Best Lusciously Poems
There’s a beguiling danger in beauty…
seduced as I was by the fickle fingers of fate musingly stroking my hair,
I envisaged
this lusciously lavish landscape
of sun-raptured heavenly hills and valid valleys
to be a lush, plush place for me to land ~
alas, such deception my naive perception did offer.
Buried beneath the facade of a fertile dream-come-true
and a mesmerizing mirage of natural light and zephyrus breaths -
where your thoughts hugged the horizons of my mind
like clouds on the edges of prairie dog skies
and where your stampeding passions trampled my inhibitions -
were delicate bandeaux of ice;
finespun and feathery like polar gossamer
that formed on the stems of your ruptured dreams
that then became my nightmare
when you had your hard freeze
while warm sap still flowed through your veins,
pumped and pushing through your broken being
and freezing on contact with the chilled clime
cocooning me, in a sudden silken surge of your glazing gauze
holding me, in the vivid wild magic of your frosted crystallized clutches -
fossilizing me, in icy opalescent ribbons of ornate whorls.
Unable to escape the grasping glacial petals of your exquisite pain,
your frost flowers plunged me into the frigid heart
of your bitter bluestem’s prairie winter...
There’s a beguiling beauty in danger
hypnotized and hijacked
as I was by the rhythmic sways of your tall grass ways -
your flickering tongue tasting my air
as my emotions were extorted
till I was bled white -
obviously oblivious
that I was being preyed upon
by a stealthy force of nature motivated by indigenous instincts.

*bluestem: tall grass native to the Great Plains with bluish leaf sheaths*
*frost flower: thin layers of ice extruded from long-stemmed plants in autumn or early winter. These thin ice layers form dainty ‘ribbons’ or ‘petals’*

Breathing feather-whispers ever sweetly
upon my neck, oh, how he pleases me!
Irises beneath long lashes gazing
down at me are gold-tinged and amazing.
Near moonlit water, on a beach are we,
breathing feather-whispers ever sweetly.
Our legs are intertwined; my cheek is pressed
against love’s rhythm beating in his chest.
His fingers trace the line along my spine
as stars peek down at us and brightly shine.
Breathing feather-whispers so lusciously,
caress us, Wind, before the night can flee!
Like ocean’s waves that come to kiss the land,
our passion mounts. Unbridled on the sand,
I give myself gladly and completely -
breathing feather-whispers ever sweetly.

To see him - just to see him -the impetus of my desire.
To gaze upon the long gold silken locks
that adorn his pefectly shaped head!
Transfixed, I watch his elegantly slender body
moving lusciously on his dance floor,
his arm around the waspy waist of his current woman.
With vicarious pleasure, I see myself as her,
imagining the feel of his hands along my hips
as we sway to the music’s sensuous rhythm.
Oh, to be so close as to breathe the scent of his cologne,
and as the music slows . . .to savor that moment
as he presses his cheek next to mine.
How I would exult in being that woman he is holding In his arms.
He sees me, but he looks right through me,
for I am but the lowly employee of a catering company.
The chasm between me and him is as large as an ocean.
I imagine he sees me as a lowly gull
hovering on the horizon of his vision
amidst the other lowly seagulls who like me,
go back to their small houses
feeling like scavengers after their night of service,
taking with them the leftover food he gives away to us.
I leave the opulence of his mansion, returning to my studio apartment,
knowing my revelry remains a mockery.
*Forgetting the line limit, I had removed a few lines, one containing the word "opulence" so now the word has been placed back into the poem.

