Best Measurable Poems

In the land of finite, measurable calculus of existence,
You are a silhouette of mystique, esoteric obscurity,
A symbol ambiguous, living among realm of precision,
Unreachable to quotidian and simplistic enumeration,
Unamenable to honoring bounds of constrained world;
Yet, allured in metaphors, much alike a pretty woman,
Serenaded by poetic adulation in verses of fascination.

We invoke you when enormity we can’t comprehend
Being clueless of its reach or whether its journey ends:
Numbers uncountable, we postulate, seek your vicinity,
Universe we can’t grasp, we claim, expands infinitely,
Time propelling future, we surmise, ticks into eternity,
Whether space or distance you’re un-fathomed entity;
Oh! Infinity, the truth is, we can’t clasp your immensity.

Why, O, why you chase the unknown and the elusive?
Such a dry emotion to be everlasting without feelings!
Being eternal or endless ~offers not a beloved meaning
Unless you can be sensual, evermore of love romantic
Or the vows tolling forever in unbreakable relationships
Or timelessly striving to create treasures of memories
Or a paradise on earth blooming heavenly, perpetually.

Oh! Infinity, be laudable as can be, to instincts of poetry
But, remain true to self ~unknowable, nebulous intrigue.

Wrestle Your Dreams, The Ones You Most Cherish

Fear what more, love lost or imminent death
life, its beauty extinguished, in last breath.
Hold this thought, that life exists to live on
and it has no more worth, once we are gone!
Just as rainbows can not be bought or sold
living dances better young, than when old.

Love not life too much, for joy holds no scales
night invades the day, sunshine's gold thus pales.
Measurable moments, mere gasps at large
Fate holds its powers boldly while in charge!
Just as rainbows can not be bought or sold
living dances better young, than when old.

Cry not for wants, yet beg for blessings true
nothing is better than, kindness in you
Walk with humble steps, as world spins about
no one while still alive, is getting out!
Just as rainbows can not be bought or sold
living dances better young, than when old.

Wrestle your dreams, the ones you most cherish
if allowed, they run away to perish.
Mold your chains, to keep them held true and fast
they hold keys to loving that truly last!
Just as rainbows can not be bought or sold
living dances better young, than when old.

Premium Member I'M Traveling Light

I have a flash for you ...

Think you can hang with me??
I doubt it ... I keep a pretty quick pace, if you know what I mean!
I may be very small, but I'm pretty special ...
Just the knowledge of my existence

Has led to amazing things!
Things like lasers, Bose–Einstein condensation, Quantum field theory,
And the probabilistic interpretation of quantum mechanics ...
I'm a very particular particle, you see!

A very elementary particle ...
The quantum of the electromagnetic field,
Electromagnetic radiation such as light,
And the force carrier for the electromagnetic force!

I am as fast as fast can be,
Traveling at the speed of light in a vacuum,
Even though I have no rest mass at all!
I am also special in that I can exhibit the properties of a WAVE, too!

I can be refracted by a lens and exhibit wave interference with myself,
And I can behave as a particle,
With definite and finite measurable position and momentum!
I've been applied to photochemistry ...

I've been used for high-resolution microscopy ...
I've even been utilized for measurements of molecular distances!
Recently, I've been studied as an element of quantum computers,
And for applications in optical imaging and optical communication,

(Like quantum cryptography) ...
Too fast and far too tiny to hold, so I doubt you can keep up!
But, oh, am I important!
Einstein knew how important I was,

Even when people told him I didn't exist ...
He KNEW, and persisted!
Oh, you should see what I'm doing at CERN!
You will, you will ...

And it will blow your mind!
You see, I'm traveling light ...
And I'm very, very bright ...
But you can call me ...

PHOTON!

Fibromyalgia

No one ever told me when I grew up things would be this hard.
No one ever knew.
Everyone just took one day at a time, being a puppet and working for lard.
No one ever knew.

Now here I am, living my life day to day in sickness more than health.
Who never knew?
I have to get out of here, my children my health.
I knew.

