Best Fraid Poems
At times I am spontaneous
Quick to respond with wit and charm
Undaunted seeker of perfection
Afraid of causing pain or harm.
Romantic traits are not neglected
Imagination serves me well
Uranus powers my existence.
Safe are your secrets: I won’t tell!

The Irish bank was ripe and ready
For a hood whose hand was steady
And had a gun, not 'fraid to use it
Bent on living life or lose it
Just out side the door he waited
Put his mask on, hesitated
Then rushed in through, the bank's front doors
While standing on the lobby floor
With gun held high he shot one round
"Now everybody-- best get down"
Laying face down on the floor
A dozen patrons maybe more
And a teller, young in age
Standing frozen in the cage
So the crook with lightening speed
Driven by his lust for greed
Tossed a bag and said to fill it
Got it filled, then turned to split
As he ran, a man quite daring
Grabbed the mask the crook was wearing
At once the man, seamed surprised
Looked the robber in the eyes
Then took a bullet in the head
Now on the marble floor lied dead
The thief now desperate, looked around
At all the patrons looking down
But saw the teller, see his face
Then walked to him in rapid pace
And put the gun up to his head
Another victim laid there dead
Now the thief to end it all
Shouted out inside that hall
"Has anyone else, seen my face ?"
Perhaps a glimpse might leave a trace
Then McGee said "I'm no sneak
But I think me wife , just took a peek"
Cold and dreary from this road I’ve been on
Out here wondering just where I went wrong
Memories hold me together and tear me apart
Inching me closer to the place I left my heart
New places, smiling faces. It is all just a blur
God knows I have been searching for a cure
But peace has eluded me or so it would seem
Afraid of nightmares so I refuse to dream
Caught somewhere in between heaven and hell
Keep telling myself I’ll get through this spell
Holding on to hope and trying to stay strong
Over and over. Stuck on repeat. The same song
Made my mistakes and forced myself to roam
Exhausted, just trying to find my way home
Well! How ya doin' ? Come on in,
the door ain't got no lock,
and let me help you sit right down
before you die of shock.
Yes, home for me is this Big Leaf Maple,
bijou but it's alright,
not increased in value but
it's sure increased in height.
Carved myself a second floor and
when the sap had hardened
hung wallpaper in vintage flock
I got from 'Home and Garden'.
Mossy carpet- not ideal,
it's just the roof keeps leaking
and no point in having windows, with
the way this place keeps creaking.
I see you like my shoe collection;
Valentino, Choo, Louboutin,
'fraid I haven't bought them, they're
from cabins I've been looting.
Impractical for this terrain, the heels snap
at the back,
so outdoors I wear furry UGGS, they leave
much better tracks.
My make-up table's basic, yeah,
I'm really no trailblazer
got just a tub of Bison dung, a flea comb
and a razor.
Diet? I'm an Omnivore, I hope that you approve,
berries, shoots and Hazelnuts, and
anything that moves.
Card table leaning on the wall, I use
for Solitaire
which probably explains why you're sat on the only chair.
Don't socialize much, not at all,
it's due to all the hype
and guys with crossbows, guns and cameras
really aren't my type.
I've scanned lonely hearts classifieds
there's not one that I've missed
but if you read their profiles,well-
I'm not sure they exist.
Don't get me wrong, I've got some pals,
Ol' Nessie keeps in touch
but crossing the Atlantic's tough
she doesn't do it much.
Yeti is still thriving in the mountains of Tibet,
I saw him once on cable- no, I haven't met him yet.
We three through all controversy
and media storms we've weathered
content to dwell in hearts and minds
in legend, and forever.
So thanks for calling, loved our chat
and so I'll say goodnight,
and should somebody ask you, hey:
you haven't seen me. Right?
Suckers suck

