Premium Member A Walk in Another Dimension

    Out for a walk together
      a dog and a man on the heather
    Which was which not easy to tell
      the dog, perhaps, the one wearing the bell

    For the dog looked like the man
      and the man, though unplanned
    looked so much like the dog
      that if they played leapfrog

    you could never tell one from another
      even swear that they might be two brothers

    So if you are out and about and happen to see
      a dog and man playing leapfrog, and you’re not visually

    impaired or something unfortunate like that
      ~ I’d say the ‘Twilight Zone’s’ your new habitat

Live lovely looks
Bright blessings book
Craze consigns crook

Oomph orders ooze
Beer bottle booze
Senile sense snooze

Go gather good
Mix motive mood
Fashion fine food

Leapfrog lame lines
Flavours frame fine
Muse mellows mine

Do design deed
Free fragrant feed
Waste wallows weed

Live lazy light
See sparkling sights
Blooms blossom bright

Rush rescues run
Play prunes pure pun
Sight scotching sun

Seed spacious start
Hurl healing heart
Pleasure primes part

Clever clowns croon
Night nurtures noon
Belief bears boon

Real rustic room
Blessings burst bloom
Glimpse gracious gloom

Meet moments meek
Special sign seek
Prime pleasure peeks

Today I Fall

Today I fall

My heart fills with glee
Today I fall in love
I felt the need to sing
I felt the need to leapfrog
My 32 stay unclose
It as the white bulbs bright at night
My belly fills with love
I am unable to eat
Her picture within my eye
I felt like seeing her in my front
I lie on bed to sleep
But her thought didn't let me sleep
I close my eye for a long time, but thoughts are
Flowing as water
How am I going to confront her?
What should I say to her?
Should I start with HELLO or HI
An innocent heart in love.

I penned this to draw your mind to the beginning, how do you feel then? Share me yours

The Ruba’iyat of Créteil Lake – Part Twenty-Eight

Other media meanwhile busy with who’s sleeping with whom
Relying on New-Sweep and Thyme to make loud front-page zoom
Mainly of those who leapfrog into top power palaces
On whether de Beauvoirs or transvestites be given more room

Dohr took dire toll on the High Prelate’s laboured vocal chords
And just as the Chief pow-wowed with advisors and legal boards
So did His Holiness with a delegation come from afar
The results as well as can be expected turned out: Discord!

The wily Franquist woman counselor slammed the Chief’s car door
And bee-lined the barred gates of the trysting hotel’s portico
The Chief sent Commandant in hot pursuit of bent-backed woman
Scarf drawn over pockmarked scalp limpet-mouthed suction sore

As the dohr throngful of the Faithful streamed out queues formed for asr
The Commandant waylaid the Imam come out for some air:
“…ad subjiciendum… Omar…Tent Maker’s prodigal heir…”
“Means thou Umar ibn Al-KHattap…Exalted Caliph Sire?”

Non-plussed the Commandant looked hard at Writ in his thick hands:
“Your Holiness! Be it thy pleasure to peruse these commands!”
One yea-sayer read aloud: “Oooo..maaaar ibn al-Khaaayyaaaamm…”
“Who? Must be that drunken half-Turk by rich widows favour finds!”

Premium Member February 29th

This year leaps
Feisty moves hurl;
An extra day styles

~~~~~~~~~
Old condo visit
Caretaker friend smiles;
Tea and chit-chat
~~~~~~~~~

Monday dawn light
Cool breeze hints rain;
Passing clouds wet

~~~~~~~~~
Paperwork clutter
Desktop somewhat crowded;
Dazzling piles of something
~~~~~~~~~

Morning excursion
Procure meal packs;
Monday food fare

~~~~~~~~~
Wet pathway
Stray feats loiter;
Chinese kung-fu session
~~~~~~~~~

New signpost here
Heart-shape holes sketch;
Lee Kuan Yew's ghost lingers

~~~~~~~~~
Tembusu tree forlorn
Living memorial;
Once upon a great man
~~~~~~~~~

February 29th,
Once in four years;
Message sans passage

~~~~~~~~~
Here for a while
Fashion good cheer;
Share lovely touch
~~~~~~~~~

Leapfrog time
Collate leap year;
Add another day

~~~~~~~~~
Melancholy leaps
Sad evening dance;
Special 29th day oozes
~~~~~~~~~

