With a loving heart,
filled with peace and harmony
In the afterbirth new life emerges
An eternal optimist in Spite of living

Starlight sparkles in this globe softly glistens
Everything seems to be perfectly normal
Gentle spirit refines where the thought is good
Dream you shine a warm sunbeam gift

We live for truth and justice sake
The numbered days and duration of happy feelings
A glimpses of human life takes shape
Golden delicious fruit of Eden

Happiness can not be conquered,
it must be openly received
A sun melting inside warm thoughts
Staring across the horizon clouds pearl white

My desires, my needs, my happiness
As fallen people with meaningless deeds
Dreamy cotton skies echo into one song
The ability to grasp facts of nature around us

Faraway mountains sailing yearns
Over the hills a warm thought in breeze blows
Starlight twinkles in the eyes of a dream
Coasting along on a deep blue sea wave kiss

Envious hearts would never be lovers of truth and justice but devotees to falsehood and injustice!*

(c) Demetrios Trifiatis
          04 June 2016

* Today I received a soup mail from someone who never visits me, accusing me of supporting someone who harasses ladies and gentlemen alike!
I would never commit injustice against anyone! I only comment on the poem written ignoring why the poem is written.
Sometimes poems are fictitious. It is impossible to know what is in the mind of the writer since there are no names of the supposed victim! I DECLARE THAT NEVER SUPPORTED OR WILL I SUPPORT ANY INJUSTICE and would like to let this person know that I am a free man and an honest one! It is better for the author of that soup mail not to try to turn one person against the other. Here we are not to divide people but to unite them! At least I AM DOING IT IN PRACTICE.
God bless him who sent me the message and may he sees the light and stop creating groups to fight one against the other so as for him to reign! I also ask all our soupers to work in harmony for we suppose to be poets inspired by God and since GOD IS LOVE let us LOVE ONE ANOTHER!

Premium Member Superman

Superman has always been a superhero of mine
One of my favorites of all and that with me is more than fine.
Superman he's so handsome and he's so very cool
He can fly!And he's so bright,smart,and he's never a fool.

Superman in his superhero outfit looks so sharp and good
And for truth and justice for anyone always proud stood
There's no one in the world like Christopher Reeves as Superman
Superman fights for everything that stands for good and that's his plan.

Superman, fight for the American way and has tons of die-hard devoted fans
He always comes shining thru for all, evil in all his films he bans
Superman in the world of superheroes is my number one and many of us agreed
No other superhero can ever beat him with all its unique attributes indeed.

Rest In Peace, United States of America

REST IN PEACE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

YOUR LEADERS FAIL THIS GREAT NATION.

THE FAILURE OF TRUTH HAS ERODED YOUR FOUNDATION.

YOUR BORDERS ARE BEING INFILTRATED.

YOUR LEADERS ARE PLAYING POLITICS WITH YOUR PROTECTION.

REST IN PEACE, UNCLE SAM, YOU DO NOT DESERVE THIS TREATMENT.

THERE IS A CURRENT OF TRUTH AND JUSTICE IN THIS GREAT LAND.

WE ARE THE BEACON OF FREEDOM AND

WE MUST BECOME THIS OR WE WILL DIE.

THIS NATION IS STILL ALIVE!

WE THE PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER!

REST IN PEACE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,

YOU ARE BEING REBORN!

We are going to see a lot of changes, happen in the days to come
A time of serious reflection, into the many places we come from
As we are faced with challenges, we will stay united and strong
Everything good is worth restoring and we resist what is wrong
Patience is worthy, while truth and justice have a way to prevail
The time for celebration will make its way to soon set sail
We will live life to the fullest, breathe each gifted breath of air
Clipping clamps from our wings, fly above holdings of despair
And as we fly like eagles through the open sky, thanking Lord
We will know, the American Dream is not lost, but restored!

