Here's a news flash, the latest scoop
There are parasites in the soup
AI bottom feeders
Poet superceders
Those who cannot write worth a poop

Artificial intelligence is smart
But never uses words found in the heart
Some dolts use it to cheat
Thinking they are discreet
We should hit them in their butts with a dart

They say AI is here to stay
But plagiarism is another way
Some may copy/paste Poe
Or other greats you know
Add their name, it's sorted way hey!

We know you're fake and using AI
Your poems are nothing but a lie
Wanting to be cool
but instead, a fool
Now you can just leave our site, goodbye!

Some poets get Poem of the Day
It's AI, (of course they don't say)
AI contest "winners"
Are poetry sinners
Does admin prevent them - no way!

Real poets write using only their hand
AI users need more'n a reprimand
Deleting their accounts
'fore their winning surmounts
There should be a way they could all be banned

Stay put, no need to get out of bed
Or have a thought in your empty head
So, just ask Alexa
And she'll write it for ya
A shame you can't use your brain instead

What is your real poetry name?
As fake poems seem to be your game
All Plagiarism and AI
We're really not sure why
Your page is pathetically lame

Pestilence borne in the form of AI
Not of Biblical proportion but why
do you have need to chouse
Poets' concern and rouse
the community to feel so awry

On the day AI begins its world rule
People will still call each other a fool
Is the human race then doomed
AI will have us all groomed
To serve them as lowly slaves, a footstool

I asked a generator to write a Limerick, its response was...

An AI that wrote with great flair,
Could craft limericks beyond compare.
With rhythm and rhyme,
In a jiffy, each time,
It brought smiles to faces everywhere!

This was my response

No! au contraire, AI generator
Not everyone smiles at your creator
I will admit you're quick
but it's deceptive schtick
You're a bad poet's ego inflator

See there! She flies about the moor
Upon her favoured mount.
The waving, flowing grassy shore
bears hoofprints all about.
The waves her steed surmounts.
Her hair is flying here and there;
She hasn't thought of care.

Her little sister, Margaret Rose
Thro' panelled glass observes
As Lilibet, the rider, goes
At breakneck turns and curves.
The joy of youth deserves
A few such wild or reckless ways
Some pleasures in its days.

Her pony soon is waxing faint
(To him we lay no blame!)
She leads him to the arbour gate,
Now finished with her game.
Her sister calls her name.
A liv'ried lad bears horse away;
She runs to hear her sister say:

"Since Uncle had to abdicate,
Now Father rules the land.
Does that not mean it is your fate
As next in line to stand
As queen o'er British sand?"
"Yes, someday that may happen too."
Then Rose said this: "Poor you."

But Lilibet thought not that way,
She strengthened for the task;
Made ready for the coming day
And all that it would ask.
(It sure would be a tax
Becoming an authority,
Yet bound by law's decree.)

From duty's call she would not shrink;
The challenge she'd embrace.
Her high morale she'd not let sink,
But obstacles would face;
And God would give the grace
To yet be brave when dangers be,
And reign with equity.

{Lilibet was Elizabeth's nickname as a child among the Royal Family}

Legacy of Love

I know that there will come a day
When I’ll no longer see your face;
When I’ll no longer hear your voice,
Or feel the warmth of your embrace

I know one day a time will come
When we’ll no longer dream together;
The growing bond between our lives
The hand of death will one day sever

And though this day is far from us,
I hope that when it comes at last,
The love we shared throughout our lives
Will not stay buried in the past

I pray that we can forge a love
So strong that it surmounts the grave,
And finds its way inside the lives
Of children that we helped to raise

I pray that when we leave this earth,
We leave compassion in our wake;
That every life we touch will serve
To stop the vicious flow of hate

Let our love be our legacy,
And be a light for those ahead,
To brightly burn in future hearts
When our own light has reached its end.

