Mum, Come Take a Walk

Mum come take a walk with me, we can chat about years gone by.
Like how you were always there for me, whenever I would cry.
Mum come take a walk with me, I want to tell you how I feel,
About all the things you taught me, like doing my first cart-wheel.
Mum come take a walk with me, I want to thank you for everything we've shared,
Like how you looked after me, to show how much you cared.
Mum come take a walk with me, I need to feel you near.
When you're close to me, there's nothing for me to fear.
Mum come take a walk with me, it's something we should do,
We can make new memories, to look back on, when we're blue.
Mum come take a walk with me, we can walk down Memory Lane.
So, that when we're not together, this day will ease our pain.
Mum come take a walk with me, there's things I'd like to say,
I want to tell you how much I Love You, every single day.
