Best Take A Walk Poems

Premium Member Take a Walk Into the Future

If you have dreams
You can take a walk into the future
You can start your plan today
With great hope and expectation
But try your best from today
And accept the result tomorrow
The future forever welcome you
But with your love, conscience
Perseverance,optimism
And sincerity in god
The unknown world forever welcome you
But have to bear in mind the rules
Thankful for yesterday
Cherish for today
And hopeful for tomorrow

Take a Walk On the Darkside

Take a walk on the Darkside,
But don't be surprised...
By the madness that comes bursting out with pride.

Do you have thoughts of homicide,
Days where you want to it all by suicide,
Your inner demons know all the thoughts you try to hide.

Are there moments where you wish you were alone in the world,
Where you wish you didn't love men even if you are a girl,
Take a walk on the Darkside and see what starts to unfurl.

Do you have an Oedipal complex from Hell,
Do you fear you have no soul, that you are simply an empty shell,
Take a walk on the Darkside and find the place where such thoughts dwell.

Take a walk on the Darkside and fall down the rabbit hole,
Where your soul is as burnt and as black as coal,
Walks like that are sure to take their toll.

Take a walk on the Darkside if you must,
Talk to your demons, obey your lust,
But hold your breath when the winds begin to gust...

For every dark must have a light,
So take a deep breath and hold on tight,
And I'll see you on the other side of Dark, in the blinding light!

Take a Walk In the Park

Take a walk in the park,
It’s the time for bonding;
It brings joy and gladness
To parent and offspring.

Take a walk in the park,
It’s a great chance to play;
A moment of laughter
To brighten the new day.

Take a walk in the park,
And you shall be amazed;
Up close and personal,
See lions face to face.

Take a walk in the park,
Let your mind understand;
Beasts are so important,
As they’ve roles in the land.

Take a walk in the park,
It’s not free and easy;
You must buy a ticket
From teller for entry.

Unload the stress and frets,
Leave worries in the dark;
Think of the grace as you
Take a walk in the park.

In my own microcosm of the world,
myriad blessings are daily unfurled.
To claim them, I don’t need my car, just my feet.
My frequent walks don’t end with my little street.
Invariably friendly neighbors I meet.

If I need a doctor, a clinic is there,
right by the drugstore. When my fridge is bare,
I walk to the quick stop for lunch, milk, and bread
or down to the café with close friends instead.
There’s so much to see before daylight has fled.

I pass by three churches, including my own;
an ice cream shop (I may drop in for a cone);
the library (I love a mystery book);
the charming boutique (Can I pass and not look?);
the park (right beside it, a train and a brook).

I walk by the school—how the memories flow!—
then the coffee shop, where they have strong joe to go,
a shop where the ladies all do hair and nails,
the houses of some whose friendship never fails,
the “junk” store with really nice things during sales.

With ability to take my walks, I am BLESSED.
They relieve and relax me when I’m feeling stressed.
I love the wide range of sounds, sights, and styles
experienced while walking not even two miles!
My heart’s always warmed by the waves and big smiles.

Mum, Come Take a Walk

Mum come take a walk with me, we can chat about years gone by.
Like how you were always there for me, whenever I would cry.
Mum come take a walk with me, I want to tell you how I feel,
About all the things you taught me, like doing my first cart-wheel.
Mum come take a walk with me, I want to thank you for everything we've shared,
Like how you looked after me, to show how much you cared.
Mum come take a walk with me, I need to feel you near.
When you're close to me, there's nothing for me to fear.
Mum come take a walk with me, it's something we should do,
We can make new memories, to look back on, when we're blue.
Mum come take a walk with me, we can walk down Memory Lane.
So, that when we're not together, this day will ease our pain.
Mum come take a walk with me, there's things I'd like to say,
I want to tell you how much I Love You, every single day.

Take a Walk.

Come take a walk with me,
we can both help our misery.
you need me, I need you,
 no more pretending,
 about us two.
 Let us show the rest,
 what we already know,
 no more, this circus show.
We can walk hand in hand,
 I don't care what the other's
 say,
 I only care for you,
 today and every day.

Take a Walk With Me

Take a walk with me
In loving harmony
I will wrap you in my arms
Beside the river Lee
We will listen to the river dance
In tranquil melody
As from the mountains high
It waltzes to the sea
As we bathe in the ripples of love
That flow through you and me

Take a Walk In Jesus' Shoes

Beautiful colours, sweet

 smells, sensual touch

 and so much more.

 A door opened up

 another one closed.

 Let the dove of peace

 and compassion be

 everlasting. Do not boast

of the good deeds you do.

Do not wallow in self pity

 and worldly blues. Instead,

take a walk in Jesus' shoes.

 Show love and compassion,

 these things should not be

 rationed. instead flow forth

 with a burning passion

(what does friendship mean to me )

A person who stands by me when things get rough
one who sings to me when they know I had enough
a mentor who by honesty alone can drive me home
to the nectar of our bond - with deep Shalom ...

