Making love to her
Helps me ignore or forget
My wife's not perfect.
those that condemn will never be gone, they’ll wither in indifference
Let Them Judge You
When you stand up and speak for the things you believe,
Or you show what you feel; wear your heart on your sleeve.
When your thoughts and opinions don’t follow the crowd,
And you’re brutally honest and say it out loud…
Let them judge you.
When you work extra hours for no extra pay,
To ensure the job’s done by the end of the day.
When you cover a colleague who’s often off sick,
Or tolerate bosses who get on your wick…
Let them judge you.
When you finally snap cos it’s all got too tough,
And you throw in the towel and shout, “I’ve had enough!”
When you storm off and leave everyone in a daze,
Muttering and commenting about your odd ways…
Let them judge you.
Let them judge and opinionate, gossip and label.
Let them do everything better than you, if they’re able.
Let them build you up, put you down, doubt your ability.
Let them chatter and natter with puerile hostility…
Let them judge you.
You know who you are, for greater or lesser.
No need to retort or to be the aggressor.
Their thoughts, words and deeds will judge them in turn.
They are feeble, and immature and not your concern.
"Judge not lest ye be judged yourself" Matthew 7:1
That phrase is appropriate.
I am who I am.
I am WHAT I am.
I make no bones about it.
I am a poet.
I write when I write.
I write what is in my head.
I write what is in my heart.
Some is fiction, some true.
Some of it is scenarios in my busy head.
Some is a dark. Some light.
Some perverse. Some nice.
I am a friend.
One who stands for what I believe.
Even if my friend is wrong, I stay
I am a lover.
Not in a physical sense.
But a lover I am just the same.
I am a child of God.
Just because I am NOT
A bible thumping, card carrying
Member of a particular church
DOES NOT make me any less
A daughter of God.
He knows my heart and
He loves me just the same.
I am tired of people looking
Down on me because I do
NOT live their way!!!
This is my life!!!
God gave it to me.
I refuse to be beaten anymore.
I refuse to have a husband
To take what is supposed to
Be a act of love and have it
Whenever and however he likes
It, no matter the hurt.
I refuse to be punching bag!
I refuse to be the wife that smiles
For all the world to see and pity
Because her husband is off screwing
The cute young woman that batted
Her darling eyelashes at him,
I have tattoos.
So what?
So what if I want to
Date a younger man?
I am a good person.
Take me as I am.
I am me and for ALL
Of you that judge, I am
NOT committing any sins.
The only sin I committed
Was believing I am worthy.
I know I am not.
But just because I am
Unworthy does not mean
That I can not have a life.
I will answer to God
In Heaven when My
Time comes.
He is the only one
EVER allowed to judge me.
"Judge not, lest ye be judged yourself" Matthew 7:1
Once Earth was full of wild brutes,
Hunting animals subsisted their livelihoods.
Slowly, steadily they learnt upliftment,
What we accepted later as civilisation.
Today in this modernised world,
We follow new-fashioned approaches and genres.
Maybe we are greedy and gluttonous,
But we are affable and amiable creatures.
We live in society which is full of prosperity,
Where educated and education leads us all.
But day-by-day in this rejuvenated world,
Society demoralising at a whole.
Everyone is busy today, at their own work,
Youngsters are concerned enough about their own careers.
But there is a bunch of people in every society,
Who are always ready to criticise one's variety.
We should not fight with those evils,
Neither we embroil ourselves into ills.
We are confident enough to judge our own,
And to scorn the Judgemental Society.
When I met you first you seemed snobbish,
a mask you used to guard secrets,
felt we can’t be on same page,
our paths forked, we drifted.
Memory flashed back
your self-respect
misconstrued.
Mistake
Owned.
My
lone life
went off course,
became prudent.
Erring was impulse,
failed to glean dormant truth,
bearing can be deceptive.
Life is fine if less judgemental,
learning to overcome the mistakes.