Bills to pay
Prompt squeaky splice;
Abundance spreads

~~~~~~~~~
Premium Member White Rabbit: Fast Food Robberies and Other Crimes
In her ivory tower, she was raised,
A sheltered child, a life of ease,
But Alice's tale, Lorina's heart had seized,
Her mind now set on a different phase.
Married at twenty to a man much too old,
Her life as a trophy wife grew stale,
And so she plotted, her heart gone cold,
Her husband's demise she'd avail.
With her inheritance, she set out to be,
The White Rabbit, a villainous spree,
Robbing fast-food joints, with hi-tech toys,
Spider-Man and Frog-Man, she'd often annoy.
But one day, a Kwikkee Burger spat,
Refusing to serve her breakfast repast,
She beat them up, two cops arrived,
And Judge Elkhart's son, poor Dan, he died
Elkhart sought revenge, in the courtroom,
He shot Dodson, a thundering boom,
A court reporter died, and in the hare came,
Her giant rabbit mech, saving her name.
The Terrible Two, with Walrus by their side,
They caused havoc in Brooklyn, no longer tied,
To clumsy matches with amphibians, they sought,
Vengeance, with the help of the ones they'd caught
But Spider-Man, Leapfrog, and Frog-Man too,
Defeated them, their victory in view,
White Rabbit resurfaced, with new help in tow,
But Mad Hatter and Dormouse were there just for show.
Grizzly and Gibbon stopped her bank heist,
She tried to ransom them, but they didn't bite,
Bombing the city, demanding five billion,
Spider-Man and his team stopped her, just winning.
She fell for Arcade, his deathtrap design,
Kidnapping Wolverine and Black Cat, he'd be fine,
But the heroes they won, leaving Arcade and her,
Abandoned in Savage Land, whining loudly as churr.
Joining Hood's Gang, she fought for more power,
Against Mister Negative, she never did cower,
But dealing in drugs, an effort foiled by M. Jane,
White Rabbit, was defeated once again.
The Fairy Tales About Crow Matryona
1.My familiar crow
A cheerful crow named Matryona lived in her small house.
I drank tea with her and observed,
As she played with a wind in leapfrog and chased the moon at night.
Probably, she thought, that the moon is cheese!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
2.Matryona and greedy Sasha
Boy Sasha went along the street of "the World".
He had two ice creams in one hand at the same time!
Suddenly he met a girl he knew.
She asked with hope,
"Is your ice cream tasty? "
" Of course, it is very tasty! "
      Sadly, she said,
" Ah! I go to musical school. "
      "All right, goodbye."
A homeless dog and cat followed Sasha for a long time,
And they asked for something through their sad eyes.
" Unscrupulous beggars! " Sasha said,
and has continued his way, enjoying his ice cream.
Suddenly from a tree a crow flew toward him,
seized his two ice creams,
returned to her tree and shouted loudly:
" Sasha! You are a greedy boy!"
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3.The Matryona and fashion
One day a crow cooked macaroni.
What for you, Matryona -,
put on them on your a neck?
In fact it is meal!
" You must not argue tastes-
I shall depart to a party
in beads made from macaroni! "
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.Matryona is a ghost
Kolesnikov Alexey
Was not a pleasant child.
He was rude to adults,
He offended girls,
He teased dogs and pulled the tails of cats!
Crow Matryona decided to punish this small hooligan.
On the old sewing machine
She sewed a red, very loose raincoat
And she put it on, like a ghost.
When Alexey came back from school,
He saw in the sky, right above him, the awful monster,
Which flew and laughed , and shouted angrily,
" You offend the weak and should be punished! "
Alexey was very much frightened,
" The living ghost! Excuse me, please!
I will not do any more bad things!
" You will behave yourself?
 Well, I believe you, good-bye! "
Be beyond borrow, sensuous soaring sights;
Move motive mind map, leapfrog lusty looks;
Apt applause arrows, lovely lasting light;
Settle succinct sap, browse blossoming book.
Carve crystal crazy, prime preying puzzle;
Lively learning lifts, creamy comfort clowns;
Heap hindsight hazy, dream drowsy dazzle;
Glimpse good grandeur's gift, discerning drips down.
Seize sexy story, flooding funny feel;
Justice joins jolly, muzzle mouthing more;
Madness mines muddy, groaning glimmers grill;
Choice charades calmly, slumber sacking store.
Courteous calm conceives, ripe risking receives;
Brilliant bum believes, attention achieves.
Poised
Deceived several
times, you err again, and
    put up your debut kill.
             *
    A graphic escape,
of moon from the dark
    clutches of clouds.
             *
    The blackbucks
get ready to leapfrog on the
    first sound of shots.
Mind what you find in simple poise,
Yes just be clear as pattern styles.
Charm now aligns a telling voice,
Aim for good cheer to touch worthwhile;
Listen and heed the thoughts that come,
Must message string a dozen things.
Decide the need as feelings sum,
Invest and bring where silence sings;
Ask for the wit to not say much,
Leapfrog the air of pretence strange;
Oblige each bit of truth as such,
Glimpse that deep flair that honours change;
