Best Frustrating Poems

Frustrating Voices

I get so frustrated with the voices in my head
They seem to tell stories when I'm ready for bed
They sound so amazing I should write this all down
But as soon as I locate a pen I don't hear a sound
Tell me the story repeat it again
I'll write it on paper and share with my friends
I try to remember but to no avail
Papers get crumbled because memory fails
Frustration seeps in I almost give up
The voices are asleep so I'm just out of luck
But then I remember just one little line
The rest I just wing it to make the poem rhyme

Frustrating Men,Nagging Women

Why are men so frustrating?
Can't someone please tell me!
I've been trying to figure it out
for what seems like an eternity.

Why is it that men
cannot understand a womans thinking?
Sorry to be so sexist
but I expect it's
all that drinking!

I have figured out one thing....
It's why men have more strength,
It is simply just to compensate
for what they lack in length.

Now don't get me wrong,
I love a big strong man,
but only very occasionally
when I can't open a can.

Give me a man
with a high intellect,
give him a mission
of cooking for the family
and see what you will get.

Why is it that men
think they are superior
because they are 'men'.
When this ridiculous theory
has been disproved
time and time again.

Nagging Women

Why is it,
can you tell me,
why do women moan?....
They do it so much
that I highly expect,
they also do it when they're alone!

Why is it that women
chop and change their mind?
If you see one that doesn't,
well, then you must be blind!

Why is it women
say yes when they mean no?
It's to see how quick
you men are....
if you're quick
or if you're slow.

Why is it women
think all men are wrong?
Because we're on a different
hymn sheet....
They're singing the wrong song!

Why is it for women
that nothing's ever good enough?
The truth is,
that's just rubbish.....
We just like to make it tough.

Why is it that women
are seen as the weaker sex?
It's because men can't
figure us out.....
Because we're so complex.

Premium Member Frustrating Game

Don’t you hate it when the offense goes three and out?
As far as the team goes, it leaves me with qualitative doubt.
Victory does not seem to be in the cards
when the team has three downs, and can’t move the ball ten yards.
There are many plays where they can either pass or run.
However, they can’t get it together and go undone.
Four quarters go by, and they can’t get a single score.
Many fans like myself are finding this game a bore.

When are we going to learn
We need to shut our trap
What is it with you
Your snide tone
Your petty remarks

Everything we say is ignored
Censured or corrected
Cause everything we say is wrong
And you think you're entitled
~ What the hell

We wish we could spit it out
And tell you off
Just cut you off
As if we need you
Yet...
We continue to put up with you

Frustrating Ends

Drifting minds of preset situations doing
lost time in a self confined institute of corrections

Trying with what's left of life, then finding out
I'm losing touch with myself, losing love with

family & friends, giving up on reality. Not
knowing where it all ends or begins, then

some how it pretends to be insanity, just
posing as what's known as frustrating ends.

Running in & out of faces, getting caught up in
strange places with people I never met before,

hoping to arrive in time for what I don't know, as
long as I'm recognized by someone whose alive.

I try pacifying my time with some type of line
that I can't even write or a clock I can't unwind.

Hoping to turn it all around, then find I'm not
losing my mind. It's this state of frustration

bringing on the signs of confusion without
hesitation or literation as to why, it's driving me

mad, causing me to hold onto what little memories
I have of, what was once a good life. I had or still do have.

Frustration

Frustration a feeling that's like friction,
Such a feeling of constricting conviction,
There is no way of avoiding its restriction,
This results in you feeling such damnation,

Frustration, the emotion completely domineers,
Suddenly angry tears begin to appear,
Motivation seems to disappear,
Sometimes it's not clear why it is here,

Frustration, you become annoyed, at how its so annoyingly annoying,
The anger builds tears flowing, red face glowing,
You try your best avoiding spoiling being disappointing,
You battle yourself twoing and frowing bullying mentally torturing,

Frustration, your unable to progress unable to grasp at success,
Your emotions become suppressed because you are so depressed,
Your unable to express emotion, you feel utterly useless,

The definition of frustration is frustrating,
Talks of annoyance defeat sounds exasperating,
Prevention of fulfilling some what thwarting,
Frustration a negative feeling that needs avoiding,

But despite my best efforts it just keeps reoccurring.

Premium Member The Frustrating Game of Golf

Why don't they make golf holes bigger
What were they damn well thinking of?
It would make things a lot easier for "Don J"
He wouldn't have to fudge the truth
BTW his “J” middle initial stands for “Janice”
The holes are ridiculously tiny anyway
And they're so damn far away as well
Isn't there a standard distance to each hole
He was the Prez so he could've made a law
I'm sure the “Tiger” would feel the same way
Perhaps twenty yards would be good
What do all you guys think???

Premium Member Curious Games

It’s hard to fathom
What grandiose thrill
He can possibly get
From making her so angry

He’s the epitome of stupidity
With air bubbles for brains
And so particularly proud
Of getting under her skin

What could he possibly gain from
People thinking he’s so stupid
Yet she continues to play
Right into his sick silly game

Nothing but a pest hovering around her
Pray tell, for heaven’s sake
I'm curious ~ What ever will it take
To have him and his game go away

Premium Member Self help: Frustrating Thoughts

Graceful and honest ideas drip down,
Drowned in bohemian glass,
Soothing our curse of mental despair,
Repairing the thoughts that we ask,

Behind these masks we all wear as one,
Confronting unknown days ahead,
These masks for others around us to see,
Freeing the guilt that is spread,

And just like a tattoo of smile and frown,
Found in the theatre inside,
We march on and on to the end of our road,
Sold to what we are supplied,

Still, are we one thought owned by the many,
One thought that’s been written in stone,
Or are we a thought unique by design,
A wine that’s sipped all alone.

Premium Member Down Again Damn

DOWN AGAIN DAMN!

Stress and tension, heart pulsating, can’t take more
One day two, three days, perhaps today even four,
Not knowing what we’ve lost, poems I’v saved, but
Comments, views are so important to encourage poets,
In my scribble jotter are my poems where I’v kept notes,
They’re safe, thanks to the cloud, internet and Word,
Otherwise this situation would have become totally absurd!
If our business’s server went wonky for three whole days,
Dissatisfied customers would elsewhere look for another way
Forward, perhaps your system is overloaded, maintenance,
Is essential for a worldwide network like Poetry Soup site,
So hope that for us, and your advertisers, you soon get it right,
We no more want to go through this nerve racking fright!
Look forward to seeing cheery poems, comments and views today,
On poetry soup, which with passion I and others hold the flame,
Sure you guys are worried sick, for this is definitely no game!

Maths, Science, English, Hindi,
Sr. Newton why u discovered gravity? ,
Formulas and experiments,
books took our brain on rent

Day or night root and Square
always have frustating fight.

My bat and ball are waiting for me,
I also wanna play out suddenly.

It's been a long time,
Since I have drawn something.
I just want to free myself
to achive more and more...... everything,

English has its Grammar,
Math and physics are undiscovered
chemistry and biology
they even make me feeling lazy.

History for me is like a mystery,
I would learn photography
rather than geography.

Premium Member Too Busy Ranting

How do I drown out
The dimwitted stupidity
Of your foolhardy rants

The halfwitted folly of your absurdity
The madness of your lunacy
Who in heaven’s name
Do you think you’re fooling

You’re so generous with disparaging remarks
What have you ever accomplished
How dare you pretend to sit up on a throne
While having the audacity to dismantle
To nitpick what others have achieved

Only losers don’t accomplish a thing
because they’re too busy ranting

Don’t you know
Grownups
Don’t do that
Please
It’s not too late
Grow up, kiddo