She looks snobby, judgemental Linda said.
I observed the newcomer who looked a bit stand-offish.
But perhaps it is because I had not met her yet.
I ran up to tell her that I liked her costume.
She was pure steampunk all the way.
She was a lovely woman, ready to converse with a stranger, me.
We hit it off and sat together for that supper and next day’s lunch.
The convention lasted a week, and I saw her often.
She always smiled, waved and said “hello”.
I never thought my new friend looked or acted snobby.
But judgemental Linda is not as open to meeting new people as I am.
She wandered around alone most of that week, looking miserable.
I thought about spending time with Linda, but then I remembered
How judgemental she is, so I saved myself from her.
Sticks and stones may break my bones
And Ed Sheeran may say “that’s okay baby, only words bleed”
Tight jeans, thick thighs, flabby arms and…
Weight.
So the comment section rise in height and pain
Thus the confession begins:
Those who give shall receive
So think twice before you judge me
As I’ve been generous in my past
Questions appear while answers disappear
She who gave me life
He who build me up
Never asked yet your ‘concern’ is heavy
Sticks and stones does break my bones and I ain’t screaming “I’ am titanium!”
Each word becomes an immortal
And walks in silence yet being so loud
Shame glimmers
As sour thoughts blossom
And judgment paves a path
Poisoning itself to its own demise
The bitter truth is that
I wish to be the person you ‘need’ to see
But also to seal your foul lips
As the chemical melts its way on them
And as I hear you choke six feet under
Making us equal
A suppressed mirth spreads its wings
“Muhahahahahahahahaaaa!”
I walk through life like a shadow unseen,
Because they treat me like I’ve never been.
No chains can bind me, no laws confine,
Yet they whisper doubts as if they’re mine.
Why do you fear the faith I hold?
Why does my truth leave hearts so cold?
Is it my wisdom that shakes your ground,
Or the strength in me that won’t bow down?
I have seen the darkest nights unfold,
Where silence screams and hate takes hold.
Yet through the storm, I stand unbowed,
Resilient still, never cowed.
Through the veil of hate, I stride,
Unfazed by scorn, untouched by pride.
For in the fire, I forge my way,
And rise anew with each new day.
Alone,
Dark,
Cold,
Left beside yourself,
In this world,
No helping hand,
Only judgemental remarks,
From others who see you around,
Nobody walks in your shoes,
The demons you seem to face,
Nobody will ever know,
Because nobody wants to take my place,
Tattered and torn apart,
Emotionally disturbed,
Voices in your head,
Saying give up,
Just drop dead,
But head held high,
Keeping faith above,
Pulling yourself up and out,
Making your way out of the slum,
People have ups and downs,
Being judgemental Isn't someone I am,
Before you judge one,
Walk in their shoes,
All things aren't as glorious as you let it seem....

Why waste your life being judgemental?
Talking negative, proving you’re right and other person is wrong and bad
So much stress to the mind for what?
What will you achieve by this act?
Why not be calm?
Is there really something called right or wrong?
Aren’t we all creations of God?
Isn’t every right and wrong created by him?
Can he be wrong?
In that sense can anything be wrong?
Wrong for one is right for other
It is all in the mind
Little knowledge and big ego speaks
Our hatred and jealousy speaks
Our mind is in turmoil
Why subject mind to this?
Why not enjoy our short stay?
Every moment slipping by
Tomorrow if death were to stand near
we should be able to say we lived life joyously here.
In trying to prove you are the greatest, you are right,
if something happens to your brain and your heart
then you will yourself label yourself as most immature and stupid
and chide yourself for your behaviour.

If you look upon someone
through your hearts eyes
don't say anything
walk away
go to a mirror look at yourself
that negate/judgmental thing your about to say
about them open your mouth and speak i
it's me Lord?
heavenly Father
IT'S ME!!!

The beautiful orchids seemed to blossom
The ambience seemed enthralling
Their appearances were solemn
The location was perfect for his confession.
His love stood before him smiling
He had been overwhelmed.
"You must be sophisticated as per your upbringing,
are you sure you are worth being my beloved?"
Lo! There went his love unconditional
because he had been judgemental!
The day had arrived
The one which he had dreamt of
The voice inside him quivered
The dream now seemed too tough.
The plunge in his career
that would take him to heights.
"Why, you are just a person so mere,
to have mastered this field's freights?"
And there crashed his job incredible,
because he had been judgemental.
That warm hand in the chills
That bear hug in times desperate giving him strength
That person who stood by him during peril
That smile that promised hope to no length.
He sure did have a bestfriend
Who supported him through thick and thin.
"I suppose you are a fool to no end,
because you cant in your life win."
Alas! He became despicable
because he had been judgemental.
People judge your addiction
Because they don't understand
How anyone could let life
Get so far out of hand.
They don't see there's a battle
You have to fight every day
Against the demons inside you
Hoping they go away.
While you watch your life
Spiral out of control,
Slipping further out of hand
And tormenting your soul.
You know you need help,
But you're too weak to ask.
When it comes to relieving pain,
Only drugs do the task.
They will fill the hole
That is in your heart
And put your soul to rest,
A feeling you hope won't depart.
It's the only comfort you get
In this life of yours
As the drug overcomes you
And your mind soars.
You think, "Why am I fighting?
I'm never going to win."
This high is your only escape
From this hell you live in.
When our paths crossed for the first time
you behaved arrogantly hurting with me
I found you wore a mask to hide secrets prime
us on the same page I knew I would never see.
Our paths forked for I found you rudely shrewd
as I traveled composed down the memory lane
your veritable valued self-respect I misconstrued
the mistake I learned to own up with mental pain.
I set my self-centric life on the right course
became prudent with infusion of tolerance
misunderstanding was erring impulsive force
failed to glean latent truth at the first glance.
Facade of seeming bearing can be deceptive
the contours of real mind it may not define
not to be overly critical is a cathartic objective
for if a bit less judgemental life is so very fine.
