Senate Acrostic

Senate and the House of representatives make up congress.
Exactly so why is one more important than other for progress.
Now fight divided, seems like a game of chess.
All were elected by the people, this we must express.
Tell them to fight for the people, big business suppress.
Embrace, oath they took, procure and acquiesce.

Senate After Spiritual Awakening

Its election time, its hide and seek playtime
Post victory candidates were hiding, now seeking voters time

Ruling candidates are debating, bragging about turnaround
Opposition candidates pointing debacles, for a chance begging around

Begging circus rampant, Websters to add begging to election meaning
Unemployed youths with begging bowl, vying entry in new meaning

Save Tigers campaign is on, wish Politicians were extinct without campaign
Tigers attack when hungry, Politicians attack hungry voters throughout reign

God allotted Voters nano chip, but for change prefers calamity to election
God is abstaining from voting, all candidates as good as Satan

Public service motto, Politicians have forgotten with fame and money ill-gotten
Senate after Spiritual awakening seems to be only answer to cleanse the rotten

Again these men comes to mind,
Paid to say yes and nay,
Lame duck,

Canker, ***** rapscallion minds
Incorrigible,
Political impostors detached from the humdrum of street cries
Maggots in honor
Damp squib temples of legislators
Dishonorable honorable,
Rotund circles of rascals
Fellows fit for the gallows
Clamping on huge figures,
While masses groan in penury and misery
These men,
Myopic spendthrift
Guilty of our nation’s scraggy state
Yet so confused to order the path of the clueless dummy
Who imposed tax on all, by military orders
Ignoring the pleas, and rightful protesters
Turned tyrannical with marching murderer on Lagos Street
Their gains is from the pain of myriads of unemployed
The beggars,
The homeless,
Hungering and the dying,
Yet, these,
Profligate band of quipster
Queasy brains,
Feigning parliamentary proceedings,
Though,
Benighted of procedural skills,
Bootleg insane scoundrels
Go to now, you dunce,
Senators are no thief
Legislators are honorable men
Your reputation!
Mud eaten,
Ask the people, they know so well,

Your inscriptions are carved on the web
The insignia of corrupt men
You pride faded,
Honor, a high price you must pay to regain,
Not with money
You banter and wade it off,
Glory in these,
Your temporal pride,
Your mansions outlive you,
Your coffins called cars
Your billions in Zurich,
Your fears to face the people
And the mockery of Truth
When your time is over,
Time shall mock your reigns of folly,
With sicknesses of nameless brand,
Retrospectively,
Sufferers will call to mind, the avoidable denials,
Their pains, their poverty in your pride against your master- THE PEOPLE,
Welcome to your misery
as the masses will watch you die
rascal of usurps seats of honor, don’t call them fools.

Senate Intelligence
By Franklin Price
6/8/2017

Senate intelligence, not so sure I saw today.
Those words an oxymoron for what I heard some say.
Do not become political, I heard the chairman speak.
Some of them would not comply, their minds were just too weak.

I'll not point my fingers, not be specific in my point.
If you watched, you may agree, there were non-listeners in the joint,
that thinly veiled or blatantly, proudly took their party's side
I saw again the sad state we're in, “You did not listen”, is what I cried.

You had a chance to clear the air through a fine upstanding man
That he was canned by the president, of that I'm not a fan
I think he has integrity and he did his job too well
Tried to be all to everyone. I think that's why he fell.

Position required arm's length, unbiased and aloof
Made some very tough decisions and it all went through the roof
Stepped on several psycho toes by thinking for himself
Was much too good, thought consequence, and now he's on the shelf.

The FBI director's job should be autonomous
With freedom to investigate all the crime done on the bus
Without the threat of firing, without sufficient cause,
Investigate to solution without oxymoron pause.

It's a shame we don't have Hoover still, who covered his own ass.
Collected trash on everyone, to mess with him must pass
If you tried to take him down, you were likely going too
Then your royal job, upon the hill, would no longer be for you.

