Premium Member We Look Up To the Sky

When I look up at the dusky sky each night
see silver stars which are shining bright
moonbeams sparkle on the sea
I feel so carefree.
velvet blue
we
wave adieu
because soon I’ll see
the sun rising above me
until nightfall brings me pure delight
when I look up at the dusky sky each night

Look Up To the Sky

Look up to the sky
Look up in the sky and what do you see?
Is it an airplane flying by me?
Look up to the sky what do you see?
Is it the sun shinning down on me?
Look up to the sky what do you see.
The moon is smiling down on you.
Look up to the sky what do you see.
The rain coming down on you and me.
Don't look now to the sky for birds are above.
And you don't know what will come down.

Lord, I Look Up To You

Lord I am in a bind, for I have fallen behind, I"m in trouble and don't know what to do, so Lord Jesus, I look up to you. Lord I grow weak and weary in need of rest, so I turn to you to take away my distress. People say do this, do that, but when I do there's always a catch.

Go here, go there, each time I do I end up no where. So what do you do when you don't know what? You keep running in circles and stay in a rut. Your friends turn their backs on you and that's a kick in the gut.

Bad thoughts running through my head, maybe I'm better off dead, I'm starting to see red. They say pick yourself up and get a grip, I'm trying everything I can not to flip, I pray to you Lord, don't let me slip.

Lord I need guidance, I feel so blue, so again, Lord Jesus I look up to you. I been through so much, but now my eyes have been opened because my heart you have touched and It don't matter what they say, I know I am a beautiful spirit because you made me this way.

Now doors are starting to open, faces are becoming new and I know Lord, I owe It all to You. For You are my Lord, All Knowing, Kind and True. This is why Lord Jesus, I Look Up To You.

I Look Up To Her

She is four years younger,
But she is stronger.
She is mentally mature & knows how to speak her mind.
I look up to someone younger & smaller than I,
My little sister, Rachel, we have a special tie.
We are two sisters, in a world of hecticness.
She knows what she wants, she knows what she believes,
And she is determined.
I look up to her.
She works hard to achieve what she sets her mind to,
She doesn’t bend to the world’s ways - she doesn’t care much what is or isn’t ‘cool.’
She creates her own breeze, her own sun, she believes in Father, Spirit, Son.
She is my little sister - but I have so much to learn from her.
It is her confidence, and compassion, and strength,
That carry her to become her truest self.

Let Look Up To God

People have no fear of who created them
              Fraud become their joy, when
                     Conscience lost

There action and inaction steal the
Joy of so many people, when conscience lost

                  Hatred is their pride
                      When love lost

                 Killing is what they boast
                      Of,when fear lost

                      Must we hate? NO
                      Must we kill? NO
                      Let look up to God
                      To save the world

Look Up To the Stars

Look up to the stars
And tell me what you see?
Do you see a neon sign
That says you were meant for me?

Look up to the stars
Do you see that sign?
It says nothing more
Than I want you to be mine

Look up to the stars
And whisper in my ear
For all the sweet nothings you can say
Only I am meant to hear

Look up to the stars
And take a firm grip on my hand
For my unconditional love
Only you can understand

Look up to the stars
And see that it is written
That with a Cupid's arrow
You and I shall be smitten

A Man To Look Up To

People tend to look up to sports athletes and movie or music stars
And there’s not anything wrong with that
However they may mess up and let you down at some point
But there’s one man from the Old Testament
Who would be someone that you could look up to and his name is Job.

Now Job exemplified that he had great patience
As he endured through five life changing events
All brought on because Satan wanted to hear Job curse God
And his friends didn’t help the situation either
But Job kept his peace because he knew of his innocence.

Because of the patience that Job showed
He earned every reward that the Lord blessed him with
So the next time you are going through hardships
Just look at them with patience instead of frustration
And no telling what the Lord can do in your life.

Premium Member Why Do We Look Up To This Bully

The little cats all look up to the terrible lion.
If they do not pay homage, he may eat them.
He gobbles the weakest runts and the old ones up in big bites.
Letting them know what he thinks of them, bullying and snarling.

Why do we look up to this guy? One of the smaller one asks.
Because it may save our life someday another one says.
But what if we all banned against him and stood up to him?
He is king of beasts, and we are mere kittens. Don’t be ridiculous!

So, the big bully gets powerful and looked up to,
And we get smaller and smaller, being eaten one at a time?
Now you understand, the fearful cat said.
I knew you would.

Premium Member You Didn'T Have To

Yours was the caring face
Staring back at me,
Someone to look up to ...
When you didn't have to be

Always brave, always strong
And so inspiring to me,
Encouraging all along ...
When you didn't have to be

I'm grateful that you
Are still there for me,
Someone to lean on ...
When you didn't have to be

An artist, a mother
And a cousin to me ...
More like a big sister
When you didn't have to be

I Look Up To

A person who work hard to get what they want
A person who could take silver and try so hard to make it gold
A person who love doing what they do
A person who makes friends everywhere they go
A person who stay in their place no matter what go on
A person who make people happy and feel like they have a friend somewhere if not at home
A person who voice is like a smoothie no matter what they say
A person who love their kids like no other could
A person who no madness from no other
And that person could be you
But most of all me!
I am that person I look you to!

Premium Member Look Up To People

I look up to people who are taller that me
Ha! Just made a funny, bet you're slapping your knee
Got a million of 'em
An amazing femme
Wait a minute, I'm a macho male, a fifties escapee

Can I Really Look Up To You

I've seen you around a man or two
Woderous pairs you were
Again everyday a new pair
your beauty is replaced by make up
Your face replaced by plastic
Your body is alive yet rotting
Your lungs always filled with smoke
You are so beautiful and enlightening
You are smart but act dumb
Why, Why, Why is that so?
What makes you different from the rest?
Can i really look up to you Mama?

Look up to the sky
And question what you see,
For there are lines a plenty,
Where lines ought not to be!

Look Up To God

People don't look up to me.

Look up to the one and only,

God, the man who made me

And everything. Don't worship

Me. Worship Him. Live and

Workout in God's gym. If I

Had not given myself away,

So that God could use me.

There is no telling where I

Would be. People don't,

Look up to me.Look up in

The sky to God ,the big guy.