FRIENDS ARE LIKE ANCIENT TREES
ROOTED DEEP INSIDE THE SOIL
INDIVIDUAL AS THE RINGS
ENGRAVED INSIDE EACH TRUNK
NATURAL AND KIND, THEY ENDEAVOR
DENOTIVELY TO LEAVE THEIR MARK ON US ;

A person who can scribe the non-verbal
leave a half way mark on a soul expectancy
one who apprises the untold story of my life
and never asks, " do you want to talk ? "

but rather says , "come, let's take a walk "

The End.

Take a Walk With Me

The cold air moves around my body leaving an impression. The rising moon paints
shadows on my lips, and helps to disguise my eyes from nature.

The wildlife stirs, All movement blurs.

My eyes cast the horizon in search.

The sound of you makes my heart lurch.

Your cold breath is moist.

Your emotions have no need to be voiced. I can see every emotion in your features.

I look upon you, as do the creatures.

Sadly this all has to end.

Your eyes are scared your motions are unprepared. I lead you by hand to the river
of Fate.

I watch you approach, your reflection now caught. This river shows your heart and
the hate. You must hurry... We have no time left to stand and debate.

You peer down into the dismal blue, and i see myself there beside you. You look to
me with fear as the river pulls you near.

You look to me with absoultion. I smile weakly at your only solution.

I walk away as your pleas for help penetrate my heart.

I cannot stand this feeling, but life sometimes chooses our destiny, and decides
when we must depart

Premium Member Take A Walk In My Shoes

So you want to hear my story
To tell you where I came from
But can you handle it
Will you really listen to me
Or will you just continue to judge me
Instead of asking me where I am headed
Will you believe me when I tell you my story is true
What I was I am no longer
Or will you continue to preach to me
Freely giving me your sanctified opinion
It has often been said not to judge someone
Till you walked a mile in their shoes
But yet so many people do
Having no clue my story could be yours
My friend, words hurt, and actions or lack of actions hurt too
You said love is enough, but even the good book
Tell us we show love by our actions
My road has been hard the journey has been long
At times I wanted so badly to give up
I thought I was losing my mind
But yet I kept going although I felt at times all alone
And now I am stronger, wiser, compassionate, less judgemental
And if you had to walk a mile in my shoes you would be too

Don'T Run, Take a Walk

Don’t run, take a walk
Deal with things better than before
There will be breakers there will be hurdles
Be worried but never a hopeless

You could be the sun
You could be the moon
Which shines in their own ways
Find yourself, enlighten yourself
Just don’t compare yourself, don’t compare yourself.

Don’t rush, start early
Heal yourself bit more than yesterday
There will some wrongs there will some rumor
Learn from them and fail better

You could be the teacher
You could be the student
Who have their own lessons
To learn or to teach to take for test or to repeat
Just don’t give up on yourself, give wings to yourself

Don’t just react, be a listener
World is a big question, be a solution
There will be mockers there will be brokers
Take a look at them with grace but never stop there

You could be a hero
You could be the man
Who could think different despite banging on his head
Just don’t wait to get sucked, ed, mugged

Don’t get forgotten, be a memory
You should be the thought not the accessories
There will be betters there will be greats
Chase them all till the night late

You could be the one
You could be that fun
Who could be a life around the dead
Just don’t die before your death, before resolving your math

Don’t feel ashamed, smile at them
Let them judge you as its all your plan
There will be your day there will be the time
Make your way in hall full of criticism that not even in line

You could be the star
You could be that far
Just don’t run away from you
Nourish, cherish, admire and adore yourself
You could be on the top
You could be about to be on the top
Just don’t forget your struggle don’t forget your people
Just no need to burn all day like the sun, be patient your days will come

Come Take a Walk

Come take a walk down by the sea
Feet wet in the sand.
Let the breath o f nature feel your lungs
With the scent of salty air
Here troubles seem so miniscule
Your problems wash away
As the waves pass through your feet and toes
Baptizing blues away

Come take a walk on mountain top
Soak in the rays of sun
Wind blowing through your face and hair
You feel the hand of God
Walk in love with the autumn breeze
Not a problem or a care
As the beauty of the earth so rare
Takes away your cares

Come take a walk with me my love
In grassy fields of green
Your hand in mine time passes by
Together we will fly
The smell of blossoms feels our soul
Forever we will be
In love in life forever more
Together you and me

Can We Take a Walk

Can I Join your endeavor
Expectations far exceed
Before time could continue
A cloud of doubt did not appear
So, can I tally with you
Creator, beyond words
I pose a question
The pleasure‘s mine if you’d walk with me
Let me know the fullness of your presence
In silence
We’ll let the future be the past
Gifts bestowed on me I’d grant to others
For my bounty overflows
May you linger near and abound
Into the depths of his soul
A request of a son
Who wants to hold your hand
So you can lead me home
