Best Erratic Poems
Oh, Poisiden, you disrupt my sea;
Alter not your color for the likes
Of miserable me;
Your mouth foams in revelry
As I gasp desperately for
One remaining breath;
My rosary floats upon your
Fickle friendship of fury,
For your whims leave me
With goose flesh as
The grapevine wraps itself
Around my throat ~
I bear witness to antiquated
Notes which deceive;
The tongue of thy counterpart
Scorches this bosom...
Nevermore do I grieve,
Yet I swim vainly;
The chastity belt on land
It does remain,
Drowned dreams of delusion ~
Un- new;
I lurk within the shadow of
Door number two.

Grow in silence,
That I call a reliance;
In that no one will choke
And break my heart like a joke .
It picks me up from the mess;
Sh! Hear the nothingness.
An escape from the raucous world,
And the stories which are themselves curled.
Imagination thrives in it;
Where the soul feels a certain grit.
It gives a meaning to the esse,
Sh! Hear the nothingness.
Silence has a lot to say
And shows an unerring way.
It holds answers,
That are as right as lancers.
It makes the erroneous situation redress;
Sh! Hear the nothingness.
It makes a person ablaze,
For 'tis more poignant than a phrase.
Silence is often misconceived as an uncanny situation;
In truth it's a peaceful combination.
It offers calmness and makes the hassle less.
Sh! Hear the nothingness.
Some thinks that 'tis traumatic,
While some thinks that it's erratic;
But though 'tis full of hope and not a runnel,
Verily it's like a light at the end of the tunnel.
It's like an ocean that's serene and pulls me from distress;
Sh! Hear the nothingness.

Chaos and order;
I reside where the strings do not dare wrap around me. I am the thing that shelters comfortably under your carpet, whilst I wink at the fairy living underneath your pillow.
I am the atrocity that delves into its own existence and allows for question. Consume thy enemy, prolapse the expansion of the hereditary downfall of genetics whilst I, watch.
Growing ever more spiteful with every being I see collapse before me. I am the twine in your spine. I am the sheets you do not wash. I am the blood that spills graciously amongst generations-over nothing more than who’s feet get to fall first, on that land.
I am the thing that lies in the shadows. I am the slumber of a million cataclysms that are yet to awaken. I am the tragedy of love and betrayal.
I am the rose that dies with a million thorns wrapped around so, cutting deeper with every question you have about love being unanswered. Every cry of a friend dying on the battlefield.
I am the memory you tremble before in the murder of the night. I am the witch you smite when you cannot accept the malevolent around you. I am the creature you call upon with every legend you make of children who lurk into the woods.
I am the wolf that knows not, of what flock should be spared and which shall be consumed. I am the kindle in the flames, the spindle of a woman’s meddle to find the perfect fabric.
I am the splinter in the timber. That incessant cry out for pain. I am the relinquished magnitude you try to display before your innocent mind.
I am Chaos, I am Order. I am You.

Miss Fickle
She is always in a pickle
She was born two months early
They expected a boy, but she turned out to be a girlie...
*my folks only found out
about me when my mom was 6 months
pregnant and I arrived at 7 months lol*

She’s not yet a teen but bigger than a bean
and sweeter than Skittles can be.
She dances around like a princess unbound
and means the world to me.
She’s a little erratic and sometimes gives static
to her mother and father, I know,
but when in my sight, an effervescent delight
and pure as a soft winter snow.
The girl is a vessel, a pistil, a petal,
as if born from a vintage rose,
a little Aphrodite while often times flighty
and a queen who doesn’t yet know.
What a shining star she is by far
and will remain my endearing, joyful child,
inside my heart, my head, and mind
with her rejuvenating smile.
I pray someday she reads this page
and remembers me all too well,
as one who smiled because of her
kind heart and magic spell.

Sonnet Erratic- for contest
When i saw a peacock i asked for a plume
When the plume it gave i laid it on the floor
When the floor was watered the green grass grew
When grass i fed to cattle milk they gave
When i drank milk i grew tall and strong
Now that i am tall ladder is of no use
Ladder I sold in seconds sale in my town
Got a few bucks, i bribed the moon
As the moon came early, night spread soon
As night came, my time to sleep came soon
I am under the blanket, trying best to sleep
I now realised its impossible to buy sleep!
Till my actual sleep time came, I had to wait..
Oh my poetry friends read aloud and laugh
Let colleagues peep to see what happened..
If u are at home thanks for reading my sonnet!!!!
Fourteen lines u count it have i not kept the rule??
Sorry if u really counted there are few lines more !
Iambic pentameter has taken break to watch a newly released movie and have pop- corn !
At home or office, have coffee with chocolate cream
After reading this poem you will need for sure!
Best thing i suggest is stop reading at this point
And get back to your work!!!!
To err is human, to forgive is divine
I tried to make u laugh... If i failed to do it.....
I repeat again...to err is human to forgive is divine
for contest :dont fight it...just write it!