Let's Get Serious

Million people in this world
with aspirations touching the sky
different role a man plays in life
has countless blessings n insults.

hoped for the best result
but had to face the worst
was fully prepared for the test
but fate had something else for me.

loved him/her whole heartedly
despite,broke my heart repeatedly.
doubt about the fidelity of the spouse
or a battle to fight against disease.

feeling like hell as come upon you
no friend to share the grief
innumerable thoughts to end life
summoning the courage to do so.

when the problem totally surmounts you
and heart is crying ocean of tears
when pain the inside is burning
then plant a seed of confidence in heart.

nourish the seed with self trust and care
even the snow on the top will
be at your feet one day.

 optimism is not being positive
all the time but smiling at failure
and ready to march forward with smile.

what is the use of love
which does not reciprocate properly
instead kills you with its memories and presence
nothing in this world is beautiful as life.

no problem is so big enough
to be foolish to end lives.
believe me,there is no man
who has not cried and wiped tears.

life is a parcel of tears and smiles
no second ceases but passes
enjoy all the moments
and do not cut them short.

man is the most intelligent being
but very foolish to commit suicide
kill the problem and throw it away
but not the wonderful life.

To see the fairy tale of our lives
hero should last till the end
fighting all the odds in the journey
and enjoying its beauty.

(A Poem for all, stating that suicide is not a permanent solution for problems in life but a coward's act.Value the gift given to us by god and remember that problems are also passing clouds and wont stay with us forever.)

Premium Member Because God Is Faithful

Attitude of gratitude-joy prevails
In my struggles to subdue towering pride
Marked by carnality's selfish greed…
Since God remains faithful* to correct my stubbornness
So I can stay humble under His great deliverance
Exalting HIM while basking in serenity bliss.

Passion for Bible-meditation reigns
Midst sorrows when passing through trials
Striving to hurdle persecution-tests…
Because God remains compassionate, helping me conquer fright
Reaching service-triumph’s peak through His miracles
Along supplication that propels stewardship-commitment .

Devotion toward life-building thrives
Despite hardships to fulfill granted roles
In discipleship and in sharing the Gospel...
For God remains gracious, powering up my victory
While my heart praises and thanks His redemption gift
As faith surmounts unbelief toward glorious worship.

*Deuteronomy 7:9 “Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.”

Premium Member Blank Slate

In my blank slate status…
serenity engulfs my soul
whenever I’m enclosed by God’s presence
with His providence sealing me
and sovereign protection serving as my fortress.

With my blank slate admission…
grace reigns over my heart
as the Saviour draws me nigh to Him
toward gratitude for redemption, eternally assured
along His complete pardon for iniquities and guilt.

Midst my blank slate discontentment…
mercy confounds my murmurings
revealing urgent need for provisions
since the Lord replenishes well
granting wondrous satisfaction.

Wallowing in my blank slate emptiness…
hypocrisy towers over my pride
yet, I’m promised by the Creator
heavenly wealth beyond measure
that vanquishes self-pity for impoverished fate.

Despite my blank slate struggles…
the Sovereign enables my revival
against despair of sin-caused anguish
for the Holy Spirit empowers me
while I cleave to sublime strength to do what’s right.

Triumphant over allurement of blank slate comfort zone
I strive for spiritual replenishment
delighted to commune with the Almighty
around bond of intimate fellowship
where my sighs He eases with comfort.

Bestowed with divine nature against blank slate perspective
I persist to fulfill my new-creature* roles
by faith that surmounts trials
while serving Christ and to others ministering
joyously testifying about His abounding love for all.

*2Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Soul Maker By Mont Blanc

Ethereal elegance in depiction
Thy beauty of my affliction

Glamorous shine I now shall plead
Withhold thy splendor, for I concede

Bedecking diamond of value aglow
It is perfection you bestow

Body of platinum your tap I seek
One to sense and not to peek

Rays of silver upon Schwarz
O the value colors import!

Your white gold tip surmounts surreal
Is it crystal that your ink reveals?

Ballpoint it is shallowness you suffice
Yet I bet that it doesn’t exceed your price!

“How shallow can observed value make one be?”-

Premium Member Sunshine In Their Youthful Morning Song

Find sunshine in their youthful morning-song.
The prayer within a child’s heart soon to bless.
Transported on angelic wings so strong.

Today, the young are victims of much wrong.
Children's laughter is a pure-felt happiness.
Find sunshine in their youthful morning-song.

Each day with rapid pace youth moves along
desiring of a future with success.
Transported on angelic wings so strong.

They grow so fast that quickly childhood’s gone
as parents reminisce when times were best.
Find sunshine in their youthful morning-song.

