Best Magnanimously Poems
Long before the whispers
fell down
upon your solemn shoulders
as with new day dew's droplets
dangling so delicate, so free
I heard all about you
what was resting within
your beauty, your vision's quest
speaking thru shimmering light
placed so magnanimously
right in front of me
slight touch, curls to the sight
enfurled in more than mystery
an elegant flow
blinking under seas of blue and green
filling deep into a guise
somewhat larger than you, than me
before there were tumbles and spills
where fingers adjusted heights
where hopes hinged then swung open
passions, that melted upon minds,
sated lips and springtime wishes
there were romantic vignettes
ready to be written, to be read
marked down in time, for futures
not to look past, moments holding hope
where hearts connected
and feeling felt would forever last

Romanticism
Rosette tapestries of unparalleled glamour
Embroided thoroughly by the wittiest clamor
Magnanimously amorous in grace and wonder
Bewitching and charming though so yonder
Rhetorically out bounding my frugal thoughts
To be "irresistible", my flawless pure cause
Starlight's amiss your ornate romantic spell
Driving me sweetly to madly deep to compel
Handful of metaphors and highfalutin words
Illuminating. Inspiring. Invigorating.
Incubating anyone with one unique style
Wonderful, beautiful, matchless, they foretell
Vividly inventive and bombastic with each stroke
To hardened hearts, you can surely start to stoke
Erratically tender enough to adagio break the silence
Drawing anyone for more and more to your essence

JAKE CASTLE’S - THE THRILL OF THINGS
Characterized by routine or superficiality, his mouth was full of draught when he spoke unthinkingly.
Awry was his eyes as he told of events that had transpired.
He laughed aloud with his audience.
This was Friday and Jake Castle was the life of the party.
As always, he had a song to share.
His wife Nefreda Maria Castle patiently sit as Jake begin to sing “The Thrill of Things”.

This is the City that develops the mind.
This is the City that cultivates and design.
A world of culture that has been found.
We are the thrill of things profound.
This is the mountain that we have climbed.
Over the top and back down.
We are the suppliers of our way.
We are the thrill of things each day.
Over there is a faraway place.
I discovered just yesterday.
Took my sack of nutriments as well as my confidence.
Unearthed new ideas as well as civilization.
The thrill of things and a great nation stood over seven feet tall.
Giantvillism this place is called.
Now, here in Beantown we explore.
All will meet Giant and Maddy if they visit our world.
Much ado we have done.
Our stories are always forthcoming.
We are the thrill of things and they are also beyond.
This is a wonderful day.
This is a Beantown's escape to our favorite thingamajigs.
Plus, the thrills this gives are magnanimously felt.
All enjoy the revelry.
The thrill of things happens in Beantown accordingly.

Ballad
a disinteresting air
another gaze
within a full length mirror
a persnickety grimace
bandaids
the severed slices
of crystal
sleeping
within my
larynx
excuse my idiotcy
not utilizing
punctuation marks
cmon darling
please please
warrant my arrest
dementia is not covered
under my insurance policy
but
cough spit
mutants
like myself
somehow survive
religiously pathetic
empathically morose
sympathetically laughable
one last day
one fleeting
precious
moment
the rifle is gently removed
from an uncolored mantle
periwinkle would have
been my palor of choice now
Say ah and place
the hunter's
metallic eye
strategically
down your throat
everything is pretty
everything is so goddamn
wonderful
sweat on my forehead
sweat on the trigger
one deep breath
one more for good riddance
go my sweetheart
cmon
pull it
i said pull it
for a starved beggar's last day
will be
righteously
and
magnanimously
honored
by himself

Lies lies lies
Easily and swiftly they flow out
And never will they stop
Until the stoppage of life
Like the blood from the jugular
They have no potency
Rather are they independent
But they spread magnanimously
Like the cancerous cells
Their soothing effects
To the heart of the hearer
Great and not unenjoyable
Like the feeling when you diddle
Lies lies lies
They don't reproduce
But they are reproduced
Like a series of overrunning echoes
They are not scary
Rather are they violent
Yet they kick the heart of the bearer
Like a player hits the ball
You don't love them
But when you hear some
You give a warm welcome
Like to a dishy maiden knocking at
your door
Non-energetic as they are
The carry powerful effects
Inciting disparate reactions
Like a refree's decision
You send them the invitation
Even when they should not come
Because they are easy to come by
Like lipstick paints on ladies' lips

