Best Eric Poems
“E.R.I.C. Is”
by: Eric L. Boddie
It is important
That the mind possess agility
And because of that
Eric is the exceptionally rare intellectual capability
For those who will challenge
Without the use of common sense
They need to understand
Eric is the extremely reactive intense consequence
To those who keep their Faith
Where God intended for it to be kept
Which, by the way, has never been in man
Eric is an extraordinarily realized immortal concept
For those who try to tempt
In an effort to press the buttons of the controller
Through their greatest efforts
Eric is enabled to reach infinite composure
To those who think
So as not to one day resent
Because most pain and stress can be avoided
Eric is especially rich in insightful content
For those who love
Because God gave it with respect
Through the realms of poetry
Eric is empowered to reveal inspired context
To those living in disgust
On today’s society’s view of life
Because of an increasing lack of love
Eric is the eager request to involve Christ
And saving the best for last
Because that’s how God did the greatest creation
For each eligible lady
Eric is the enjoyable relaxation of intimate conversation
The Two goldfish Eric and jaws are swimming around in their bowl on a glass coffee table located in a small apartment block just south of Manhattan’s lower east side .
they begin a conversation about the origins of life.
jaws turns to eric and says ,
"there must be more than this" ?,
Eric replies "don't be ridiculous The world around you is the only one that has life ,the great sprinkler in the sky made us in his own image we clearly came from monkeys he exclaimed ",
jaws the other goldfish scowling,
protested at this remark,
"then who built the statue that stands amongst the silent green ? ,Jaws gestured toward the bottom of their bowl .
"And it Doesn't look like us".
Eric swam on a little further before replying,
"our kind made it many sprinkles ago",
as a tribute, they were simple fish back then , savages even !
that were clearly clueless".
Jaws stopped swimming, "savages ? , that were able to build such a magnificent statue ,with just gravel tools ?, we can't even do that today ! .
"Keep swimming"
Eric exclaimed , or you will ascend up wards and the great sprinkler will take you into the sky" !.
At this jaws swam on , " so you think we are all there is and no other life exists anywhere else" ?.
Eric chuckled "we should not question but just except the fact evolution and the sprinklers teachings are the law and the only dictates we need.
And the world is not the way you
Perceive the world to be ,young jaws of that I promise you ".
At this point of their conversation The two fish had made a five second revolution of the bowl which in their time had = their worlds space nicely , one turned to the other and they began a conversation about the origins of life jaws says to eric "there must be more than this" to which the Eric replies "don't be ridiculous .............
Life for a life
an eye for an eye
will death penalty come?

"E.R.I.C.'s Response"
by: Eric L. Boddie
Every Risk Is Captivating
Because the reward is stimulating
Each realm is conquered
When true Love is hungered
Even reality is challenged
If the ego becomes damaged
Eternal Riches In Christ
That's the best way to Live any Life
Every rhyme is characterized
By every necessity to survive
Emphatic rhythm influences change
If the mind possesses infinite range
Evil reactions instill choices
That reject the addition of Spiritual invoices
Every reason is committed
With all the passion the Love Of God Permitted
written on September 29, 2015
You say eight lines and they may rhyme,
If I were you lad I would see the sign,
You've got nothin' better to do with your day,
Go out young man and earn an honest day's pay,
Trivial matters like writing poetry
May get you an audience of some notoriety,
But there's nothing like the sweat of your brow,
Lingering brain cells like yours we should not allow.

