Sustained by the frequent spring showers
Adorned by rosettes of dark green
They burst into dense yellow flowers
The florets parading their sheen.

They sway to sensations of pleasure 
The rhythmic allure of the breeze
Then rest in the evening at leisure,
Appear every day to increase.
