I travel back to a nascent time,
when bairn girl sojourner twins arrived.
Born from their earth mother’s womb,
embodied by Mother Nature’s bosom.
Goddesses embraced by the Universe.
Dualism beyond the physical world
Their essence of silvery stars,
sends love’s chemical reactions.
Their beatific smiles so warm and inviting,
and magical thinking inspires all.
Illuminating pure energy that soars from your light,
spreads wildly around, igniting the night.
The delightful bond inside you both, heaven's call.
Qualities, talent, and intuition divine,
Their existence, always sunshine.
Inseparable even when miles apart
They're always in each other’s hearts.
You’re always here in mine.

The Soul

She knows not when she was made
To wear the shackles and rest in pain

It's been ages since she opened these eyes
But they are lying under so many layers

She can see, but the windows are not her own
She can hear but the drums are of someone else

The Rind around her is tight
And suffocating...

She is the reason the Rind exists...
But does It know... Does It appreciate?

What if she tears it apart... And flee..
And why doesn’t she?

Pledges have enchained her?
Or does she reckon flying a sin...?

Eternity is calling its missing partner..
Bells of the Heaven are ringing....

But she hears nothing, for the walls are high
So thick that even celestial voices won't penetrate it

Caged in a body and bodily needs...
She is losing her connection with heavens...

The Metaphysics of My Muse

Metaphysics is - a division of philosophy that is concerned with
the fundamental nature of reality and being.
It includes ontology, cosmology, and often epistemology.

THE METAPHYSICS OF MY MUSE

While my muse dances a minuet,
She sings of doctors in trip-o-let
Her metaphysicians dress in white,
a bit off-key but the rhythm’s right.

Is ontology the medical term
for that doctor who treat cancers?
fundamental, they find answers.

Is cosmology those whose focus
is working face, skin and hair beauty?
fixing nature’s flaws, their duty.

Is epistemology that surgical
procedure, an easy cut
for big baby’s head and butt.

Physicians, practicians my muse’s need
for good health and beauty indeed.
Metaphysicians cannot compare
when the body is her major care.

       METAPHYSICS EXPLAINED

Let’s be sure we have minds all set;
I got all this off the Internet
Metaphysicians don’t dress in white
Hope I got the meanings right?

Ontology - how metaphysicians
explain the univeral categories
and relationships between entitites.

Cosmology – a metaphysical
study of the origin, creation and growth
of the universe, but NOT how we knoweth..

Epistemology – metaphysics
theory of knowledge, think it through
how we come to learn what is true

Metaphysician, philosopher
The mind is that which they prefer
to explain the universe and being
admittedly with some disagreeing.

Author’s Notes: With my apology to oncology, cosmetology, and episotomy.

I Saw a Angel - Alexis Karpouzos

I saw a angel on heaven
and he invited me
to be neighbors to the stars.
''How can i fly? I don't have wings''.
''I know you're encased
in an old human's body
with frozen souls and
unused magical dreams''.
''But remember,
you know quiet well,
deep within you,
that there is only a single magic,
a single power and that
is called loving.
Love is Your wings''.

Metaphysics of Marriage

Some biologist or perhaps romantic engineer
may have found it in the insert, turn, genetic
Click and lock of our male and female union

The shining, lubricated slide of parts
offered up, plunged and seated does
Seduce - but more in them than us

For in these angels' perfect fit
and finish true
Marriage
exists.

Metaphysics Warm

...keep our metaphysics warm
( From : Whispers of Immortality/T.S.Eliot)

Keep our metaphysics warm
in dorm sheet our handmaiden
work like monsters bazooka
Slit our conscience and alas
masturbation is a metaphor
Hammer and chain God is lost
Only interpretation, function
of power not even truth, fly.

Metaphysics In Winter

Woman is a landscape
Soft and silent next to me;
Her hills and valleys,
Her forest and knoll.

Dawn stirs.
Time will
Fashion dark into gold,
Along a silent thread transmit
Its chemical metamorphosis.

Premium Member Forty-Five Minutes Dead

It was a whiteout in bitter cold.
You think you fell, though you don’t really recall.
Rescued unconscious, airlifted to the ER,
there by any measure of life and death,
								                        you died.

