Pay No Attention To the Man Behind the Curtain

Blissfully ignorant and supine,
Lost in the economy line,
voters don’t have a clue
that liberty is through.
Apathy dictates all else is fine.
People keep telling me how foolish I am,
but frankly I don’t give a dam.
I’m going to tell you what I see.
You don’t have to agree with me.
In hatred’s name Moslems prayed at the mosque,
boarded planes and three thousand we lost,
Soon we elected a Moslem president,
his books words and actions self evident.
To prove he was islam’s extremist hero,
He allowed a triumphant mosque at ground zero,
Freedom of religion is what they subtly called it,
by a government that continues to overhaul it.
The American people look on as if still numb,
singing his praises as if deaf and dumb,
while a pseudo democratic uncle Sam,
in a forced health care plan,
continues to turn out liberty’s lights
by destroying other religion’s rights.
Thus the American people’s democracy,
is morphed into a dictatorial hypocrisy.
While blindsided by a frantic economy,
we apathetically lose our autonomy.
Allowed by deaf and blind voters in a loud voice,
Fooled by not freedom but license they call choice,
sly appointment of people who fulfill the plan,
A long range one by the “new” Uncle Sam.
a champion of abortion, killing future contenders
him and Herod; another of the great pretenders.
“Enlightened Americans have one point two children per family,
because of abortion, birth control and contraception
Moslems have seven; which is the anomaly?
We Americans treat babies as an infection.
Laugh if you wish; I’m just exposing the path,
You “enlightened” Americans: you do the math.

Visions of Life

Visions of life given to all,
The rich, the poor, black, white, big or small.

To the Pope, we take a bow.
John the Babtist will show you how.

Buddhist and Moslems so much to give,
To all peoples, the grand right to live.

The Earth is vast in all its space.
Nature takes flight with the human race.

We are given the ultimate lead.
Visions of tomorrow needs to seed.

We all have brains, we learn to build, sew and plant.
Why must we kill, maim and destroy in wars chant!

On the highways and byways, we yield to each other.
We should treat each other, like you should treat your own sister and brother.

No matter what our color or faith should be,
We all have a right to a free society!

Times of Deception

that's the future age of the deceiver
peace on earth,hell in heaven
it's an ancient plan
jews betrayed their religion erased ALLAH'S words and rewrote the Torah and the talmud (win, win deciet)
christians betrayed their religion accepted the continuous hammering of the Bible from constantine the pagan to james the ***,
moslems betrayed their religion ALLAH saved his Qur'an so the tampered with the practice and accepted fake sayings on their prophets tongue and raised it above Qur'an
my dear fellow human don't denounce the sole creator for the betrayal of the creation
he offered free will and warnings
these are no different religions they are all one
spirituality is the essence but not in an illiterate manner searching mortals for immortality is as ugly as can be
religion is humanity at it's best
no fancy synagogues,churches,mosques
the whole earth is worship ground
peace upon all ,all includes who still doesn't believe
you can never offer religion at the tip of your sword

Yogyakarta

Yogyakarta*

(26/08/2011)

If only I could make it then,
To the place I call second hometown
To the city I long for four years
To the souls of my real relatives

Just to talk about it brings me tears
Where my best Eid-El Fitrs* took place
If only I could close my eyes and click my heels
I’d trade what I own to have the first pace
So I could go there again, and put smile on Dad’s face
To arrive at grandma’s place, to the city that is grace

* Yogyakarta is one of the cities in the Middle Java (I live in East Java). It’s my dad’s hometown and my second city to be called home.
* Eid-El Fitr is two days after we, Moslems did our fasting in one whole month.
In Indonesia we have this tradition to ‘come home’ to our origin hometown in Eid-El Fitr, whether you are moslems or not, because of the holidays. And as described in this poem, I really miss that city I call home.

Our Neighbour

Our Neighbours.
In the darkness of the Ramallah night there is a light
An ember of hope, as the world is lowly and begins
To see that suffering is not one sided.
There is fear on both sides of the eyesore walls one
For losing what they have acquired, the other for losing
The little they have left. The victors are sensing they are
Prisoners too and might be on the wrongs side of
The walls as they sink into the ennui of misplaced hubris

Semitic people they are both Moslems, Christians, and
Jews, not fundamentalist in the rising tide of intolerance
Both sides in the world of chaos can find common ground,
They share the same culture, relatives lost in history.
May they overcome strife and find neighbourly peace as
The wind blows bitter dust in the Persian gulf.

Vikings and Islam

Vikings and Islam
Way back in the 7 hundred or something when
Islam leaders tried to establish a Caliphate in
Europe, they met Vikings who were plundering
their way down the river of Volga and often
employed the barbaric Norsemen to do a bit of
plundering on their behalf.
A few Vikings converted, when coming home
they spoke about the evil of fermented drink
and it took hold, even when Islam, the religion,
was forgotten the idea of sobriety lingered and
has had a deep influence in Nordic Societies
ever since. Well, the Moslems are back, not as
occupiers, but one wishes, on Saturday nights,
a bit of sober Islam would be remembered.

