Best Ingests Poems
Oh, no, he best not patronize me on Valentines.
If I must dramatize appreciation, I shall agonize.
Each year, he thinks chocolates will rationalize
spending his time guarding the sofa so it won’t rise,
while my cooking and housework threaten to paralyze
all I am behind my victimized and exhausted eyes.
Unless he bears one, one way ticket for me to paradise
or procures a gift he ingests that will tranquilize,
he can stuff candy hearts in his behind so gelatinized.
The last time I fell for that darned, deceiving cupid
I committed to him and living my life forever stupid.

As you dance among the leaves absorbing Autumns chilly breeze
Umbrella of colors brain ingests assists minds eye a peaceful rest
Totally brings you to your knees this peaceful landscape of the trees
Upon your eyes, gloriously pleased, boredom appeased, animations crest
Memory engages raking hordes of leaves as they slowly became deceased
Natures frequency of positive ion charged crisp cool air digest
Dance Now, Canvas doesn't capture rapture
Audible, amplified wind drifting hisses
Numerous leaves, blowing their own individual bliss dispatcher
Cleansing whirlwind whips frosted kisses
Enticing ciders, cinnamon and carved faced pumpkins to fracture

DEADLY SIN- LIE
SALIGIA,
Or the seven deadly Sins,
Covers all the probabilities
Of peccadilloes,
That could be committed by the HUMANITY.
Lust
glows up within a man
It is like a sentiment
that can not be brought under control
It can make a rich man a refugee,
Because this sin deprives him of his mores and morals,
And makes him do all the wrongs,
Just to fulfill his desires.
Pride
We all have two faces,
We cover our real image, cover our wounds
Not admitting the pockmarks in our character,
We always keep our real emotions incarcerated
And show the world a conceited face,
Forgetting our hard days.
We assassinate out fears,
And show as if we are the winners of all the races.
Greed
IT develops like a voracious thirst
It creeps like a climber,
Ingests all our emotions
demolishing us from the inside
The want seems to be endless,
Just like wanting a sunrise during a sunset.
Envy
It is like a bane that shrivels us
IT is like a sweet poison that never makes us start the race,
We keep our focus on some other person,
Diminishing our own soul
When we put every thought under rest,
It is too late,
And we never can achieve the wanted position.
Gluttony
Its intake seems endless,
Makes our mind more materialistic,
When we suffer from it,
Everything seems fantastic,
When we realize that
What it has really done to us,
NO one but we are dejected.
Sloth
The body throws out all the energy,
The anesthetizing decline
Converts into redundancy,
That leads us to reverie,
We never try to uplift our position,
Rather we choose to mix ourselves with the ground,
To become a person never ever to be found.
Anger
It rises slowly in our body,
Bubbling our minds
Most of the time the reason is
Incomprehensible
Emotions gone with the wind,
Control converted into ash and dust,
We lose hope, life has no reason
We are into disloyalty and sheer treason.
But then,
All of this consists of one common
Misdemeanor,
That is – Lie and false hood,
It is more than these 7 sins,
It is above all the wrongdoings,
It leads to one sin, to another,
Leading a man to decay
And sentiments to be smothered.

Narrative
As you dance among the leaves absorbing Autumns chilly breeze
Evocative colors brain ingests assist minds eye a peaceful rest.
It may bring you to your knees, this painted landscape of the trees
Every eye, instantly pleased, boredom authentically appeased
Upon thoughts of raking leaves, deceased.
Inhaled moments to be seized as, canvas doesn't capture rapture
Sound amplifies escorting passing hisses
Painting simply is remiss as each leaf blows its own individual bliss
Sensations semi~ breathless, Whirlwind whips to face doth kiss
Spicy cider, crisp cool air, Enticing smells are everywhere
Ion forces that charge hair, Senses transformed to keenly aware
Like cleansing rain comes to care, Autumn has a harvest to share
Pumpkin tastes digested and relished, Gardens abundance is embellished
Palate welcomes earths new harvest,
Soups asparagus and leek guides taste buds to seek
Cinnamon nutmeg sprinkle invites tongue top to twinkle
Hints of future bursting creeks, all signs of how nature speaks
Swelling beauty gently peaks,
Swirling twirling everywhere, dance in Autumns love affair
Let it call you to your knees as you pray within the trees
Spying worker honey bees readying for winters freeze
Brisk intoxicating air expanding lung, Supports the life you are among
Dance as Autumns song is sung, Tantalizing color ubiquitously hung

Newly cut grass
Fresh fragrance;
A scented dawn
~~~~~~~~~
Plumeria sunrise
Yellow and red;
Abundance flowers
~~~~~~~~~
Daylight springs
Sharp streams blazing;
No more darkness
~~~~~~~~~
Strange winding path
Etchings of patient feet;
Lost round the bend
~~~~~~~~~
Daybreak
Blurry eyes dart;
Suddenly aware
~~~~~~~~~
Time and space greet
The morning sunrise;
Promising agenda
~~~~~~~~~
Joy calls my name
In birdsong whispers;
A smile glides
~~~~~~~~~
Coffee brew signals
Day time manoeuvres;
Awareness ingests
~~~~~~~~~
Talk of weather
Dark clouds hover;
Umbrella panorama
~~~~~~~~~
Morning deluge
Work day commotions;
Another day screams
~~~~~~~~~
Zen garden stroll
Anchor mindful feelings;
Icy air draught
~~~~~~~~~
Frangipani tree
Old and autumnal;
Mellow motions
~~~~~~~~~
Traffic congestion
City bound people;
Precise distractions
~~~~~~~~~
Somnolence lingers
Awareness seeps slowly;
Awakening blots
I'm indulging myself by re-posting this poem from 2017
because it cracks me up and I thought we might laugh together
Oh, no, he best not patronize me on Valentines.