It has taken over my body, it has made me incapable.
I know now.
The pain I ensure everyday has never been measurable.
I know now.

This is my life, this is how it'll end.
I'm very confused.
Where's my Angel that the heavens sent?
I no longer know.

They made mammon somethng measurable, mighty, & magnificent,
everywhere that labor, exchange, & entertainment exist monuments
to money, large and small,

the genesis was excess manufacture
such as grain, gold, textiles & ceramics,
animals & people,
purveyors were born like corn on the cobb,
like mist in morning,
buearruacracies of religion & government emerged from the basic business
of buy & sell, structure was supplied by law & covetuousness,
the greed of need,
people enticed to sell their Spirit in the form of toil for products,
eventually for fiat currencies, profit took the place of contribution,
slavery evolved into serfdom,
from the plantation to the factory unproductive owners needed managers,
individuals with minimal compassion & maximum ambition, essence extractors,

the whip replaced by the 'write up' and tacit threat of poverty,
the iron chain supplanted by hopelessness of ignorance in limited training, dependency,
management believed in synergy, the kind that rewarded the few
at the expense of the many,
the river of Life tore into the irrigation of wealth for selected heredity,
bussinessmen want employees & citizens with low self esteem, shallow interests & passions,
economy as cosmos, profits as pieties, workers as sinners,

edicts of 'minimum wage' and requirements for age are simply Market stabilizers
implemented to ensure profit,
taxes a financial plan of slave paid for regulation,
the management caste, the sociological strata designed to keep laborors feeling underachieving,
crows squawking against crows so that dragons fly free -

An Aphorism About Reality

Everything that it is measurable is real. This signify to determine an established agreement to have a objective quantification and univocal of everything that we know. The reality is not different for everyone of us but we are different of the ones from the other in our perceptions and above all in judgments of the world that surround that it determine our decisions in service of our needs.

Fish Tank Universe

Fish tank universe

Here we all are
Planets and galaxies
Solar systems
Stars in this infinite jar
So big we can’t travel it all
Tinted glass no one can see out
People watching us like God
What we have been told is that a bigger
Power controls us
We can’t see it
Even though we sure do try to
This being is who puts us in our lives
This fish tank is not measurable
But the world outside is unthinkable
We can try to pray and communicate to
 the outside world
But like a fish no one can understand
We might enter this outside world after
our adventure here comes to an end
But we can’t communicate to each other
The people in the outside world

Fighting Rationalism

The rationalist must reduce,
It's in their nature.
Pragmatic logic insists,
On conformity of thought,
Anomalies will not be tolerated,
Measurable verifiable data,
Equations balanced,
Algorithms written,
Formulas deduced,
Universal laws obeyed,

But shadows still linger,
The face behind the face,
Unconscious chaos,
Irrational processes,
That feeds the soul.

Ah but we have no soul,,
For logic deems it thus,
No individual light,
Only predictable
Chemical reactions.
And biological impulses,
And our bones rot into
Infinite night,

Not for me,
Give me wisdom
Beneath cool moonlight,
And wild gypsies songs,
Give me anarchist poems,
And the strange happiness
Of religious folk,

Give me anything,
But your sterile world
Washed in monotone grey.

Smart

It's time for me to change
People repeat their pastimes
And make the same promise each year
But it's time for ME to change

For that I must arrange
My goals in a smarter way
They must always stay:
  Specific
  Measurable
  Attainable
  Realistic
  Tangible
In order for me to change

Happy new year, I hear quite oft
It won't be happy until I make it so
My actions will determine the year
This time my efforts will show

Teachers

Teachers are the jewels of the world
More precious than silver or gold
A teacher, indeed, is wiser than a sage;
They fill our curious minds with knowledge.

They teach us to keep on working hard
Not just to make an impression or receive an award,
But in the hope that one day we will be better men
And the world will be proud of us then!

The relationship between a student and a teacher is quite deep
They guide us like a shepherd guiding his sheep.
A teacher is like a beacon of truth and honesty
Who uproots the weeds of sadness and misery.

