Best Graciously Poems
The world might, be blind you see,
so give peace, so graciously, and repeat,
feels great you see, now receive,
these words from me, they be deep
inside of thee, as peace breaths
its kindness see's
that you create, everything.
Growing in grace
propels our strength
midst youthful glow...
prodding our faith
to welcome aging vibrantly
exercising courage to the maximum
trusting God Who is ahead
victoriously serving as a blessing.
*2Peter 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

Graciously she walked into the ballroom hall
Confidently treading, careful not to fall
Buffet on the side where careless people dropped
Grapes and other things which needed to be mopped
Graciously she walked to make eloquent handshakes
Not noticing the floor and discarded fairy cakes
A scream and then a thud she landed in full sight
Of all the guests around on this once a year night
Ungraciously she walked away to hide her reddened face
And to clean herself up and to wash away disgrace
Mutters in the room were heard, "it must have been those heels"
They stood around judgementally picking at their meals
Graciously she walked up to the venue hosts
When she mentioned litigation they turned as white as ghosts
We write as we like to gain
One should never ever complain
The contest winners are picked
If your not there your licked
So take it, and don't be a pain
I'm blissful with blest matured certainty!
Growing well is wondrous reality
I welcome with glowing serenity
As my steps are now ushered to this stage
Delightfully showing blest advantage.
I'm rejuvenated with transformation to fly!
Knowing signs of aging I can’t defy
My hair does agree and never deny
Though covered with dye so age-truth may hide
Memory lapses confirm mind has tried.
I'm transformed with advancement for God's name!
To grow old graciously is my heart’s aim
Embracing aging’s beauty without shame
Midst wrinkles are mirth-filled smile prevailing
While blurred eyes hinder not prayer-calling.
I'm jubilant with progress-triumph's delight!
Grateful to God for life’s grow*-go-glow height
I choose to grow old, doing what is right
Optimizing faith, love and kindness best
Sharing Christ’s goodness and peace to the rest.

2nd place, "Whatever happened to "Jordan'" Poetry Writing Contest Sponsored by Miranda Hawley; judged on 7/15/2023 for the entry "Graciously Maturing Jordan."
When this life is over, whatever be my fate,
I have a few God questions I'd like answered at heaven's gate.
Why do some live long lives while others leave so quickly?
Why let children suffer with maladies, so sickly?
Does a soul choose its birth family?
Will mankind ever live together peacefully?
Is there truly a hell where bad people go to fry?
What happens to animals when they die?
I'll hold my thoughts for eternity if God would only answer, mercifully.
Kindness Repeats
Life has ups and downs
Friends will stay around
While outlook bright on good days
Who knows what’s ahead?
When you’re half dead
Promising scenes fade away
The kindness of heart
Brought you a fresh start
Real friends hard to be found
Only wisdom knows
What tomorrow holds
What goes around comes around
One’s fate made a turn
Stumbled, fell, and churned
Drowning into ocean’s deep
You’re right around
Sensed cries without sounds
Graciously kindness repeats

Midst His assurance for our eternal redemption-zeal
That protects us against hell’s affliction so real
As He refines our faith by Scriptures’ exhorting deal.

As He strengthens our faith toward victorious flight.

Self Viewed Mirror Reflections I See Myself Less graciously
Sometimes when I see myself I cry
Never I question nor ask Why
Circumstances gives me vibes
Wondering pondering,
Times…graciously lies
This view not me
Reflections
Mirrors
Sees…

Oh Lord You are so good to me
Something for me every day
If not for You I wouldn't see
If not for You I couldn't pray
Your life-giving bread sustains me
You give hope to carry me through
Graciously You come when I call
With You each day is new
You catch me when I fall
So I declare gratitude
Every moment of each hour and every day
Embracing our mindset of Joy
Faith is positivity and trusting
Contagious is your name
Above all men to you God be the glory
Father may my heart continue to sing, hallelujah
I know, filled me with your Love Light and Laughter
You breathing to me a kiss I am enjoying as I reminisce
This beautiful and joyful expression of gratitude
And prayer overflowing with thankfulness Grace praise of Hallelujah
Thankfully, thankful
Graciously grateful
Higher praise Hallelujah
This is what I must say,
every moment every
hour every day