Premium Member Will I Find You in the End

Hello God, are you there?
I’ve been searching for you everywhere.
Starting out in my mother’s womb
Not very long ago,
When my life was barely beginning
Before I began to know…

Anything about you
And this world I was headed toward.
I was looking for you even then,
Perhaps so even more.

More than when I finally arrived,
The apple of my parents’ eyes
Crawling ‘round the grass and grounds
You placed down here for me,
When all I knew was sky is blue
And love was wild and free.

And as I grew tall and learned to run
I looked for you in shade and sun.
In churches, bibles, liturgies
And things I could and could not see
Like ocean waves and winds that scatter,
Poetry, symmetry and thoughts that matter.

And this idea of independence
And freedom from tyranny,
The pursuit of happiness, truth and justice
And the bounties that they bring.

And other things we take for granted
Like cats, dogs, frogs and birds,
Rivers flowing, flowers growing
And every song and kind of music played and heard.

While I never gave up and never let down
My search for You through cities and towns.
From tiny islands in the old gulf stream
To highlands and by lands
From Mount Olympus to New Orleans.

And continued my search with purpose and worth
In libraries filled with books
Of countless pages throughout the ages
How others thought you might look.

And if you are real, you know how I feel
About the majesty of Your creation.
Planets, stars and the universe writ large,
Consciousness, curiosity and causation.

From the first thinking man who was able to plan
His future among all things,
While looking for You just as I do
In places where he once lived and dreamed…

Down in the bogs and bayous
Where cypress trees grow tall,
And on the moon and Mars and in honky-tonk bars
And leaves turning colors in the fall.

And in the hearts and minds of others
And the catchlight in their eyes,
Hoping I might find you there,
In their laughter and their hope-filled cries.

Even now I’m still seeking and wondering
If you can hear my plea within,
I pray dear God if we’re not at odds:
Will I find You in the end?

Tesu a Folk Love Story of India 6

Tesu A Folk Love Story of India Part. 6

Prelude Note: Please see Part 05 for Prelude Note

Important Note: Sorry friends for some delay in writing the next part 6th of this
Beautiful Love Story. The reason for writing this wonderful story is the fact the gradually the traditional singers (boys and girls) of Tesu, who used to come once in a year with the earthen pot and a light in it on their heads, while singing the songs of Tesu have almost disappeared. This year on Dewali no Tesu was seen by me. I hope that those who have an open heart for other cultures and their beliefs and traditions would welcome this series and would find wonderful love story worth enjoying. Love and best wishes…..

Tesu A Folk Love Story of India Part. 6

While planning the strategy of Mahabharata* war,
Krishna was worried only about one thing,
He knew that there was none to match his Arjuna
His most beloved disciple except the mighty warrior Tesu. 15

Unfortunately that hero Tesu was preparing to fight
From the side of Kauravas, who were on a wrong path
Krishna also knew that Tesu's weakness was his determination
That he would fight for those, who were weak and at a losing end. 16

Krishna also knew that Tesu was true to his commitments
And he would not agree to change his side only because
Lord Krishna was asking him to fight from the side of those
Who wanted to establish the principles of truth and justice. 17

Premium Member Pretense and Subterfuge

Truth - Justice - Trust
Three players around a bridge table
move their pieces on the game board,
all the Squares are Red
from blood spilled by making the wrong move,
for believing the lies of a worthy opponent called Truth
eyes that lie - lies of a spy - all rolling the same die -
power struggle to control the outcome of the game
first over the wall and across the bridge wins.

Roll the dice if you dare take the chance of making the wrong move.
What is the risk if the rules of the game keep changing?
Justice cheats but Justice is blind; not to the strategy of opponents.
Truth lies and Trust can't be trusted to tell the truth.
Pretense and subterfuge

Three players around the bridge table. Who holds the winning piece?
Will Trust be the loser if he's caught in the middle?
If he believes Truth and Justice he should be called Gullible.
Blowing up the bridge table would put an end to Trust
an end to the game - of the world? Liberty does have a price.