spending his time guarding the sofa so it won’t rise,
while my cooking and housework threaten to paralyze
Unless he bears one, one way ticket for me to paradise
he can stuff candy hearts in his behind so gelintized.
The last time I fell for that darned, deceiving cupid
I committed to him and living my life forever stupid.
Daylight breaks as the mind wakes upon first breath
and swallows the punctual death of yesterday spent.
Intent now lies in the present of foreseen fading time,
just a mime a moment forward of the words we utter,
of cluttering acts we will our bodies to wonder through,
blindly we pursue the pleasures of our probing intellect
and inject our pulsing veins with poison’s vigor.
Of past pains kept we gain nothing but a taunt trigger cocked,
shocked at our own suffering unlocking lived lies
we see through slits that were once open eyes of ripe
as if a clay pipe in the petrified hands of others to hold…
cautiously controlled…a mould that meets infraction.
I lay back… smoke the cigar of sensations,
deeply cracked I find the cures I’ve been craving…
a kind of meditation in my own revelations of real
as the mind’s wheel turns my burning brain against shame
I feel…
and the game of blame ingests the same that is me.
Silently we disagree with our own visions and voices
of choices chosen by the ideals of what we’ve been
as though we have gainly grown insane by future’s unknown
we exist as calculating clones drowning in droves,
flashing our fabricated fears in circumstances self born…
torn apart by past pains kept.
We are adept by the tools of fool’s lost flame
as we proclaim in promises that we love the truth,
in ruth reality we want to believe that which we love is true,
a brew of heart’s tricks often mastered by disillusion
a failed fusion of thought’s want and need…
and we bleed…
by past pains kept we are turmoiled in trouble’s clutch
like rotating winds of repetitive failures forlorn..
touch it…break it…
you will see…
it is nothing but self born.
Alliteration
when you think of a woman giving birth your first thought is the labor pains
the struggle a woman endures so that mankind will forever remain
but in the spiritual realm giving birth is not just a woman's role
it involves every human being for it's about the evolution of one's soul
it consists of first perceiving the gifts and blessings that God has for you
then it's about letting go of the fears, the sins and those issues you need to work through
in the book of Jeremiah God made a statement that was bold and strong
He said He knew of us in the womb before any of us were born
He set each of us apart and gave us each an anointing
He made a promise to each of us and gave us all an appointing
we all have a purpose to fulfill and a task He desires we perform
we're all here for a reason and that's why we were born
but in order for your Godly gifts to manifest
the labor pains of spiritual birth you must address
and in order for you to spiritually grow
the seeds of God's wisdom you must now sow
it's time for you to give birth
to discern your purpose here on earth
don't be in such a hurry as a fetus needs time to formulate
for the gestation period is the time to sit back and wait
you want the baby to develop completely and fully
and not run the risk of having any birth deficiencies
and once that child is born be mindful of the things that it ingests
give it the bread of life to eat and the living water to quench its thirst
then train it up in the ways of God and tell it about Jesus the Christ
and that child will never stray far from the Christian life
it's time to give birth to be reborn and be renewed
it's time to give birth to the spirit of God that now dwells in you
there will be some sacrifice, some concessions and surely some pain
but you have to walk through the fire in order to remove those sinful stains
as a new babe in Christ have no fear, don't be weak and fold up your tent
God has so much in store for you, His blessings, gifts and presence
it's time to give birth by stirring up those Godly gifts that are inside of you
it's time to give life to the things that God has pre-destined for you to do
Dramatic Monologue
WHO AM I?
A match ignites a light into my life
My long sleep is troubled.
Where is my breakfast?
I am hungry!
As I stretch my limbs,
I notice that a spread is set out for me.
I am ravenous.
I timidly start to taste whatever is close to me.
It is an exhilarating sensation,
My hunger grows as I savour food.
I am losing my manners and like a wild beast I devour what I can reach.
I don’t like the way I am and I desperately try to control myself.
I am in my element with the awareness of heat and wind in my hair.
Oh! Please God please make me stop!
The Devil has taken my being and I have lost control.
I am falling.
I am so dizzy spiralling down and down and down this endless shaft.