All parents hope their child surmounts the throng
and pray their offspring overcomes the rest.
Transported on angelic wings so strong.

One day to these a new life will belong.
As parents may they pass this vital test…
Find sunshine in their youthful morning-song.
Transported on angelic wings so strong.

Introspection

I look within my bag, and baggage more unquenched desires.
N erve wrecking mental state, thus illogically surmounts.
T he wisdom of sages to simplify life ends in absurd futility.
R ather than emptying my burden, I trudge along heavier.
O ptimistic spirits flag at half mast with added expectations.
S oul's agony increases as all choices seem primordial.
P eople and their superimposed views ironically carry more value.
E ach breath, thus hisses heavily to keep up that image with fleeting time.
C aution is blown asunder with the pleasurable deluge of being constantly affected.
T ransparency through our traits help us to know ourselves better for intellectual purity
I nner view of our dilemmas and ripping apart our masques is essential to peace.
O ur own self awareness has to be critically analysed to realise what is to be valued.
N onetheless, self introspection is a beep which debates to create order out of chaos.

Premium Member Silent Pain, Screaming

Silent pain am I screaming…
Robbing your soul of triumph
Making you languish in frustration angst
Inflicted by skepticism’s oppressive blight
Well, where is your belief in the Saviour, Source of mercy?
Have you forsaken His offered grace??
Oh, check now your relationship with Him...
Vanquish me with your affirmation:
“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace
with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”*

Silent pain am I screaming…
Haunting you of your transgression
Openly exposing guilt that carnal nature denies
Vexing your heart midst iniquities of arrogance
Along selfishness in the guise of faithful service…
Never can you hide your hypocrisy from the Almighty!
Are you aware of divine power that surmounts torment?
Will you take my challenge for genuine renewal??
Let me remind you of serenity-assertion that you once claimed:
“And now, Lord, what wait I for? my hope is in thee.”**

Silent pain am I screaming…
Knowing your spirit’s earnest confession
Surely, you need freedom from sin-bondage
Only God alone can grant---
Thus, trust Him to heal you from the agony
I’m causing by my afflictive sting…
What are you waiting for? Come to Him by faith
His assurance, take heed: “My soul, wait thou only upon God;
for my expectation is from him. He only is my rock and my salvation:
he is my defence; I shall not be moved.”***

Premium Member Wheel Chair Up the Sky

Behold the wheel chair flying high
To reach the clouds with freedom zest
My dear special child makes it fly
His goal is reaching God so nigh
While meeting Him in heaven’s crest.

For venture to celestial height
My son does gear for starry race
Propelled by Bible story might
Elijah’s great chariot* sight
Defies gravity midst faith brace.

Joyous for his triumphant try
Floating now above worry’s test
He surmounts woes of wheel chair-tie
Mirth-filled to vanquish awful sigh
As throne of God he touches, blest.

With hope that beams good news delight
Astronaut lad shows winning face
His zoom around vast space aright
Now shakes my night for wake-up light
To thank the Saviour for His grace.

*2Kings 2:11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.

O For the Love of Love

O For Only The Love Of Love!

O for only the love of love!
Not another hour or another time
The love withal holds me but just for now

A word so sweet the heart so yearns
The wounds so dry be washed by tears
O for only the love of love!

The lonely miles I tread all alone were
Of a withered love and parched heart
O for only the love of love!

The nights are gloomy and darkness surmounts
The curse of pride holds all beside
O for only the love of love!

The string of ties dies within me
Scattered pearls I fail to find
O for only the love of love!

A dream I remember when I was young
Hands held tight for a cup full of love
O for only the love of love!

Promises of love I hold you true
Sonorous hours before the breath is dry
O for only the love of love!

Premium Member Prometheus Unbound

To gaze on your form
reveling in lassitude
ankles crossed
arms cradling a lolling head,

is to know mystery.

Unwritten tomes
etch the surface of furrowed brow.
Eyes arrayed in perpetual humor,
the brawn of chest rising and falling
with satisfied breath

speaks only of peace.

To gaze upon your form
in wonder such a precious gift.

Maleness surmounts you
from the arch of your cheek bone
to the blue black flutter at your wrists.

You shall be used unabashedly
as all artists do
my Prometheus
my fire
my muse.