There always are temptations to selfishly advance
To give you free vacations, to put money in your pants
You better clean your act up, we the people watching too.
The president got Comey. We don't have to vote for you.

I am an us Senator
I speak to you with
The integrity of an us Senator
I care about the world
I care about the poor
I care about the old

And when I am not speaking
I am taking
From all of you who
Were put here on this earth
By God to give unselfishly and unknowingly
To support me and our better world

I am happy to be able
To perform
In the role that God
And you
Gave me
I pray for all of us

Morris Jackson “Mo” Brooks
To a senate race looks;
Trump has rescinded,
Chances now ended?

Katie Britt
Makes my teeth grit.
Oh well, God bless her,
Shelby successor.

Mike Durant
Vote issue, recants
Some say reversal
Endorsement rehearsal

----------

*Mo Brooks, a sitting U.S. representative from Alabama's 5th congressional district, is taking a run at the senate seat being vacated by Richard Shelby's retirement. Early on, he was critical of Donald Trump, and also vocal in his agreement with Mike Pence that the election could not be overturned. For this, he may suffer the wrath of Alabama voters through a barrage of political attack ads from Katie Britt, his main opponent until Mike Durant, a later entry in the race, started surging.

*Katie Britt formerly clerked for Richard Shelby, who is retiring from a long-time career as a U.S. senator from Alabama. She's carefully positioned herself as a Trump conservative through a blitz of ads covering Mo Brooks' early criticisms of Trump. Her voice seems very "affected" on her commercials...

*Mike Durant is running for U.S. Senator for Alabama to replace Richard Shelby. Initially, clearly indicated we needed to "move on" when asked about 2020 campaign fraud. Now that Trump has rescinded his endorsement of Mo Brooks, appears to be reversing his former position. Speculation is that he's "simping" for a nod from Trump...

Graham Crackers

Senator Lindsey Graham is crackers
As are all those Bill Cosby backers
Females are not toys
For abuse by boys
Who are clearly sadistic bushwhackers!

I open bottles of beer
And empty their content
Twist tops

I put their caps back on
They look complete
Screw tops

I stand the bottles back up
In their cartons
Until I have 100 bottles lined up

They look full
They look whole
These empty bottles

I call them the us Senate
I smell the stench of the empty bottles and
I burp

I urinate

Senate To Win It

Senator Obama said it's time for a change
While Senator McCain lashes out about his age
Obama's cool-calm and collected
He never let's his opponent see him break a sweat
Athough McCain says that he's still a babe and not ripe enough yet
Obama has proven over and again that he way pass getting his feet wet
McCain is disturbed when his buttons are pushed out of whack
Obama shows no remorse toward his actions
When he brings up the issues at hand and what they lack
He wears well the intelligence, experience and education of his well thought out plan
Senator Obama believes in his heart of hearts that God is the true leader of our land
But no matter what McCain tries to reek havoc on
His feed back on issues are always so weak and bland
McCain has shown us what he’s made of when he agreed with President Bush, OH MAN!
He shows his emotions outwardly, he expresses himself in bodily ways
He’s a republican leader that went along with our present leader, by continuing having our
innocent troops fight in someone else’s war
How misguided and divided, how much more disappointment is in store
From the same nominee, the man that wants to introduce more taxes to the senate floor
Mr. Obama’s stripes while debating has never ever changed, and the majority of cities cast
their nominations on him, they bet
He’s cool as a cucumber he has never let McCain get to him at least not on T.V. yet
Mr. McCain is part of the old school rule that harps on wisdom before age
But did he and all the others ever contemplate on Dr. King’s dream,
the same vision that President Elect Barrack Hussein Obama envisions today
He’s not enraged, it’s not a radical issue or a self proclaimed fact
It’s about the best man for the job to run our country that’s failing
Because of the know how that all others lacked
Both of our candidates have different views about fixing all the mess in the
White House Wing
But free at last-free at last is what all of the heaters should sing.