.... for your eyes ....
A menu for lusciously delicious lips...
Bread sticks and creamy dips,
Cold, warm, hot on your tongue.
Delicate cherries, can't eat just one.
Exquisite, dew filled honey in the sun...
Fragrant and ripe, skin on the melons.
Grappling the grapes, little balls of wine,
Hands cupped to my face, I take you...
In,
Juggling faith, love, lust and sin...
Knowing, at the table as I came again.
Liiiiick. Said the kitten to the star fruit...
Moan for me...mmmmm
Nature slips between my lips,
Opening wide and closed are my eyes,
Pressing the button... whip cream surprise!
Quivering now, champagne in a glass...
Release of pressure in a bubbling bath,
Swallowing slowly to make it last.
Taste intoxication, erotic exploration,
Uttering sounds of pleasure...
Velvety treasure filled liqueurs.
When it rains I hope it pours,
Xtreme delight, ..fingers food.., and candle light,
Your Way.
Zest of Life! It's a buffet!

I smell the lushness; I smell green,
and what I see around me is a scene
where I’d expect to hear seclusion’s hush.
Instead, I hear the sound of water’s rush.
Sweet water’s rush, like nature’s symphony
is endlessly cascading lusciously!
So fresh I want to taste it on my tongue -
this endless stream of dewy diamonds flung
to rocks below, creating a white mist.
How many eons have these rocks been kissed
by virgin droplets of this waterfall?
I breathe serenity, soothed by it all.

Velvety
Soft and lusciously sweet
Roses dote on the blush of your lips
Exquisite
Pearls of dew on a web
Spiders envy your silken tresses
Enchanting
Are the trills of songbirds
Larks revere your melodious voice
Mesmeric
A flowing waterfall
Love cascades within your wistful eyes

An
elegant
stone cut as
one desires into
shapes with lovely
names such as Princess,
Radiant or Marquise, or the
actual name of the chosen shape:
Round, Pear, Oval or a precious Heart!
How divine it would be to have
such jewels lavished on me;
sparkling round my neck
in splendid strands
and on my hands
lusciously
lighting
me.

Spring Flowers
Another day she floated by so silently and poetically so graciously
Brightened each day quite magnificently as she held blossoming Begonia's
Captivated and enthralled by what nature smelled like sweet carnations
Daringly she held the intoxicating cherubs of those daffodils
Earnestly she held those beautiful elderberry blossoms in early spring
French Marigolds were her favorite flower as she planted every year
Garnishing with the ever loving gardenia, flourishing in her back yard
Hyacinth's are what her dear beloved mother grows each year
Iris Lilies are so very fragrant at any time of year
Jasmine, Jupiters Beard are all that comes to mind
Karume Azalea only grows where there are much heat and density
Lavenders lavish lusciously living in any country if you know about plants
Morning Glory is so very special it has been here for many generations
Narcissus Confusus only grow in Spain for their heat is so very dense
Often orchids of Oleandra's are so inviting which throughs many scents so inviting
Precious so few are the lovely petunia's which she grew each and every year
Quickly the Queen of the Ginger Lily quilts often so many vast colors over country landscape
Rhododendron is like the ravishing flower of the apple blossoming
Sensational flowers such as the Shasta Daisy almost resembles the Silver Princess
Tantalizing our eyes are the Trillium and trains of many stems of Taurus Cerastium in my greenhouse
Ulysses's Ulex as known as the Eupaeus Flore Penois is double flowering gorse
Violets which I always grow indoors for they like the stability and love I give to them
Water Lilies I took many pictures of them when I went to Bangkok in early spring
Xeranthemum is a lasting sweet scent which belongs to the daisy family
Yielding to the yellow or purple Yucca plant which thrives and grows in Mexico and West Indies
Zephyr Lily thrives in wetlands for they love the rainy season and wetlands: also saw then in Bangkok.