Premium Member America My Home

I've always been prepared to give my life for liberty.
I'll fight for truth and justice to keep this country free.
I sing along to freedom songs as tears fall from my eyes.
The love I feel for this great land I will not compromise.

Oh, America I love you, you're a grand symphony.
I'm proud that you're my motherland, you've been so good to me.
Oh, America I love you, America my home.
America you're in my heart wherever I may roam.

With the courage of our people flying high on eagles wings.
We'll stand together and defend this land where freedom rings.
Our children will be free to dream where dreams can still come true.
You're precious gifts surround us and that's why we sing to you.

Oh, America I love you, you're a grand symphony.
I'm proud that you're my motherland, you've been so good to me.
Oh, America I love you, America my home.
America you're in my heart wherever I may roam.

The torch of Lady Liberty burns bright across our skies.
Our hopes and prayers for freedom are reflected in her eyes.
She guides us through the hardest times revealing strength unknown.
Let's spread our wings like eagles now and fly where they have flown.

Oh, America I love you, you're a grand symphony.
I'm proud that you're my motherland, you've been so good to me.
Oh, America I love you, America my home.
America you're in my heart wherever I may roam.

Human Error

Our flaws include that "Love is to die for",
And the promise of death wills us to live with much galore,
with the common era pursuing common errors,
we chase the hypocrisy of love, life and death more.

Our faults include to be kind, only to the kind,
and betray benevolence to the profane,
like feeding nothing to poverty,
and nourishing the wealthy with more money.

Liberty, peace, truth and justice,
bind into the book of the rule of law.
Upon they swore to destroy buildings that casts shadows
with crossed fingers, then they cast shadows of their own.

Sought since the start of time is perfection,
changing human defects with gradual intervention
with the loose bolts and screws of reasoning,
probing the heart's abstruse cords and circuits.

Trying to remedy the faults,
hiding the dents of human judgement,
draining the wires off of creativity,
Born from human error is the robotics of the contemporary.

Premium Member Wake Up America

Wake up, America!
Wake up you silent majority,
you sons and daughters of liberty.
All who bleed red, white and blue
your country needs you!

Wake up, America!
Wake up to the revolution
and stand up for the constitution.
Stand against division and hate
now before it’s too late!

Wake up, America!
Wake up folks hither and yon
and vote till a great victory is won.
Soon it will be your patriotic turn
to quell the fires that burn!

Wake up, America!
Wake up and repulse evermore
the wolves and jackals at your door.
Alas the riotin’ mobs in your town
want to tear America down!

Wake up, America!
Wake up to all the fake news
and be most careful who you choose.
Get aboard and ride the Trump train
back to Washington again!

Wake up, Sleepy Joe!
America is not a racist country
but Godless marxists want it to be.
And yet still in your basement hidin’
you say nothin’, Joe Biden!

Wake up, America!
And now that the votes are in
miraculous ballots keep appearin’.
Now we see Red states right on cue
mysteriously turnin’ Blue!

Wake up, America!
Well it’s up to the courts now
to seek truth and justice somehow.
Funny how the laptop incrimination
became Russian disinformation!

Wake up, America!
Joe says it’s now time to heal
but first there’s an election to steal.
That stench in the air is hypocrisy
and the death of democracy!

Wake up, America!
For your country say a prayer
that we wake from this nightmare.
But alas as a wise man once spoke
you can’t wake the woke!

New Jerusalem

Behold the new Jerusalem
For the time is drawing near
It's time to unite the body
It's time to unite in prayer

The dry bones are responding
To the spirits mighty voice
The healing of the nations
Is but a whisper away

I'm coming with a mighty sword
My truth and justice bring
Among my holy nation
My soldiours stand prepared

Unite my children unite as one
Cease with lies and strife
Set you eyes upon the cross
Set your eyes on my love
For there is no other way

To bring my kingdom in
Send my light throughout this world
And let my glory shine