Hello the House and Senate

Hello the House and Senate
Democrat, Republican
To all of you in Washington
Every elected woman, man

To incumbents in position
I would like to have a word
I believe from We the People
The inconvenient useless herd

You act as if you're royalty
Ascension put you in that place
I hope you see that isn't true
Your hint; the presidential race

Whether we were right or wrong
We the People brought the Trump
If elected he may bring great things
Or take us to the dump

It's something that the people did
For you blocked him every way
Even his own party said
He wasn't qualified to play

I hope that he's elected
Then maybe you will face
That we're tired of the establishment
Believe you are a big disgrace

If he doesn't make it
Because you've slandered him at will
Be advised that we the people
Will work to get you off the hill

We're here to take our country back
It's not only for the rich
Work for us, or we'll vote you out
And show you life can be a *****

Replace your throne with office chair
Put yourself behind the plow
Your welcome to be there for us
Or we'll vote you out, we vow

Yeah, we're going
to give America the
democratic win.

'Cause that's how we roll.
We'll show you how to toss out
republican crooks.

We'll give the bird to
lying Donald Trump and his
criminal cohorts.

Long live America,
long live the constitution,
long live blue Georgia.

Speak Fo Us

So you thought life is easy
For what comes just goes
Seeking unknown,it's all hailstones
Oh Yee they fail again
But I'm going to tell you anyway
Even if you cannot hear me
Yes I'm sad you are gone
But I should spit on your grave I say
Drinking whiskey out of plastic mugs
and wishing the world were better
You couldn't see a way out?
And I heard your mind in the wind today
Should I blame them for your demise?
Should I blame yourself for your failure?
Ooh should I care why you left?
You hate love, you love life
Once you asked someone to hide the bottle, once you didn't
Boom!you failed from the merciless rope
And it squized you so hard
Kwi kwi they cried for you
But ways to die, most of them you can do while living
Once you heard that shame,is the closest thing to death
But neither do I blame you for their tears,
I blame the coperate war profiteers
House nor senate,house,judge
Nor agency.speak for us

Facebook and the Senate
By Franklin Price

Facebook and the Senate that I have seen today
Make it so apparent that the swamp intends to stay.
The self important Senators, who have shown up for the day,
Are grilling Facebook's Zuckerberg in a misdirected way.

It's clear that they don't understand the way that Facebook works.
They huff and puff, but fail to hide, they're uneducated jerks.
Facebook forces no one to join the family.
To sign up without any charge, read and sign the privacy.

Set up any profile, that you want the world to see.
Be prepared for saturating ads. Facebook doesn't run for free.
Facebook doesn't sell your info. They don't have to, and here's why:
They direct ads demographically to users who will buy

Advertising's run this way, has been for countless days.
Facebook is no exception advertisers sing their praise
Some products you may feel and touch, some only for your mind.
No one's forcing you to buy them; the choice is yours, I think you'll find

Facebook is a company with programmers galore
Who can break down demographics, through software, AI and more.
No matter how hard Facebook tries, there are hackers at the door
Who can find out everything they do, find FB users by the score

If you don't want them to find you, don't be a user or a friend.
No matter what your efforts they will find you in the end.
I'm sure Facebook will do everything to keep you safe for now
They don't need some useless Senators to try to tell them how.

Senate Hall

As security officers loiter around,
Hordes of audience troop into the hall,
The intimidating presence of these men
Shackled many as if they were prisoners,
The cartridge of one of them makes me
trifle anxious with fear,
A wizened reporter couldn’t elicit any response
from the senator as he makes a mordacious
comment on the scandal ;
which pissed him off, and the crowd grumbled..

Senate Approves Kavanaugh

Judge Kavanaugh does love his beer
But his memory is not quite as clear
He heard, "Last Call" ring
And started to sing,
"A Ford is so easy to steer…."