"Romance in the Time of Crawling"
We wait in hibernation
for the great release
into a 2nd coming maybe
a 3rd, a 4th, a 5th
it’s a joyful death
the pain on entry
where oceans break
the certainty of all
that is shore
the harbour opens
we sail forward
through bloody waters
into a new territory
the washing machine
cycle, load and dry
the vacuuming of floor
grounded, we are
lustily put to bed
lusciously all wrapt up
in those hot little deaths
stimulus to create
something better
of ourselves
borne again
it’s like looking
into the eyes
of a mirror
for a little while
the distant sound
of seagulls waiting
for their feed
crying loudly
to be fed
milk and honey
in the let down
drawn back in through
tiny sharp succubous lips
adored little vampires
that suck the life out of you
like air to breathe
you hold in your arms,
you hold your breath
for a little sleep,
you no longer sleep
you’d do it
all over again
romance in the time
of crawling
like an infant
crossing the line
learning to let go
the lessons
in the value of repeat
no open casket viewing
high 5 requiem me
Lavendar street
swimming again
diving into the deep end
with bathers at Balmoral
ashes like snow
falling into the ocean
moving against your skin
to live the dream again

Narrative
Oh how she blazes more daring
than midsummer, flitting as a woman
whose spirit enters inside my pores
on a clear skyline. Like the glaze
she was born from, Mystic Moon thrusts
her citrine arms fluid, wild, loving;
her feverish way of tasting her own moment
highlighting the stencils of open light;
as she gleams, oh so lusciously!.

Nonet
Filling the blank space of the heart hey my oxygen of love You braced the sand near the shore with an enriched almond in my life,
Oh my damsel !! Stupendously You are my love!!
Dipping in the soul of your's, relishing with the bunch of Jasmine, efflorescence is flushing on my way,
Oh my Queen !! Universally You vanquished my heart!!
Aster of my life, blooming Rose, alluringly captured the entire morsel occupying with an astounding charm of your's,
Oh my babes !! My lucid crystal,You shines forever!!
Heuristically resolved my problems filling with the stiff breeze unwrapping the emotions of love,
Oh my angel !! Happily You wrote the fairy-tale of my life!!
Near the samui bay, as like a relation between kit and boodle you spinned the petals of my life,
Oh my princess!! Drooping in your eyes I felt daunted!!
Implanting your waving leaves on my heart, melancholically removing the sad ness of my life,
Oh my lady !! zingels rangged in my refracting prism of soul!!
My starlit darkness is been flared up as if You are the brazen periwinkles balancing my world,
Oh my Pearl !! Lying in your shell of clam, Oysterically I Would love to clump throughout for all season!!
Adorably my dame-chick had gleefully connected me with every piece of my soul lusciously vibrating me,
Oh my doll !! Mirthfully You hit my heart a million times & blithely the spirit of yours made me solve the entire puzzle of life!!

Ballad
"Americano"
filter-dripped
watered down
weak coffee
artificial
the mood
steaming diluted
swings lower, unfilling;
the wanting
lusciously dark
hot to the tongue
more rapid
complex in richness
animated
scalding and sharp
Expresso
piercing arrow
shoots straight to the heart.

Over and over, and over again,
unendingly,
like waves that rise up on the sandy shore
and lap at my feet, only to turn and once more ebb
languidly
in discreet silence, but then come back to lap once more.
To reflect on you and all you mean to me,
sublimely
brings waves of happiness in every possible way
and, gratefully, I muse about all the things you do
unselfishly,
often in silence, but over and over again each day.
And like the ocean’s amaranthine waves,
rhythmically
you cast your magic spell, filling my soul like a rhapsody
through and through,
lusciously
invoking warm, endearing thoughts of you.

You whisper softly to me
and I enchanted, respond to be
You whisper me from a distance
and I reply demure in silence
You whisper softly to me as your hazel eyes
sing, revealing unsung tributaries, dreams and realities
Your inviting lips lusciously unfurl with savory tales
You listen to me and I am demystified
Your face a vacuum- formula that initiates my creativity
You whisper softly to me
And I am left speechless, resuscitated and quenched simultaneously
You whisper softly to me
And I am stilled in suspensions of grace
You whisper from a distance
And I am captivated as you appear dedicated
Your sway whispers sensually
And I am forced to redefine, explore and reexamine the definition of beauty
You whisper softly
And I can only imagine what it’ll be like, having you in my arms forever.