The doctors invoked their sorcery, their necromance technology.
Performing CPR, they bypassed your heart and lungs.
They connected your lifeless form to a machine
that mimicked life functions your body could not perform.

The shamanism paid off.
You returned to the realm of the living
after being dead for forty-five minutes
					you were responsive again!

Forty-five minutes.
	What wisdom can
                you impart about afterlife?

Forty-five minutes.
Did you sense your soul departing?

Forty-five minutes.
Did you see a path to the stars
or a bright perfect glow awaiting?

Forty-five minutes.
What is living and dying?
	Is there a line?
	       Animation and stillness?
                          Growth and decay?

Forty-five minutes.
Are they just parts of a continuum?
Are they intertwined like yin and yang?

Forty-five minutes.
Can you describe the face of God
or the ecstatic rapture of eternity?
				           Forty-five minutes dead.

Premium Member Sans Mind-Body

Transcending space and time, the realm of the soul,
Sans mind-body experiencing another dimension,
I believe that is when we become completely whole,
After the soul is no longer confined, an ascension
To what some call “heaven,” but I prefer pondering
Unseen potential and extraordinary possibilities,
Far beyond our fields of imagination or wondering
Where nothing is beyond newly acquired capabilities.
“Eye hath not seen and ear hath not heard” so grand,
Is this place -- past, present, and future -- combined
Unrestricted, we shall have abilities to understand,
Where there’re no questions, all knowledge refined.

The Clocks Stopped- Alexis Karpouzos

Darkness at the shut of day,
broken hearts and silent tears around me
the words are sad,
the clocks stopped,
but the light from a dead star
will live in infinity,
its rays will continue
to cross the vast starry heavens
and they will illuminate worlds of miracles.

689

Low void on the high end
Teared fists in midst of Tears of mist
Tarried sand on the solo voyage twist
Of the cause, and still the reason
Between the terrain and the everlasting rains
An unfolded mind of upholstery
It could be ease; this life could have been easier
Only under the generalization of the new age
The barrier and frontier
And the archival of the old ages
Living a Promise, Praying a will
Will all be as is, as is seen from will,
Never to regard it therefore as a wheel ,
For it never turns as expected,
One more number added, one more increment of increase
Another appreciation to be said , another honor to manifest
A gift at hour, worth a gift in life time
Since cultivated at hour, for life or more
Less or least, west or east
Emotions are sagging beast, dwelling coast
Tag dragged to make and live you crying
Straight out the heart crawling
It wasn’t farewell , it was hope to meet in future
And a courage to lose attachment ,the desire to ignore existence.

The Metaphysics of Fame

The information
comes from the stones
bits are born in
bumps. Impact is creation.
I come into existence
with a cry and quickly fade,
muffled in smoothness.

In the globe
faces are like a vague
curtain of mist
with shiny particles
of disruption. Only
the prominences are real.
The globe measures
reality by impact.

It's really an information
universe. I travel
an assembly distance, not space,
put together gas to solid,
confusion to crystal.
In the globe,
I vanish with silence.
My particles wash away.

A Dream of Stars

In dream of sun and star,
like a Caliban unleashed,
that is where the soul resides in highest stature,
born to where we always were,
a residence of light which emanates all we are.

Whether to shine in midnight,
or in broad day's light,
to fight back the tryanny of night or embrace it,
or to shine on a mysterious etheric planet,
far flung in a forgotten corner of space.

We sing to to that ether with the music of the spheres,
as arrays of purest light shine forth,
springing forth to life the light of magic,
as we proclaim the birthright in our light,
the power to drive back forever the stygian night.

We are the spheres of power that sing with heavenly voice,
we stride upon the vastness of the night in might treads of foot and galloping of light playing across the edges of time,
we pay for the tolls of time with our own unique currency,
shining forth with an endurance that makes mortal endurance pale.

We worship at no one's temple,
for our light and life is our own,
the very universe is our arrayed and light filled throne,
filled with darkness but with infinite light,
and we give the light of life itself,
when our mighty cores finally burn to ash,
and the stuff of us is what brings life forth,
from the furnaces of our mighty expirations,
our finally light filled exhalations...