Mickey Mouse mongrels maltrusively muck
Broncos buck
Lady luck

Inspired by the late great George Carlin
Sure i hit hard, always shining like a star, i carry more pain than any man
I'm half metal, I'm prt metal too ever since I was knee high
Trust me i learned early, 11 mnths. i was walking and stomping by then
May i remind you I'm remaining silent, like Mirinda rights
... how she fixes things
And i tell you i still hit good with the pain
And i know your blonde hair and your blue eyes
And I know the clue coming from Spain
Like I was nuesas, like I couldnt even respond to that comment - man!
And she's a diamond sparkling in my eye's when i tell her this
If I was'nt half metal I'd be hooked on that thing, still hooked
LIke them juices what you gonna do?
And your breast they're well formed I knew GOD knew what He was doing
And your face, let's just say that, God gave you something to touch my mind with
I'm telling you it would be a pleasure just to be in a presence of a Beauty well
Like she was in the Palace, and The Princess, like she needed a KNight in Shining Armour
Like I was A-fraid, and THe ARMY be the Sword in my hand you bastard
And the dragon I be chasing after him, boy I ain't scared
Bits and pieces of my song Justice league
To my dearest dear…
Writing for you…first time..
Hope you are doing fine,
All these days being with you
You gave me back once again
Those gleeful days of mine.
It really matters to me a lot
All those days spend with you,
Though a few
Yet everyday it seems to me anew.
Crazy little things au fait to school days memories
Daily round corridors and bugging your batch mates
Pleasing my heart a desire to be your soul mate.
Obscurity your mind yet a devotee my heart,
All through those days
I was known to be a big time flirt.
Came out of those days a sudden conversance,
Couple of colloquy and you avowed me then
As an acquaintance.
Days of glory build upon by consigned trust
Bit of chin wags brought up familiarity in us.
The passage of time changed my mind
I felt sorry and you approached by my side.
Days followed by malicious gossips
A day by coffee and a day by lunch
We build up a relationship more than a trust.
Outspoken those guffs and filthy messages
Yet sometimes I bugged you
By my flimsy emotional craps.
Lost my wits once at your blabs against me
As I thought you were playing with my emotions
That ruined my longanimity.
I felt, I erred, I apologized
When I realized
I was missing you for a long time.
You made me then to realize what I was
I felt so alone and so ashamed
Yet again you affirmed me with your care.
You showed me the way where I was
And you gifted me with a life to live..
You brought me up to this world
And you gifted me with a new beginning
I am so thankful to have you as a friend
And am so esteemed by your presence
I am so proud that to know you so closely
And am so ‘fraid if I lose you once again.
Oh! My friend promise me that
Whatever happens…you will be my side
Promise me that you will be there every time.
I have taken an oath, you will live…
A life full of spirits and smiles.
I will be just waiting for you
To hear from you at the earliest…
You are just remembered today,
And penned forever in this letter
So that to miss you day after day.
With love…your longed amigo.

Broken is the mechanical clock
Broken is the bloody heart
Broken is the memories of youth
Broken is the will
Broken as the world turns and spills
Broken is the passion!
Thoughts Fleeting to space
with nothing to film, to remember
Broken is the heart
watch the gears spill!
I tried to repair it with mechanical parts
feeling ill of will
I have destroyed eons of time wanting to kill
I have thrown away all the memories
watching them slide down
the windowsill...
I have undermined the heads of state
I have felt broken in my will
I have collected the passions
taken the little pill from a
fractured fragile little jar
Ruby hue n tone, a dream dreamt alone!
My dreams are barren
My feet feel fractured
My hands fraid
MY vision delayed
Feeling lost as my love
The killing of a lone dove
You have broken my soul
I see all my skeletal remains:
“will you repair it with mechanical parts,
will you set the clock, wind the crown, watch it pass
into the time, sublime, drifting through
my memories”?
Broken is the machine
Broken at the heart
Broken are my memories
Broken in my soul, cold
Broken as the world turns & burns
Broken are my passions!
Thoughts running out of space
with nothing to see, no memory
Broken is the everything
watch the wires turn
Can you repair what is damaged?
Can you fix me?
I think not…..
Me- Agent Covid-19

Halt! Wey you think you going
Eh, Grenadian?
You ain’t hearing
You ain’t listening
You can’t see
What! You doh fraid me
I should stop making all this fuss
Because am just a little virus!
Covid-19.
(2)
Can’t you see that I control things?
That I have everybody on a string?
Me- this little virus
Invisible as invisible can be
You better don’t mess with me
I am evident everywhere
I dominate the atmosphere.
Me- Covid-19.
(3)
I can attack your respiratory system
And turn your life into total mayhem
I move faster than lighting, faster than 5G
I will mutilate every cell in your body
Doctors are perplexed
Trying to fit me into a novel context
I can wipe out this generation clean
Me- Super Covid- 19.
(4)
So if you know what’s good for you
Go back and obey the curfew
Practice proper hygiene
Impose a self -quarantine
And if you playing more dread
Ah killing you dead, dead, dead!
It would be a sad conclusion
When my tentacles launch their mortal invasion
Me- Operation Covid-19.
(5)
I control world economics
I manipulate minds and politics
Crashing stock markets
Shutting down supermarkets
Even the churches
Everyone is in my clutches
I even closed international borders
Yes, I am proxy for the future ‘order’
Me - Commander- Covid-19.
(6)
Watch politicians fumbling
Educators scrambling
Investors crumbling
Bosses bawling
Doctors, everybody on their knees
Begging God, “Please
Stop this thing!”
Covid-19.
(7)
Look! Just retreat
Go home, take a sit
Ponder on my capabilities
Reflect on your responsibilities
I guarantee, you will see
That my assignment is not only calamity
And don’t catch a fit
When you realize my tremendous benefits
Me- Little Covid-19.
(8)
See! Workers smiling
People resting
Children happy
They now have a family
That’s why I leave them alone
And send their parents home
The air is more refreshing
As pollution level keeps dropping
Me- Covid-19
(9)
Note though, that ultimately
My presence is quite timely
To set the prophetic stage
For a One World Sage
So no one can take me down
Before my assignment is done
He that has an ear
Let him hear
Be very aware of the vaccine
Me- Agent Covid-19.
Strong as stone, monotone, tremendous woman;
Muscles of steel, well veneered bulk stature, ( You go girl)
Keeper of a strong will in a race runs faster
She’s a lot, don’t need a man;
Big as an amazon, she ain’t no louse;
She’s full grown, and as her story told ain’t fraid of no mouse
Nor scared of no living or dead man cuz ya see she’s a brick house
She standing on the cliff, faced in a haystack where the needles at
Her voice is in the cloud, conversations from the black-berry
She can lick any man in hand to hand combat, she ain’t no louse, she’s a brick house;

