DEDICATED TO EVERY PERSON WHO QUESTIONED THEIR SELF WORTH BECAUSE SOMEONE THEY LOVED LEFT THEM

Love grabbed me by the throat with both hands
Choked away the doubt and hatred of broken bands
Kicked me in the gut and flung me to the floor
Stripped my ego and jolted my awareness at its core

Cleared the cobwebs that once clouded my vision
with strokes of a master nature painted my mission
An oil based one of a kind classic
My life written like a movie an epic

Love lives in me again
like a revelation amen

Beauty, glows from every centimeter that is me
hope hip hops in every stride as I walk briskly
Music walks to my beat now I hear it everywhere
and the bluest of skies high fives me bare

A new love found
a trust abound.

for the first time in since I don’t know when
my senses breathe the fresh view of now and then
Blessed by the mother of all that lives
Nature smiles on a union that always gives

I love what I see
Finally I love me!

Could it be only yesterday we met?
This night together seemed so very right.
So nice to wake up to a happy face,
To find you with me still at morning light.

I dare not think my lonely days are done,
It is too soon to be so optimistic.
I must be patient, wait to see what comes,
Dampen my ardor, be more realistic.

Is this but the first of our shared breakfasts?
I fear I’ll frighten you with silly talk.
You must admit that we are good together.
I grab your leash and take you for a walk.

Premium Member Fall Brings New Love

Welcome in the Fall of life Spring enters

Loves emptied heart replenished with his touch

I become his Muse and he is my center

Lips burning passion captured in his clutch

Shared breath nothing compares to this splendor

Two bodies align in time they are flush

Worn hearts beating young with exhilaration

Once again falling into loves temptation

She's Pretty

I met a lovely lady and her name was Pretty,
I wanted her badly so I had to be witty,
She now resides in my mind,
Our lives forever entwined,
Now the song in my heart is this here little ditty.

What Magic Doth New Love Possess

What magic doth new love possess
That tempts the moon at night,
To warmly glow, and fully so,
With beams of velvet light?

That gives the heart the will to smile,
And the sparrow, feathered wings--
What magic doth new love possess,
To achieve such lovely things?

"The saddest thing about love is that not only the love cannot last forever, but even the heartbreak is soon forgotten." – William Faulkner

You cannot be my love, for you have gone
To far-off lands, there just on the other side
Of the horizon, bleak and dark. Now our love,
Like the sinking sun, turning gold to red,
Only to disperse into a cataclysmic dark.
There's a deep loneliness that spreads like venom
Into my very soul; but there is courage, too.
For will not the dying sun dawn up again next morn?

I harbour hope for a new love; the tide will turn again
A new life begins. The waning sun turns to fiery gold.

New Love In a Cyber World

New Love so dear and true,
I don't know how long i've been waiting for you.

This feeling is so strong,
This feeling is so great,
At first I didn't know what was going on,
But now I know it's this cyber state.

'Cause of this New Love in a cyber world,
My heart has jumped, swirled, and twirled,
At this amazing feeling.
My heart that's been damaged,
Is going under this special healing.

New Love in this virtual world,
Thanks to you,
I feel happy
And this feeling is true.

Dream and Reality

Dream and Reality
In my dreams, you are a reality,
I can feel you the way I want,
In my dreams, we have stability,
As sweet memories don’t haunt.

But in reality, you are a distant dream,
Untouched for so long,
In reality, I don’t flow along your stream,
We are different tunes of the same song.

Oft, the days are spent in dreaming of you,
My conscious and unconscious rely,
Oft, the days I think I’ve found my beau,
My love is something that money can’t buy.

Seldom, in reality do we collide,
With anxious days and nights,
Seldom, in reality we would abide;
I shudder with thoughts of changing sights.

In dreams, you come to me in fragments,
Failing to capture your essence,
In dreams, I am harrowing with rents:
Since I am not a person of affluence.

Oh! When will my dream and reality merge?
Even Cupid is in debt of arrows!
When will I convey my upsurge?
As Aphrodite sends her flock of sparrows.

The day, I stop dreaming of you—
My thoughts would be dead.
The day, old is exchanged by new—
I should slumber on an empty head.

New Love

Mysteries evolve from birth of new love
Heart floating as if on wings of a dove

Moments of joy become my reality
Softly sensation begins a new sensuality

Butterflies begin their play in the tummy
Kisses sweet and tender taste of honey

Dreams building new ideas to share
Desire for another's happiness you're now aware

Life shared expanding one another's abilities
My heart sores with new found possibilities

Shall We Dance

shall we dance...

the old dance of romance
between two lost souls
who have met by chance...

cool words, and quick wits
hide broken hearts, and loneliness...

fear the others intentions
test for damage prevention...

body language of meekness
eyes telling our secrets...

shall we dance
shall we dance
shall we dance

He

He deserves such softness.
Bony hips bruised on the corners of card tables and rough edges
Three different lifetimes worn through his young skin.
Skin bruised beyond its years and demanded tougher every day.

He shall be anointed with the softness of my palms and fingertips
May my lips show him his hunger and thirst is all that matters
The folds and curved edges in my mirror were overfilled in my mind
But it is not my mind that needs cushioning
It is his.

I will be his softness. Whether to lay a tired head upon, or to devour hungrily.
Like a peach, my skin, too, breaks easily, and he may tear into my sweet flesh
But for once, I can see him nourishing himself
And I can be his softness.

An Old Love Gone and a New Love Come

I'd love you more than any
I had ever loved before
But never seeing you
Scared me even more
Your voice was never heard
Over the thoughts that I had read
Time just wouldn't wait around
For us to move ahead
And with time came another
Someone I never would have pondered
But with this one I've come to love
My heart wanders and looks above
Wondering if this is a mistake
The arrival of this new fate
For my heart yet turns
Mainly because you're who it yearns
Even though this may be true
My love for you would have never grew
But this one who has stolen my heart
Has given my love a new start

I want you to know how deeply I feel
Joy unspeakable, love that is so real
I can’t express it with only these words
I must assure you it is you it is towards

I don’t have the answers to give to you
I only know that my feelings are true
When we get together, there is intimacy
It wasn’t always like this traditionally

I whisper in your ear of my heart’s hope
I want to give you a love that will cope
Whatever happens know that you have me
And this love I give to you is one that is free

Love like this doesn’t come along every day
But it is a love that is alive just the way I say

I love you

Summer never stood a chance
against us, when even
in the still air our hearts flutter—

There will always be thunder
and rain, you said.
But in being in love with you
—It’s a slow dance, you and I
in crystal air, rain or clear,
under blankets of stars—

In your eyes there are
sparks only love can light,
softness only love can touch.
A lifetime worth of words—and more,
but they can wait, I want to
blend your touch into my ink first.

You asked why I fall.
But I didn’t—
I saw you, and I jumped.

Under silver crescent moon
He tastes lips of ruby red
Her touch caresses his face
Love is born anew