Dramatic Monologue
Stretching, snaking, sliding into the fog
A bridge makes its way across the divide
Stepping, striding, stamping like a clockwork cog
The man, cloaked in shadows tries hard to hide.
Solitary, standing, soliloquy to the journey started
Hands thrust in pockets head bent towards the wind
Staring, silence, structured defiantly sat
The river starts its life, magnanimously parted
Sarcastically, sassy, singular, the bridge road runs flat

Alliteration
Within a 14 year period, I went from a Dixie delta farm
To a Chicago asphalt jungle, to a dairy land farm in Wisconsin.
From dairy land back to the jungle and from there, I returned to
Dixie land. From there I pushed westward to the streets of
San Francisco and on into the central valley of Sacramento
Not far from where someone looked towards the foothills and said,
"There's gold in them there hills". They did find gold in those hills,
But I have lived in this gold-fevered land for 33 years, and gold is not what I have found here.
I have lived in these United States from the south near the Gulf
Of Mexico, to the north near the Great Lakes, and on westward
Some three to four blocks from the Pacific Ocean. I have been
Rewarded with good people everywhere I have lived, but none
Have I been acquainted with more than these among whom I live
And worship.
I tell you, I have found a land rich with most loving and beautiful
People ever I have seen. They were not discovered on a street corner
Nor at a place of employment, but scores of them have been found
In the sanctuaries of churches.
In my church a few years ago, the speaker said, "The best people
In the world are those sitting in the pew next to you". I am fortunate
To be among such people, and I could not agree more. My wife and
I were with two of them today. I could say more about them, but
Two words best describe our experiences with them. They give
Themselves MAGNANIMOUSLY and love LAVISHLY.

Narrative
“She lies in the western region of the black race territory apportioned back from generations,
Within the 11th century era,
Filled with typical black men with strong melanin,
Who lives semi-primitively to satisfy the necessities of their dreams and aspirations,
Under the rise and fall of the sun, soundly…
A land raising walkers from different routes permanently,
Deepening and sharpening the definitions of social culture at highest peak,
Profoundly marked upon the Gulf of Guinea,
Acclaiming the recognition of undeniable reputation,
Her heart dripped with blood in the course of human trading,
The historic period where hope and self-realizations seem to never return for formal grading,
The blood of her forefathers through the purpose of mightiness erected her back magnanimously,
She is clothed with discipline and self-actualizations,
Shaping the conspiracy arrayed in her senses to meet everyday determinations,
And it`s steadfastly concluded by the views of observing neighbors and willing spectators,
Possesses cherishable name highly distinguished,
Subbed with riches bridged over an expandable range,
And this proves the result of past event which left her offspring anguished,
They conformed to shame, just to get the inspiring tenets of their motherland among headlines on global page,
Which brought about the achievement of independence…
Based on the ideologies and firmness of the Kwame Nkrumahs and the rest,
If probably you`re not figuring anything out,
I mean “GOLD COAST”,
A unitary presidential constitutional democracy,
The present “GHANA”,
Meaning “Warrior King” in the Soninke language,
Home of peace always deserving honor,
Who always stand against a sign of savage,
Indeed, the land is full of courage”
“GOD BLESS OUR MOTHERLAND”

Dramatic Verse
There’s nothing finer, in a sense,
Than certain words in present tense.
Words which are incredibly,
Etched on your mind indelibly.
Immaculate, petulant, magnificent, sinew,
Incredulous, superfluous, to name just but a few.
Sacrament, procrastinate, intestate - may seem,
Draconian, Dickensian, obsolete, obscene.
Gratuity, embouchure, gnaw with silent 'g',
Juggernaut, cantankerous, words which I must decree,
Are remarkably, stupendously, fantastically sublime,
And should be used magnanimously, each and every time.
Biblical, whimsical, statistician, brie,
Words which are surprisingly, absolutely free.
Insatiable, perpetuate, onomatopoeia,
Existential, exemplary, words you shouldn’t fear.
Exponential, candid, xylophone or muse,
Malign versus benign - never to confuse.
Reptilian, gazillion, fragility, beguile,
Elucidate, excruciate, go the extra mile.
Psychopath, pedestrian, sesquipedalian,
(That last word I must admit is somewhat alien),
But never doubt, you have some clout, with words that randomly,
Demonstrate, accentuate a sense of liberty.