I remember, the peachy maple leaves that fell like melting butter
painting the cold, grey ground into a dying red.
In ankle-high boots, I reached out for your
disappearing figure.
The festive candle-lights and cheeky children;
The couple on the bridge professing their love;
The stall owners smiling like cunning foxes, their tails wagging happily -
Everything, blended into a rainbow avalanche.
I remember, feeling my heart drop.
Drop past the cold pavements,
Drop past the earthen roots of the trees,
And into an expanse of nothingness.
I ran to catch up to your disappearing shadow...
I remember, a jade green river with golden fish.
Then there was you, surrounded by red lights.
Your hair glistened in the dark and on your face there was
a cheeky grin.
You stuck out your hand
And in that moment,
There was this moment,
of peace.
Firey orange lights flew up into the sky
Accompanied by the prayers of thousands,
As if they were the liberated souls of the decaying leaves.

My mind set to overdrive
my mindset erratic
it all comes too easy now
as I make blatant transgressions
For I am the anti-God
simply don't give a nod
to the rest of creation
in an against everything nation
release of my stranglehold
to let doors fly open
for if your too narrow
how will order fit in?
I kill the conflict
as it comes to arise
with all my conviction
strike like the arrow's infliction
I'll bring an end to your era
It's as plain as day to me
cut myself to watch it bleed
a little pain teaches a long lesson
a tiny quirk brings forth the question
Who I am, if not for me
you cut me deep, still I don't bleed
you hurt me so, still no regret
I breathe in new life
and exhale death
I exhume my intention
only for me to know
please tell me, oh God
does your garden still grow?
It all decays
to start anew
all the damage
I struggle through
to piece together
what is still left
I turn from no one
they turn from me, instead
with one look, I had them shook
while the holy man puts hope
into a fictional book.

The dimly lit sky is everywhere.
An ocean of precious peach and cooling citrus,
Bright yellow splashes of cheesy happiness,
And a sparkling red jewel embedded in its drapes.
The avalanche of red warmth lavishly submerges the scenery into its
onsen perfection.
Sweetness like red bean,
and a tart tang of sour apple.
Gently awaiting the moon...
for the wick to blow
for the ink to dry
And the false sun to leave.
A branch droops.
A leaf falls.

Can you hear the echoes of the ocean -
The screams of the cooking pipi shells,
The sadness of 52 hertz whale,
The craziness of the king tides,
The eternal love of the cute little crabs?
A little piece of seaweed wants to scream
And yell
And tell the world it is happy.
It wants to push
And pull the tides of life;
Let itself melt into a luscious green.
It wants to fight,
Fly and swim- detaching from the sandy soils,
Letting the ocean currents lead it to paradise.
It wants to dominate,
Feel how it must be like to be a precious pearl,
Living in its exclusive, own shell
And warm itself in the ultimate happiness that is slumber.

Longing of the east,
Passion of the west,
Sweet cherries and serene blossoms
- Cherry blossoms.
The sky is a devastating pink of allure.
Fire burns upon the golden horizon.
Her jade feet are poised for an elegant flick.
A gust of wind conveying power and authority
Buffetts the stage; The world loses its colour in an instant.
The hem of her jade dress drifts dreamily.
Monsoon season, silver dew and death to speech.
Flowers wilt in floods of envy.
The immortal appears to fly towards perfection.
Drink a drink.
Dream a dream.
Dance a dance.

I didn't know it rained today.
I was sheltered in a house
So I did not see
So I did not know
Were you thinking of me?
Were you sad?
I should have known.
I am a sheltered soul.
I could say sorry but I don't and I won't.
Am I sad
Or just contemplating?
'Sorry I did not see it rain today.
Sorry I was surrounded by heat.
Sorry I was enjoying the warmth while it was raining and cold outside.'
All of which I cannot say
Because I am not sorry.
Yet why do I feel so deflated?
My happiness opposes the rain.
The contradiction is stunning
And it feels wrong.
So am I sorry?
And sorry for what?
Sorry for the rain?!

Erratic Static
Trump is illusive than became erratic;
Sure knows how to raise a lot of static;
Checked out brain and where from came;
Was like that of a lamb who is lame;
Created own card calling it Trump plastic.
He has created everything else. Might as
well create one of them also with his fat
face on it.

Limerick
My mind wanders here and there,
It has no bounds or limitations,
It keeps on thinking,
Various thoughts,
Sometimes ridiculous and at times,
Crazy and idiotic,
It quells my sleep,
And bothers my peace,
I seek solace in prayer and meditation,
Which gives me temporary ease;
The erratic thoughts come back,
To me, with incessant worries,
Which sap my energies,
And keep me hankering for serenity.