I want to stop but I cannot.
I need nourishment.
Now that I have had a taste of the uncontrolled sweetness of intercourse with nature I want more.
My senses are at their peak.
Like a crazed lunatic I need more and more.
I want to ravage and take as spoils all the virgin maidens.
I want their young bodies to satiate my need to keep my fire burning.
Like a thunder clap I suddenly realise that mankind is my enemy.
This is very strange because while I was asleep I had so many amorous and soothing dreams of our mutual feelings.
Man and I have respected each other for centuries.
NOW HE WANTS TO STOP ME ENJOYING MY VORACIOUS APPETITE!
We are at war!
But I am so huge that I sneer at his efforts to starve me.
I have my friend the weather on my side
She gives me all her support with dry heatwaves and wind.
I will go on forever and ever eating the delicious Pines, Eucalypti and all the nice vegetation that man has nurtured.
I savour the taste of his homes and the beasts he ingests,
What I relish most of all is when I carnivorously eat his flesh.
I am the fire that rules over this sunburnt country
And I am here to stay.
Man will have to wait until I have had my fill.
Then and only then I will go to sleep again!
Prose Poetry
Every dusk of the dawn he rises to immanent blues
Melancholia like echolalia embraces his morning
Combatting the blaze and blinded by mourning
He settles for the day whatever the weather inside
Scorching steps in the heat he rides waves of the river
Tears have dried up the rays of light that were his
And will be when solar floods shadow muddy prisms
He is a dweller quelling in sadness for what seems eternal
Moments and yet his sorrow is finite will be kindled by love
Saved by a rainforest of shelter in the warmth of her kindness
He kindles Mother Earth and wakes up to his soul mates’ smile
Before long when his whine has turned water he drinks from
The fountain ingests the fire on his skin saved and restored
Soon Sunna and Neptune dance in tune with each other and
Showered by sunshine reigns of rainfall enlighten what becomes
Free verse
Dear God, on this Thanksgiving Day,
I bow to you and humbly pray.
Thank you, Lord, that my mind is clear
and that I know the day is here.
Thank you, Lord, for the gift of life
Even though it’s tainted by strife.
Thank you for freedom and for peace
And for law enforcement police.
Thank you for family and friends
and for the joy their presence lends.
Thank you that I can see and hear,
their faces and their voices clear.
Thanks for meats, pies, veggies, and stews
but more than these for teeth to chew.
Thanks for the system to digest
the fusion foods my mouth ingests.
Thank you for limbs and feet to walk
For lungs to breathe and tongue to talk.
Thank you for health and strength to strive,
and for a working car to drive.
Thank you, dear God, for a good job,
So, to eat, I don’t have to rob.
Thanks for the home in which I live
and for the many gifts you give.
Above all, thank you for your Son
And for the victory He won.
Upon the cross, He died for me
But when He rose He snatched death’s key.
Give me a grateful heart each day
and help me in your love to stay.
So, one day I can feast with Thee
when this world is from sin set free.
ARBEIT MACHT FREI *
Each metro station should have this sign.
Descend to the hot abyss, to the line.
Steel monster vomits people to the platform,
Ingests another load, another swarm.
Roar of machines. No protest voice -
Up the Mauthausen quarry steps, no choice.
Silent victims into the Auschwitz chamber -
Tiring, lifeless journey to nowhere.
Crowded metro carriage glass-cage:
Same strangers every day - no gender, no age:
Lost silent souls packed, almost touch but never do;
Close-facing, but eyes far-looking through you.
As animals trying to avoid fights but never fleeing,
No one knows or wants to know your inner being,
Your feeling, your thought, your life, your care.
Mechanical hell on wheels going nowhere. **
……………………………………………………………………………………………..
* Infamous sign on Nazi concentration camp entrance,
translates as "Work will make you free".
**Poem is dedicated to the 2 000 000 people who use the
metro daily in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Couplet
The Giant Pouple with a dozens throats
One day had grown in the earthly womb...
So widely his tentacles sprawled...
Year after year, they grow more and more...
Attracts a people, and next – ingests them-
So that on another ending place.
Exhale these faces. Inhale new faces,
And almost never stop all the ways...
The severe metal-stone brutal beauty...
This road leads to the world unreal...
Synthetic wind, artificial spirit-
I don`t know why, but so nice to breath...
A rattlesnakes all are creeping, crawling,
And blinding by spotlights from the dark,
Doors, like a jaws, rumbled, broadly opened-
Exchange a humans, inside and out...
And, clamped maws, racing – faster, louder,
With thunder deafening, rush headlong...
Just you... and aliens are around...
The blask way to nowhere, never, not...
It lasts so long, seems to be eternal,
Where is a finish – it no one knows...
Until a heartbeat will end forever-
Fall hopelessly in the abyss hole...
But...power came to nought...stop.. it`s exit.
Through this – go on the stars, to the sky...
Go on the groundface. Leave a depth`s monsters-
To the paths, waiting for walks and rides...