Regardless what you think, everything we know has been coached
Where Did God Come From can only be answered with the common sense approach
But what do we know, let's start with that first
The only thing we know for sure are instincts, like water will quench thirst
Does Air carry its actual name, what if what we eat was first called dirt
That's just food for thought, for most purposes, the system does work
But every term has an author, actual truth is only found in math
Because if knowledge is never ending, we will forever know less than half
But when they say in the Beginning there was nothing, then all of a sudden, a big bang
Well, much like common sense, that's something math just can't explain
Turning nothing into something seems like history's oldest scam
Because if matter can be neither created nor destroyed, chemistry has to be a sham
Science contradicting science at every single turn
And they even made it a religion, Jesus Will Weep as they burn
And the way they will try to convince carries an easy description
Because how could it be anything else but science fiction
Like they will tell you that the sun is so many degrees hot
How do they know, did they hold the thermometer, I think not
Well who knows the answer, hmmm, I can only think of One
With Absolute Truth, one hundred....and fiction, none
The Author Of Math, The Resurrected Lamb, yeah, you know Who
That Good News From The Doctor, That Promotion At Work, That Strength you need to make it through
But Where Is He From, well, The Beginning Is All I need to KNOW
And When He Calls For you, will you have enough Faith To Go
"The Origin Of God"
She asked me if I had a goal
She asked me if I had
Fantasized
Being the
Hunter
Or
The
Hunted
For
Four
Years
I had crossed and re crossed the big cats tracks
Across a
Riverbed
Always measuring the pace
Speed
Weight
And
Distance of he and i
She said
He has dismissed you
So far
When
He is hungry enough
He will eat you
For four years
I have been doing what I thought was
a
Dance with
The
Lion
She said
No
He
Was only pissing
On your
Footprints
When I reviewed my films
Of the prints over
The years
His over
Mine
Mine
Over
His
I noticed
That there was a slight
Wet line
Over all the
Prints
a
Car
On the road
Somewhere
Ahead of you
Recently
There
But now unseen
Laying
Down
a
Thin
Dark
Fresh
Line
Of
Oil
Just ahead of you
And you know that the engine is dying.
I'm Eric Cartman and I'm an evil little *****.
My mom is poor, she certainly isn't rich.
She posed nude in a magazine because she's a Crack Whore.
She couldn't afford to buy me an IPad and that made me sore.
After I lied on DR. Phil, Apple was about to give me a Human CentiPad.
But they got an order to disassemble it and that really made me mad.
I started cursing God and he struck me with lightning.
I won't ever mess with him again, he's too frightening.
Many people hate my guts because I'm a racist punk.
When I offended a girl classmate, my ship was sunk.
She beat me up because she's a tough little Lass.
I tried to fight back but she kicked my sorry ass.
I certainly don't have a heart of gold, I'm a terrible lad.
People wonder how a nine year old boy can be so bad.
If you do something bad, I'll rat you out because I'm also a snitch.
I will not change my ways, I'll continue to be an evil little *****.

Translation of Eric Mottram’s A Faithful Private 5 Homage to Humphrey Jennings by T. Wignesan
for Elaine Randell
l'exactitude contre l’exactitude
venus d’autres lointaines mers

Defending his home, and country
on the altar of freedom
a sacrifice, his young life
A mother's despair
is born with death
never extinguished by words, they try
Gallantry is recognized
Homage and praises arise
Punched stone, finally bears his name
These words, a mother is left
Words of Honor, that cushion
the journey from despair to remembrance
Killing time before a movie,
an ex and I
rifles thru what the nearby shoppes had to offer,
hoping to be aroused by some
remarkable deal.
I was making a Facebook post in
the first row of used clothes
when Eric sent me a text:
“Got some extra muscle relaxers
laying around.
Would you be interested?
I know you and your buddies like to
get into all kinds of shenanigans.
Haha.”
Told him that I’d
“keep him posted”
while I used the movie
to consider his offer.
Anecdotes of friends were recalled,
and even though
it would’ve been fun to
mix with something else,
I decided the money would be
better spent on something
that could get me
ed up instead.
The American Scholar,
professor of English at Dartmouth College.
Books for children
were your domain.
From “The Trumpeter of Krakow”
I learnt the second part of the legend.
“The Golden Star of Halicz”,
has ancient story of Galicia.
In Mexico you helped the refugees,
while working for the U. S. State department.
They were descendants of victorious people,
later abandoned by their allies.
You traveled through the foreign countries,
observing people’s fates and faiths.
Learning their history,
you produced the literary gems.
Forty-eight days
killer in the woods
will execution come?
Another innocent soul down
But this time it’s our own
Making us all say goodbye
Because he was shot down by a drive-by
We hear the the streets are at war
But we won’t take it to consideration until the one we love it out that door
We now have to face the truth and embrace
So we can work together to solve this case
Working together we can start promoting positive
To put an end to all the negative
unable to wither away
and crawl under bedrock
wanting to clam up
turn off all the lights
you the grieving father
in unfathomable anguish
the tragedy shakes the world
leaving it breathless
connecting each one of us
through your heartache
compelled to share the burden
immeasurable in its wake
the world not done with
the grieving and mourning
wanting more from you
more than you thought you had left
then unplugged you let us have it
the fruit of pain and suffering
crying collective tears from within
partaking in agony that is yours
poignant in the haunting
of unimaginable despair
moving us all with a ballad meant
to help in our collective process of healing