Christmas At Sea

Christmas at Sea.

Once I was kicked by a mule, as I was remonstrating,
a dog interfered and bit my ankle. There is something
deeply embarrassing to lose arguments to animals.
Guayaquil, Colombia, I hadn´t gone ashore for fun but to
buy food stuff for the crew. Since it was a few days before
Christmas and even our Moslems crew liked something
extra. It is difficult to get into the festive mood when it is
hot and I had been bitten and kicked, Jesus was born in
a barn which is a good place to be a cold winter night as
animals exude good warmth. I marvel of the nativities of
Joseph, a finer man than me; a person unsung through
times. Chicken for Christmas, not pork, in every mess
hall there were a coloured trees, since the Islamists do not
drink there was peace on earth; I forgave the mule and
the bloody, yellow monster of a dog. And silently the old
tramper ploughed the sea on her way to Jamaica, where
the seaman´s priest would invite us Christians to sing
psalms and hand out little presents of socks and gloves
knitted by kind ladies back in Norway.

An Abridged Story of Wine

An Abridged Story of Wine
The bottom of the nave used to be a lake’s bed, but one night,
when moon was white as search light and the sky maroon,
the lake vanished. Dead fish and toenail clippings at the bottom,
but the soil was rich, and the people who used to fish for a living,
planted vine which bore healthy grapes, but grapes fermented
and wine was discovered. A drink that made them merry, they
sang, slapped flat stones together and made music.
But if drinking too much they ended fighting and used stones as
missiles, and given to arguing about the quality of snow that fell
the year before. In clay pots they sold red wine and became rich,
till Moslems came, forbad the making of wine, they planted pale
yellow orange trees instead. But the juice of sweet blue grapes
has an unstoppable allure it fills heart with music, the production
was moved to hidden dells in Alentejo. When Arabs, defeated by
Christian hordes, fled; Iberia had abundance of red wine but also
sugary orange juice.

We would lose

Written upon the occasion of a notorious
Dominionist who is intolerant, racist, anti-science,
homophobic, misogynist, anti-catholic,
who teaches God does not hear Jewish prayers,
blames black people for causing slavery,
and who specifically asked the president to turn
America into a theocratic "benevolent" dictatorship
under which the Constitution becomes
secondary to the Bible, invited by Dolt45 to lead
the first White House Bible Study Group
in over 100 years.

Everybody stand and sing!

"Jesus hates the gays and *******,
Jesus hates moslems and jews,
Red and yellow black or brown
Jesus knocks them each one down,
If they're immigrants he makes them eat their shoes."

And for our second hymn:

"Shall we gather by the river
To stone somebody we dislike
Then their corpses we'll deliver
As offerings to the Reich."

Afraid of Moslems

angry they say?
ya would you not be?
your family slaughtered?
how many millions has USA killed? at
weddings
funerals
concerts
civilians just trying to survive
Trump and his old hag supporters
should be rotting in a prison
USA is no more a country
its a disease

Shifting Population

Shifting population

The foyer at the new hospital was full of women

It was a cold day, and they wore coats, brown /grey

short and squat they looked like toys sprung live

and had to see a doctor promptly.

Algarvian women tend to be short and after marriage

grow sideways till they look as squares of flesh, but they

are beautiful when young what they have in common

though is a tongue they never stop talking and that is why

men spend a lot of time in cafes drink wine and play cards.

Once upon a time this was an Arab province but the beauty

of the Semitic race didn`t stick, the Moslems brought their

own women. The nearest I can compare them to are

the Norwegian people of the north, who one day got, fed up

of cold winds and no oranges, populated this place we now

called the Algarve, and her people are fond of bacalao.

Tea For One, Please

Indulged in green tea this evening
Two cups to be exact
And I mean tea
not the intoxicating herb
which used to be called tea
I am not Chinese
But they have some good ideas
One of them is imbibing green tea
In China there have been Jews, Chrisitians, Moslems
Taoists, Confucians, Buddhist and probably some
some other systems of belief
Now these systems struggle against a vicous foe
The battle has begun in Hong Kong
Another Tiamamen Square?
Let us hope not!
I only know a few phrases of Mandarin
My nephew is marrying a Chinese women
next February
Looking foward to the tea ceremony

For monotheists,
like Christians
and Jews
and Moslems,
robust relationships with other humans
may feel more sacred
than more troubling secular relationships
with defensive business of predative nature
like mosquitoes
out for personal profit
and voracious rabbits
in the lettuce
and rattling snakes
saying Think Again.

Yet, for polytheists
and panentheists
more organically inclusive sacred integrity
may arrive with gifts to see
and hear beyond anthro-privilege
thinking
and feeling
nondifferences
in co-arising natural solidarity
co-investing spiritual synergy

Ego centering thoughts
within eco-network feelings
for EarthTribal organic need
feeding resonant relationship

rather than further divesting
competitively apart.

for restoring trauma preventing EarthJustice
