You tempt me
As I sense your presence by my side
The whisper of your flowing silken dress
A whiff of fragrant jasmine scent.
You tempt me
With each flicker of your doe-brown eyes
Shadowed in lilac hues and full dark lashes
A smile, partly concealed on pouting lips.
You tempt me
With curvaceous waves of long black hair
Cascading by glowing peach-rose cheeks
Rising, falling on your breast with every breath.
You tempt me
As you stand against the evening light
The Aphrodite of my dreams and fantasies
Seductive, alluring and desirable.
I temp you
As gently I pull back my straying hair
Nestled on the fullness of my breast
Exposing what your famished eyes are feasting on.
I tempt you
In silent expectation my body glows
With purpose of fulfilment I slowly make my way to you
My haloed shadow dances on your rigid form.
I tempt you
Breathless, you lean against the wall
My desires surging at this sign of weakness
Within inches of your body, I languidly pause.
I tempt you
Sensuously, at satin ribbons my fingers pull
Until my struggling gown hesitantly quivers
Before it glides and gathers at my feet.
I tempt you
Grounded by wanton cravings, I look you in the eyes
I simply smoulder there within your reach
The final vestige of abstinence still lingers in the air.
I tempt you
Then I lean in, my breath is warm upon your check
Against your heaving chest my breasts now brush
I breathe and whisper softly “Come to me.”
I tempt you
Inveigled in this rare moment, my heart bursts
As you crush my body tightly against yours
You taste the temptress kiss that frees your needs.
I tempt you
For my heart has long been tempted
By strong unquenched desires
For you.

She is the fish-maiden of the night,
a temptress that croons to the sky
wading on gills of fondled thoughts,
the bearer of one fine shipmate’s doom
coasting on forbidden passion and trance.
On waters’ edge before the stars pale,
her body swivels before an ensnared time
of charmed maneuver , a hesitant prowl;
till the gentle fondness weeps a lonely desire.
Laying her man on the crib of soft navel
an aching dusk breaks a mermaid's tune ;
his breath gasping against the shore
while she clings to a howling wind,
pleading for rescue into deep cave of moss.

Line 2: "she reassured me with an unfamiliar line"
she's but an alluring, poisonous spider
that wields her sexiness like a weapon.
come what may, she gets what she wants;
an opportunist; her target, malleable men
uninterested in relationships, she's all about
grifting. she once tried to lure me into her web.
she reassured me with an unfamiliar line...
"don't worry, I don't bite!"...but I knew better.
she's an effortlessly seductive temptress
with intoxicating charms tough to resist;
she enjoys dangling her feminine wiles
like a carrot for benighted men to nibble.
she's left a trail of broken men in her wake.
be careful, my guy! do not let her suck you
into the vortex of her magnetism, for she'll be
the author of your destruction.

Near the lobby in the great room
we first make our rendezvous.
A breathy trip up to my stateroom
and I am at last alone with you.
I sense your fragrant muskiness
as I tease off your tenuous cover
and reveal the lustrous duskiness
of your dark body to your lover.
As your wrap falls to the floor
and in all your glory you disrobe
the hungry demon waits no more
and I encup your tempting globe.
I cannot think what may transpire...
Shall I regret today's caprice?
But I cannot vanquish my desire
and sweet passion will not cease.
Deferred until tomorrow all guilt trips
and now, oh chocolate truffle... to my lips!

The heaven's lanterns she commands,
The harmony of ocean's harp.
Her moonlit shadow firmly stands,
And merges at the hem of scarp.
As I approach, afraid to speak,
Her illustration disappears.
Alone I brave the mountain peak,
Her cosmic voice still in my ears.
Express'd within the spectral mist,
Her tender kiss, conveyed so soft.
And on her words, I do subsist;
A multitude of miles aloft.
I then behold the sight surreal,
And ponder secretly my choice:
"Shall I take flight? (My fate I'll seal),
Or will I die a silent voice?"
My reasoning was then postponed.
Her beck'ning gaze that I adhere,
Came back to seize my love, dethroned.
Her sympathy was so austere.
I saw the sky, in half was split.
Beheld the universe immense.
Her fragrance rendered counterfeit
In face of harsh liquid incense.
I spied the Owl in the monsoon,
And glimpsed the Lark with grace outdone.
The former dancing with the moon,
The latter weeping for the sun.
And in her treason, I confide,
In holding on to but her arm.
The temptress of the cliff, my bride,
Will keep me far away from harm.
And so we danced on sky-high rocks,
The temptress of the cliff and I.
Disregarding all the clocks
That once beguiled us from the sky.
And on this cliffside masterpiece,
I felt my life was then complete.
With all my joy and inner peace,
I plunged a hundred-thousand feet.
She stood there singing to the draft,
High up that rocky balcony.
With her success, she cruelly laughed
At my stalemate epiphany.
Temptation preys on ill of wit.
So brook your life's pathetic tiff.
Above all things, do not submit
To her, the temptress of the cliff.