Use intent well to sync fine good,
Explore sweet dwell in cautious moods.
Birthday feelings
Another year is back no longer can leapfrog this day
Where my body squeals on me from time to time
Melanin, flawless, caramel skin transparent
for you to view my friends,
Face ageless, mind intone to my compose poetry,
Every Nano second counting down to dust,
By the grace of the almighty:
The loud notification bell rang the old familiar tone,
From my well-wishers, on Facebook, and WhatsApp,
The thousands of unwanted gray hairs cover my silky black,
to match my aging face as I jokingly play around with my camera
My smiles seem to match well with my reassurance
of knowing that l am going to be alright today,
the loud notification keeps on coming,
I am releasing a happy energy
called I am alive and doing great
I have reached the good old age of ....
Here I am once again, unscrambling the word birthday,
Happy birthday to me.
Reflecting on our lives during birthdays holds a special significance. It’s a moment to pause, look back, and take stock of our journey. Here’s why it matters:
**Gratitude: Birthdays remind us of the gift of life. Reflecting allows us to appreciate the people, experiences, and opportunities that have shaped us. Gratitude fuels positivity and contentment.
**Self-awareness: As we age, we evolve. Self-reflection helps us understand our growth, strengths, and areas for improvement. It’s a chance to assess our values, beliefs, and priorities.
**Life Lessons: Birthdays prompt us to revisit pivotal moments—the highs, lows, and lessons learned. These experiences contribute to our wisdom and resilience.
**Setting Intentions: Reflecting helps us set intentions for the year ahead. What do we want to achieve? How can we align our actions with our aspirations?
**Celebrating Milestones: Each birthday marks a milestone. Reflecting acknowledges our progress and celebrates our existence.
So, on this special day, take a moment to look within, appreciate the journey, and embrace the next chapter. ????
Cerebrum Devolution
Most laboratory mischievous
was a petri dish birth of the patent soulless
Retrograde thought waves,
cold stream of computer code consciousness
Clone algorithm doppelgänger breathe
into a body of artificial intelligence theory
Hollow cranial cavity
filled with synthetic mitochondria propagation —
Grey matter reversal movement,
Neanderthal cortical activity cybernetic
Experimental genome project,
primeval opaque was the ethical manifest
Microchip implants
rooted in Pleistocene motive —
Darwinian conquest: 	Amygdala tool
	        was nano technological,
at its terabyte best
Cerebrum devolution was a scientific success!
Test tube pre-cogs
predict a quark-y future gray
Matter of terminal importance
on a backward timer delay
Mesozoic void was the synaptic quantum leapfrog
Cerebral core of humanity drifting away
		        on a data entry log
	Into the primordial fog
of a deity devoid day
Life’s Aperture
           by Odin Roark
Notice the light
Or lack thereof
How the details
Falter in shadow
But imprint in light
Naiveté thinking suggests
We can control light’s fundamental purpose
To assist our awakened perception
So why…
White/reds or shoot-ups
To leapfrog over natural time
Denigrating nature’s recharge
Yet
Oh how we think we know better
Pop a pill for this
Another for that
Pound our mood with her
Deflate our mood with him
On and on the quest to escape
Once
There was simplicity of understanding
When the sun came up
We did what we needed to do to survive that day
When the sun went down
We relaxed our weary bodies
Found simple comforts
Food
Drink
Sex
Sleep
Now
That perceptive opening
Our aperture of freedom
Is being coerced
Tempting self-sabotage
Dimness informs
Alerting deprivation
Presenting discovery’s
Illumination/Darkness
Might it be…
The yin and yang of lessons
One’s open and closed eyes
Has been reduced to manufactured
Mind games
Biological influences
Supernatural brainwashing
Infiltrating our sentient power
With imprisonment
Dreaming can’t flip a switch for enlightenment
Nor find solace in darkness
For light is light
Dark is dark
Each dependent on the other
As couplet perfection
To think about that
Is to wonder what higher cosmic intelligence
Would do with our evasion
Perhaps
It’s time to ask
Not what our brain can do for us
But what we can do for our brain
Ironically for some
There’s always Florida’s Mega Money jackpot
Premium Member With Those Who Love Us
Let's play leapfrog with the unicorn
Careful children watch out for the horn
Let's tippy toe in the meadow with an elephant
Could a happier afternoon ever be spent
Let's swim with the goldfish in her bowl
Hunting for the treasure chest Captain Kidd stole
Let's fly with the robbins the first of spring
We can learn to chirp and flap our wings
Let's glow with the glow worms at night
Laughing and chasing whoever lights
Let's play as children silly and fun
Using our imaginations as bright as the sun
Let's stand on rainbows and wave as bluebirds fly
Where wishes and dreams are woven into a lullaby
Let's dream with a sprinkle of Sandman's dust
Where home is being with those who love us