August 23 Scripture Meditations Based on Amos 1-3
Key Verse– Amos 3:12 Thus saith the LORD; As the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus in a couch.
MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR BEING MY GOOD SHEPHERD
Thank You for being my good Shepherd and my great King
Who saves me from sinfulness’ sinking…
Miraculously transforming my heart toward spiritual trekking
Thus, I’m heaven-bound with divine making.
Thank You for being my good Shepherd and my compassionate God
Who cares for me despite worldliness’ rod…
Marvelously redeeming my soul through Your blood
Thus, I’m ransomed with adopted status-nod.
Thank You for being my good Shepherd and my gracious Father
Who provides for me when economy’s crises bother…
Magnanimously meeting my needs whatever is the weather
Thus, I’m contented with bountiful blessings to gather.
Thank You for being my good Shepherd and my wise Lord
Who enlightens me through Your Scriptures’ Word…
Magnificently illumining my mind against humanistic sword
Thus, I’m converted with eternal record.
Thank You for being my good Shepherd and my protective Security
Who hides me against calamity’s adversity…
Mightily helping my faith to advance by Your tenacity
Thus, I’m settled with truthful certainty.
Thank You for being my good Shepherd and my radiant Light
Who leads me toward goodness’ height…
Mindfully directing my steps to tread upon what’s right
Thus, I’m guided with omniscient sight.
Thank You for being my good Shepherd and my all Sufficiency
Who blesses me midst complacency’s persistency…
Mercifully bringing my prayer to Your altar of clemency
Thus, I’m filled with satisfied fervency.

"Terraforming"
She creates her new world
crackling life between her thighs
birthing the pains of man
ever constant terraforming
she reigns
magnanimously
in her power
holding his imagination
in her warm palms
like twin marbles burning;
Sun and Moon kiss
in his field of dreams
She’s terraforming
ubiquitously his horizon
each and every morning
diamond hard she wears him
he's receiving callibrations
a measurement of risk,
she flies with new wings
piercing jade blades
through his windows
Goddess rides his Blue Skies
holding his
hot piece of art
there arrives two smiles
in riotous celebration
massaging
cabin fever hearts
twin deities
divine salves
blessed and damned in
the morning
awaking their new
celestial migration

Perchance, Rambling along
mind boggling, Mountain Ranges
gaze in wondrous awe
at the scenic beauty abound
irenically serene
stimulating minds
to utterly astound.
Now in pensive wonderment
spare a thought
on the molten magma
incessantly on the broil
at earth's pulsating core
ponder the power.
Then Wonder the Maker
the intricate working's
of that Perfect Mind,
Gestaltism in awe
with intentional overtones,
Purposely intertwined
the perpetual motions
of the Maker's Nature,
Created Divine.

It’d been a long day at work
So he sat in the sun
Enjoying the beer he’d earned
The day finally done
Closing his eyes he relaxed
When a persistent peep
Interrupted his dreaming
And he started from sleep
A brown and grey sparrow
Was in a tree nearby
Twittering and fluttering
Darting round in the sky
He magnanimously
Heard the internal call
To build a home for his friend
It would take no time at all
He had wood he could use
Although it had a twist
And it was rotting too
So he added to a list
Along with a tape measure
And extra nails, in case
Also, the saw was rusty
Another thing to replace
An expensive trip later
He had all he required
In fact, he had more -
His card almost expired
Building the box began
He slaved under the sun
Then slapped on some paint
And at last it was done
The bird glanced at the box
And immediately sussed
It was substandard housing
It flew off in disgust
So he was left with the bird box
All wonky and empty
It had cost him $350 -
Bunnings had them for $20

Is a person just man, woman or child?
Is not each person a costly treasure?
Should definition of person so mild?
Should not it exceed the common measure?
Person is living-human, could I say?
A precise character of life-drama,
With rise-fall amalgam fully alive,
Physique and psyche perform perfect play;
Soul enacts, sometimes, dull melodrama;
All-in-one cell, exuberantly thrive...!
Like molded pitcher is blend of the earth,
Person is a soul-mind-body mixture;
Through a magnanimously vibrant birth,
Divinity has made human fixture;
Oh! The persona form and appearance,
Entity with earth-ethereal mold,
Isn not each person an institution?
Pure self flowing in flawless coherence,
In thoughts and words perpetually bold,
Each person is - cosmic constitution...!
Person is an encyclopedia,
Composite of characteristics core;
Chameleon-like! Changes media!
Consciously, often, goodness does ignore;
Fierce, fiery, fervid, fervent, fertile, free,
Compassionate, care-filled, charismatic,
Person is heavenly! Angelical!
Divine dictum the person does agree,
Howsoever inwardly phlegmatic,
Wisdom and knowledge, within, helical...!!!