To all of you who read the first song, I thank you-and to those of you who went to CJBELL.NET I thank you exponentially
TAKE A SPIN IN CRINOLINE
Do you tango?
Do you dance a lot,
my Sir Lancelot?
Do you cha-cha?
And like me you sure are hot
Do you mambo?
Do you Lindy Hop?
Do you slow dance?
And does dancing make your champagne pop?
Do you rumba?
Do you shake your butt about?
Do you do the twist?
Now does it make you scream and shout?
This girl must dance as she must breathe
A two step done from two steps away
A breath apart and ready to dance
Wanting to wiggle and set to sway
Does the band believe in you,
The way that it does me?
Is the music your only muse,
And does the music make you free?
So again I ask you……
Do you tango?
Do you dance a lot,
my Sir Lancelot?
Do you cha-cha?
And like me are you hot?
And just like me, baby, are you hot?
CHANGE MELODY
So do you want to quick step, Mister?
With me in silk and crinoline
Don’t peek under my dress demure
As you watch me begin to spin
We can rumba and drink some rum
We can ch-ch-chance a cha-cha or two
Put your hands forcefully around my waist
Because Mister, I’m ready to dance with you
You can lead and lead me anywhere
Places you may have seen before
Like to the bar and back again
But I won’t leave this here dance floor
No I won’t leave this here dance floor
Do you tango with your cheek near mine
And lips so close we share one taste
What is that Mister dancing man,
you don’t dance, oh what a woeful waste?
Yes what a woeful waste
So you don’t tango the way that I do
And your slow dance has slowed to a halt
Well Mister, the fact that you can’t dance
alas honey, that ain’t this young chick’s fault
No baby, that ain’t none of this young girl’s fault
No, that ain’t no fault of mine
But let’s not call this love to a halt
Because I said, Mister Mister,
that just ain’t,
that just ain’t this hot chick's faultttttttttttt!

She looks.
Cascading out of control,
white water floods me.
I fear the rocks
lurking ‘neath dark pools.
Drawing me near,
the swirling eddys
foretell much.
Too much!

To live without the fear of falling sleep
and love enough to chase the night away,
eyes drift across the darkness where she lay
befriending dancing shadows as she weeps.
Awake another night beneath dim stars
once bright enough to shine through flesh and bone.
The sky like death’s tomb buries her alone
not long enough to reach the light afar.
Then golden auras lift to burden breath
with shallow gasps, she faints into sunrise.
Alone again, no soul to hear her cries
or feel her pounding heart before her death.
And who will come to rescue her from sleep
if nightmares wrestle dreams as stillness comes?
No faith or love, her lonely heart succumbs
to bitterness that flows from oceans deep.
Her beauty had once glowed behind her eyes
and softened all the edges of her face.
Not long ago, she charmed from star’s embrace.
Now, she, the temptress, falls from timeless skies.
The glories of the past are hardened earth
and stars burn out then cease to light the sky.
Fated to fear the dark and surely die
alone, she mourns her youth of selfish worth.

A red scarf ribbon around her neck
It flows elegantly down her back
She hit me like a blow in the dark
Caressing the hump of her trademark
She knows I’m watching her walk
Without having to look back
I wish she could stop so we could talk
I'd say, 'How about a drink?'
But there’s so many of us to pick
So she walks on without a squeak
It's better this way, knowing my luck
I'd probably stutter, and my mind go blank
Some call out to her, but she’s used to that bark
Men are dogs and I’m a member of the pack
I proved it today, I tried to hold back
My feelings were too strong to fake
In her disappearance from my obsession I awake
And all the judgemental eyes I take
The seductive temptress her birthmark

Ballad
Autumn
She shakes her auburn hair
And Summer's loss is Winter's gain
The heartbreak moment
Here again.
A beauty tempting to the eyes
Her backdrop; painted vivid, scarlet skies
She breezes in like dancing Ginger
On reddened carpet, the silent seasonal swinger.
Whispering her intention to all who will listen
On slippery ground her garments glisten.
The naked tree exposed and bare
Stands shameless in the streetlight's stare.
And all the voices in the town
Becry denuded Summer's gown.
The green is lost. The seamless lushness
Replaced by Wintery shapeless toughness.
And yet, with all the withered fronds,
The fallen desires of that which belongs,
A hidden motivation starts
To teach our fickle, sun-lust hearts..
That while we long for sunlight's haze,
And mourn the loss of Summer's gaze,
We find that deep within our sorrow
A golden promise of tomorrow.

Lyin asleep
Coldness in her eyes
There’s trouble down the line
Taking all your worth
You called me a playboy
Strictly judging me,
Your scarring, won’t hurt
A justified reprieve
Sinning in a world
Where evil sways you with delight
A weakness you can’t overthrow
The temptress never dies
This grueling thorn
Digs deep inside of me
It burns in you to
Why can’t we be free?
You don’t even know me
Yet I’m crucified by your eyes,
My heart’s filled with lusting
But yours it holds only lies.
Things being rough
That’s just the way it is
Just keep the faith
All yah need is one good kiss

The Temptress And Her Dark Spread Wicked Web
Your course was chosen, waiting for you to find it
Love came forth and you sought to forever bind it
Yet earth and sky saw your scheming inner spirit
And in life's madden race, a voice said, just shear it
Mother Nature saw and fiercely shook your rafters
Whilst Fate smiled at those wily little crafters
O' blindness, your melody races ahead
Your soul lives on dirty water and molded bread.
Laugh at those that see your audacious little game
With those selfish whims and you without any shame
Moon mocks you as your lying roars like loud thunder
Tis very true, truth shall bring your dreams asunder.
Your course was chosen, waiting for you to find it.
Love came forth and you sought to forever bind it.
