Best Leaping Poems
My shoes leaped in faith to exercise it's oneness with God.
The thought of "dwarf tossing" I abhor
But a leaping frog will make me roar
In Calaveras County
They leap to collect bounty
Hillbillies watch as moonshine they pour
To leap the farthest takes stamina
Mixed with a good dose of enema
Hoots and howls from onlookers
As bets are placed with bookers

Calaveras County really does have a frog jumping contest. See

Painted horses leaping, faster and faster,
I hold on tightly as my tangled hair is flying.
A sweet carnival memory of a childhood summer.
Painted horses leaping!
The amusement park is twirling and whirling,
of this horse, I alone, am the master!
Father is holding me, to keep me from falling.
My dappled horse is quite a leaper!
The Merry Go Round is now gently slowing.
"Can I ride it again, please father?
Painted horses leaping!

A LEAPING ACQUAINTANCE
O ask me if a friend is mine for keeping
And I will scroll down her countenance in years
To show acquaintance that’s a target leaping
And I will tell you of the long nights’ weeping
Into the valley of the corrupted seers
That her acquaintance was a target, leaping
As if acts of confidence were seeping
Down the drainpipe like a burst of tears,
Asking if a friend is for safe keeping,
Secrets unravelled in the glare, bleeping
With the traffic of the times that hooked my peers
Just ask me if her friendship’s mine for keeping:
I say, a pox on their assiduous reaping
Their facts are gleaned where the bar sells beers
To show acquaintances like a target, leaping
On opportunity, grafting on chances, peeping
With trashy envious shades adrift in leers;
O ask me if this friend is worth the keeping,
I’ll show an acquaintance missed the target, leaping.
from IN MEMORY OF HER 2008)
Jiminy Cricket
Fell in love with a toad, and
Did it froggy style
For Make Me Chuckle Haiku contest
They called her Leaping Leena,
She was famous through the land,
It started when she jumped a cattle dog,
Then a woolly lamb.
Next she jumped a wheelbarrow,
Then she jumped herself a car,
Her fame was spreading everywhere,
Through shearing shed and bar.
Next she jumped a wagon
Without a second thought,
Then she jumped a brahma bull,
After the wild beast was caught.
But alas her career came to an end
When her eyesight started to go,
Se jumped right over a cliff
Thinking there was water down below.
If there's anything more beautiful than tulips in spring
Here's yours truly experiencing morning's first zing
Leaping gayly outta bed
Looking forward to what's ahead
When my thousands of friends gather round for a fling
(actually I don't really leap anymore!!!)
Looking from the mountain top
i see the depth beneath gaping at me
strong wind gushing against my torso
I feel the force through my veins
Throwing me back to the land
But i stand rooted
As if I've been shackled to the edge
Same as i dwindle betwixt my dream
And the morose reality i live in
I want to break free, i want to fly
I want to scream, i want to cry
I have no fear left of leaping into death
All i need is to Breathe free; in those last moments
As i breathed for the first time in the womb
Last but not the least......
Can someone just put a white flag on my tomb.......
Leaping through the clovers
on his merry way,
the leprechaun is happy,
on this St. Patrick's Day.
He tripped over a pebble
and landed on his face,
he lost his po' o' gold,
it spilled all o'er the place.
He got up off the ground
put his hands on his hips,
his pipe fell ou' o' his mouth,
he had a pout upon his lips.
"I lost me po' o' gold
all o'er the place,
because o' the damn pebble,
me landed on me face."
He bent o'er to
pick up his riches,
his pants fell down,
out came the stitches.
"Ta, ta, te, ta, ta, ti,
now me is p*ssed off,
me a*se is a showin',
me temper is aloft."
"Me ain't very happy,
I lost me po' o' gold,
me pipe fell on the ground,
me feelin' o so old."
"Bending o'er is hard
on me back,
me is goin' ta pull up me pants,
so me can hide me crack."

