An Aphorism About Reality

Everything that it is measurable is real. This signify to determine an established agreement to have a objective quantification and univocal of everything that we know. The reality is not different for everyone of us but we are different of the ones from the other in our perceptions and above all in judgments of the world that surround that it determine our decisions in service of our needs.

My Question would be...What would be instrument used in basing said measurement? And, that is a choice which can be only made by the individual. From my point a view.
