Best Lily Of The Valley Poems

Lily of the Valley

A lily blooms in Floral May,
Its petals basking in the sun’
I'm in trance of its softened sway,
A lily blooms! In Floral May
Eyes adorn the blushing bouquet,
Festive flowers have just begun’
A lily blooms- in Floral May
Its petals basking in the sun!

He's the Lily of The Valley.
He's the Bright and Shining Star.
He's the King of Kings, The Lord of Lords,
He knows who we all are.

He knows all about us.
He knows each one by name,
Cares not about how much we own,
To Him we're all the same.

He owns all the cattle,
On every hill and plain,
And down deep in every mine,
The gold and silver veins.

No one is a stranger,
No man or beast or bird.
He's The Prince of Peace, The Lord of All,
He's The Living Breathing Word.

He's The Great Physician,
He makes a small man tall,
Nothing is too great for Him,
He's The Master of it all.

He is The Good Shepherd,
With a firm but gentle hand.
There is no doubt He's God's Own Son,
And yet The Son of Man.

Lily of the Valley Smiles

morning winter's grace
                                         lily of the valley smiles
                                          winter's creamy touch

I Am the Lily of the Valley

Look for my pure white bell heads,
bowed low, as if in prayer.
And you'll find me by my fragrance,
sweet smelling in the air.

Bees love me for my pollen,
Women for my perfume.
And my snow white lily flowers,
in a bride's bouquet bloom.

When Jesus Christ was crucified,
and died for me and you,
Mary's tears fell on the ground,
and on that sacred spot, I grew.

You'll find lilies in the Bible,
mentioned fifteen times.
"I am the Lily of the Valleys" (S of S 2:1)
And I live in many minds.
____________________________
Lily Of The Valley means: Humility, sweetness and purity.
It is said to bring luck in love, that's why brides use it in
their bouquets. Spiritual meaning: Jesus (Lily of the Valley is
one of the many names Jesus is called.

Note: There is a famous song, the refrain goes:
"He's the Lily of the Valley, the bright and Morning Star.
He's the fairest of ten thousand to my soul.

The Lily of the Valley

There is none so fair and gentle
or as pure as a fresh fallen snow,
One whose fragrance is as sweet as a lily
yes, only One and I can say with complete assurance, I know.

He is the Lily of the Valley and the Rose of Sharon
is another of His sweet and holy names,
the Branch, the Seed of David and my Buckler and Shield
and many more to show His goodness I will so gladly proclaim.

But, now look with the Spirit’s eye at the
Lily and tell me brethren what do you see?
For I see a strong yet tender and fragrant picture of beauty
that I would gladly plead oh please, will you give that One to me?

And, the Lily comes in various varieties
colors, and shapes as well,
and when you get to know our precious Jesus
He has more facets than our eye can see or tongue could tell.

One may see the Lily so pure and white
and gladly choose that One for themselves,
another will pick a crimson red reminding them of His blood
that from Calvary’s cross fell.

Yet our God has left nothing to chance and it is up to you
how much of His beauty our eye gate will allow to come in,
just know, following Jesus is a daily surrender and the decision is ours
to live a life as His child who does not practice a life of sin.

Lily of the Valley

Wakeful
Light of sunrise
Monarch butterflies' swarm
In a fluttering flight amid
Green fields
Nestling Lily of the valley
Flowers sipping nectar-
A sweetly scent
Of spring

Premium Member Lily of the Valley Am I

Amongst God’s created flowers
indeed verily beauteous…
I am loved for my pure white colors
oozing with pleasantly sweet fragrance.

With the Lord’s Sovereign wisdom
providing me with red seed pods…
I make my whole plants
very attractive after blooming.

Accordingly in the language of flowers
I bear “the return of happiness” signification
Thus, I am well-sought during weddings…
for couples’ inspiration-bliss.

Best that I boast of along gratefulness’ delight…
is the mention of my name in the Song of Solomon 2:1*
featuring the Saviour and Lord Jesus Christ with His love’s purity
and redeeming blood for man’s eternal sanctification-scent.

*Song 2:1 I am the rose of Sharon, and the lily of the valleys.

Lily-of-the-valley oft bloom

early in the first days of May.

With a delicate sweet perfume

lily-of-the-valley oft bloom.

Arriving after April's gloom

nature will not extend their stay.

Lily-of-the-valley oft bloom

early in the first days of May.

Lily-of-the-valley, as white as snow,
displays a sweet-scented bell-like blossom.
In the woodlands in the spring, lilies grow,
lily-of-the-valley, as white as snow.
Christian Dior's favorite, yet few know
that these fragile flowers smell so awesome.
Lily-of-the-valley, as white as snow,
displays a sweet-scented bell-like blossom.

White lily of the valley grows

I am quite a peculiar sort,
My fragrant blooming days are short.

My petite petals well bell shaped,
In virgin, pristine white they’re draped.

I’m famed in myths and legends’ scope -
Symbol of happiness and hope.

Disclaimer:
Beware beautiful butterfly,
There’s more to me than meets the eye:
My intense scent however sweet,
Not designed as a nectar treat.

A woodland beauty lures with teary eyes
Her scented sweetness lingers in the air,
Conceals a blemish under virgin guise
A woodland beauty lures with teary eyes
Like Eve bemoans her loss of paradise.
She flaunts aesthetics with a flare to dare.
A woodland beauty lures with teary eyes,
Her scented sweetness lingers in the air.

Below the mist covered mountains lies a valley of beauty so rare
As I view from the flowery meadow, I look on in awe and stare

It's moss covered slopes in carpet, a greenery so rich like a vein
The hillside undulations grace like a wedding dress train

The cascading of translucent pure, these waterfalls of delight
Each with a different voice as they sing through the day or night

Trees so iconic standing proud as they reach up to the warming sun
Magnificent they are in their splendour, they're not to be outdone

As I sit down and admire the meadow, it's riches befall my eyes
The colours of greens and pastels makes every one a prize

As I close my eyes and listen, I hear many marvels all around
From insects that buzz to chirping birds in this beautiful surround

I turn my head as she calls me, my love in her white summery dress
She's my lily of the valley, her beauty in my eyes caressed

We lie back and take it all in, this place on this planet earth
For our children and our children's children, it's kept in it's worth

Below these mist covered mountains lies a valley of beauty so rare
Is there anywhere else out there, that could possibly compare

Lily of the valley in spring
Ringing its white bells in the wind
       Its sweet fragrance, one-of-a-kind
Lily of the valley in spring
How nice it blooms; a wondrous thing
Its quite poisonous...bear that in mind!
Lily of the valley in spring
Ringing its white bells in the wind