Without teachers the world would be
As meaningless as a lock without a key
Everything would seem like an illusion
With nothing but chaos and confusion!

The worth of their teachings is not measurable
The things they have done for us are unforgettable
The teachers are so selfless;
They are really precious and priceless!

Our teachers are always there by our side
They always do what is right
They love and care for us in their own way
And that is all I have to say.

Just Love

Theres a very simple thing in life, and its called love. Love conquers all. Love has conquered me, finally. Conquered me by knowing, feeling, living unconditional love.

Born into love, live it, breathe it, fall in love, fall out of love, love has conquered you.

I thought my love for you conquered the love you didn’t have for yourself or the love you thought did not exist. And briefly it was there. My love has been twisted, abused, assaulted and antagonised. I thought this was to my detriment, but it is to my growth.

My love, my truth, my honesty has been distorted beyond recognition where by I no longer recognise you.

This is where I jump ship and leave you with the memory, memories that are.

Ups and down, in and outs, I have set sail for whatever comes my way.

Love is not measurable, love is not sex, love is not man or woman or love for one or other. Love is love. Love is knowing.

This is not love, any more. So saddens me to say.

Vector

VECTOR

I am scalable Because I am measurable. I have a magnitude, which I express it in unit with gratitude. Physcists call me Scalar, maths make me popular.

I am also scalable with direction, For my complete specification. My direction is significant, magnitude too is important. An arrow is placed on my head, It’s my sign, as Vector I lead.

Vector algebra is interesting, all problems start resolving. My addition is commutative, Needless to say even associative and distributive. Dot Product is Scalar, Cross Product is vector.

Vector gradient	, makes scalar field variant. Divergence causes Net flux per unit volume, Then fluids automatically spume. Curl results in fluid rotation, leading to whirlpool detection.

Vector algebra is meant for solutions To all natural phenomenal complications. The applications lie in all dynamics. scientists stores them as informatics.

Refugee - the Refugeless

Refugee - the refugeless!

Belonged somewhere sometime,
to relate with, in space and time;
Uprooted, evicted or torn asunder,
circumstances induced mindless plunder!

Giving up all that once belonged,
alien and distant shores we thronged!
Dangers abound on the ruthless trip,
false promises made to safely ship!

Causes aplenty for me, to set-off,
on journey - any human would scoff!
My body ain't mine, till I reach,
my life at mercy of a blood sucking leech!

No tears to shed or a way to tread,
wandered in seas and land for bread.
Befriended death, 'the trustworthy',
who often checked, if I was 'seaworthy'!

Wet and tired from within too - my state,
at an alien shore, extended souls berate!
Herded at their will, coerced to spill,
tired of being treated like cattle!

Some of me was just a few months old
and was expected to do just as I was told!
In this measurable space in which I roll,
Life loses to life and Soul loses out to soul!

Premium Member Don'T Blow Said the Trailblazer

Some people like to live on the edge or hang on a ledge. Not me.
I'm just Daniel, a trailblazer forging ahead, making a pathway for others.
In the process, I have no shortest of respect for God's great creation.

I set foot on a wilderness from the warm Atlantic to the cold Pacific,
and spent a lifetime trapping, fishing, hunting, and heading wagon trains.

Earthquake Susan's quiet and sleepy today, not likely to quake, shake, or tremor. Volcano Sam has started emitting smoke, but maybe he won't blow his top today. Unlike a Hurricane Helen roaring across the Caribean on a course with measurable data, Sam's under a lot of pressure and he's always filled with suspense and unpredictabilities.

In mid-winter when it's quiet with lots of snow, I can hear Sam's pleads as he hopes people will pay more attention and not take him for granted. Like a youngster filled with rebellion and rage because of 'he knows not what', that volcano just ahead named Sam cannot control the massive 'buildup of fire' going on inside of him.

But I have been listening, watching, and studying his history for years, and if I have learned anything about my proper relationship with Sam, it's that I keep my distance and pay attention, being ready at all times to flee this entire mountain area.
