Each moment is a window to infinities of desires,
Where the useful and the useless dance in circles of light.
Life is a mosaic of experiences laid upon time,
Expanding the horizon of the soul with each step taken,
In the desire to give, we discover true value,
For only contrast reveals the hidden essence within us.
The universe, a canvas of desires and dreams, shows its beauty,
Each atom vibrates in the eternal dance of energies,
To live is to tread the edge of the unknown abyss,
Feeling the wind of time caress the face with promises.
In the desire to understand, we lose ourselves, but in uselessness,
We find the value of being, mirrored in the pure desire to give,
In the silence between thoughts, perfection becomes a journey,
We dive into depths, seeking answers in silent stars.
We wish to give meaning to each moment, but truth comes,
When we cease searching and let life carry us,
In uselessness, we find the freedom to be, unconditionally,
And in the desire to give, we discover the open soul.