I didn't physically bury,
My lover, today.
I buried my heart
That is lost & fraid.
I buried a soul,
That's withered away.
I buried a love,
That's departed astray.
I buried a mind,
That is lost, in space.
I buried a spirit,
That use to have grace.
I've buried a beauty,
That's faded with age.
My heart, mind, body & soul
I surrender...I live no more...
When I go home damn
Its really quiet
Never thought I'd find this amount of white noise
In the pitch black face silence
As I flip scenarios of something like self inflicted violence
making, my room, look....just a lil more stylish
I'll douse the walls with my wrist's imitation of your red fingernail polish
Seems like
The riot in my mind may have leaked out
Some sound and the floorboards of this house still creek but a paddle im
without
Drowning
In my surroundings
Thought my flow would let me float on but ya boy ain't so buoyant tho
Fall in to the blue sky's reflection as I plummet into my foe
I'm a machine, can't have water get too close
Not afraid of water, because I can't swim
Scared of depth and darkness, and oceans will force me to give in
I don't wanna share my lungs
Lemme breathe for me
Please
Fraid uh water because I've coasted the trans-parent sea
It's weird when you can say "my parents see right through me"
Custody war
But I lost every battle
Reached for anything
All I got was a broken handle on everything
Vices
Sex life flowing down south with her g string and sex appeal
I need to
but cannot feel
As I challenge my demons to a battle
Im kind of like the scent leading the pack to the cattle
Never really see me coming
But I'll lead you to something that'll have ya bowels runnin
Digestive tract star
Ingest every bar
And when you're done im the ****
Even if you ain't really like it
I mean if you want,
Glance at my ego leave a scar
Or get impressed call me a star
My stride the only thing between me and going far
Serpentine with your actions but I call you baby
Cold-Blooded
Now I see why you stay so shady
because to me it seems like you've got nothing but an innocent rattle
Blinded, because I let my lap become your saddle
Your reflection yelling at me im surprised you couldn't tell
Treating me like I was the first Angel sent to hell
If Jesus was a lamb I can be your scapegoat at the very least
Sacrilegious sacrifices, looked past the fact I'm actually a feral beast
Shook, like a Harlem shake rattlesnake attention deficit rook
Playin the say it wit ya chess game and I wrote all the books
King disguised as a pawn
I'll put myself on
Competition going down
South
Hit that nae napalm expellin from my mouth
My fire...
You lay in the surf waiting for me
Although Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr we could not be.
Trying at love with the incoming tide
Kelp and seaweed stuck to my side.
"Great gods", thought I, as I wrote the rhyme
Use "Adonis" and "Poseidon" from another time.
I'll let love be the center of the poem I write
And show all who read it, my emotional insight.
The pounding of the waters blue
Will be my metaphor of a love so true.
And I'll have to sex it up a bit
For passion plays a big part in it.
I will use "penetration" and words like "breech"
To add to that image of us on the beach.
With the romantic beginning I have said
And to the altar of love that I've been led.
Because I finish with our pledge on the shore
The reader will always want to have more.
So, the green eyed girls will be my poetic night
And close the verse, so crisp and tight.
Note: It took sum lookin' fer me to find,
Which of yer verses to redo in kind.
I be such a nut on rime y'see...
This'n be the one fer me.
Not only be the words of it I do,
But "Glad Tidings" title caught me good eye, too!
'Cause it be 'ard fer me to act on yer quirk,
Me spleen to trash one o' yer better werks.
As I be not 'fraid of a few typed words,
Trashin' me stuff as if'n they be turds.
So, 'ere y'ar matey, me own attempt whilst I be sprawl,
To change them words that ye did scrawl.
Me words 're somwhat boggin'
'Cause me be thinkin' what was in 'er noggin'.
And if'n ye take offense at me 'ritin' a bit,
"RRRRRRRRRRR emember that ye asked fer it!

So, What do you think? You’re dead! You’re dead! You’re dead!

Because I obey each commandment