i leap seeing it
the views a poor man's rich dream
home does not exist....
Great leaping orca
Seize the day;
Steal a seal away!
I can be
so pissed off
that I can scream
like a bra
put on backwards.
Evil exists, even
though politically correct
no-minds say otherwise.
I know it exists.
I feel it slithering
around me like
a sea shell broken
into fragments of
something remembered.
We seem to share
a ****ed up world
of underwear wearing
parrots
bleating like retards
at the channel surfing
drones forever
feeding their
fat faces.
I stand at
exactly the same place
where I was previously lost,
and still
am not able to
identify the
heart-burn that
hops like a frog
inside my
concious being.
Days begin.
Days end.
I continue screaming
in the vain hope
that somewhere some ear
One two three pea leap. Wow. A slip knot is neither a sleep nor a striped strap. But stealing from an arsenal area is not a wonderful idea is it really? Well come on....is it? Best keep quiet then and sip on a buttercup ball. Oh how quiet simplistic and simplistic is good and carved from a singular form of an art. So bake a tart carefully then. Wisdom in a whisk. Waiting in a wish. And standing tall under a huge blooming canopy of personified petals whose playfulness can portray peaceful pianoforte to a breeze. Even the coldest winds can be mellowed by such charms. Amulets linking arms then. Good. Portray not a salad as a stew and a fortress created from several million potatoes is a potent power indeed. But not when baked. With or without chilli beans. Jump then. Go on. Jump up and down and wave the arms and legs around. Causing cake to care for cream. And legs on a train are the legs of the seats whose tired frames seat many a fat curdled ceo on a wild journey to an office. How rather exciting then for the many cups and glasses placed in front of a portly frame. Tickle a taste. And taste a tissue. Yum then. Oh look.....the right window is showing a pond and the left window is showing a sea. Remarkable. Oh no a tunnel tube duck then. But no quack. It is merely the antics of a rug that can hug the copper blue. And the throwing of one pebble can release a wind machine on the hill. Paperclip is not a paperweight nor is it a planed plank. Ok then. Understood. Uniquely. A sham is not a slam nor a spam. And the delicate floaty fish in a chiffon outfit can scare a shark if dressed in white tunics. So always adhere to colours in an oceanic ballroom. Wow. Vibrancy in scales and fins. Swoosh then swirl. Very nicely timed waltz that was. And equally effective is the whirring of five hundred rotary blades who sing the calling cards to the wings of steel at dusk. Surrounded by over a million translucent clouds. Iridescent beauty. And a clap to hear. And all whilst the tomatoes form a pretty pattern on the tabletop yard. Hahahaha salad singing shape song. Hahaha floors arriving mind your head. Xxxxx synergistic syndrome symmetrically symbolised syntax xxxxx crustacean Z z z z Z.

The juxtaposition of a jelly bean is a line out symbol which points not just north but in all outward direction. To consider an atomiser a friend is to put on a hat and scarves in very cold weather. Nevertheless it could be said that a beat box can boom at this time so one must hide slippers in mugs and take tantric lessons from aspiring affluentional affiliates. Achoo achoo cried the toast soldier lay down on a round plate. I would of liked to have had far more butter. For to glow is to flow and to flow is to grow. Like a boat. Rather reaching radiuses ridiculously. And baking an omelette soup. Take no ball of heifer cake to a flower show. And drive no cabbage in a floaty dress to a garden party. Signal then. Good. Great isn't it.operatic arrival of a bopping stick. Fantastic. Wow. Work not an adaptable weed in an upright position in a Turrentine pot. And cue no angle at eighty degrees. 1 2 1 2 1 2 3 attempting a maritime movement. Monumentally moons. And that glare off a jar. Haha and now eat a sweet. Haha leopard leotards leaping. Haha gestational z
Once in a quatrain she rhymes and leap
Brings a couple for my work and weep
Sings a duet and some extra sleep
Making my winter month grows a day more.
