Day By Day

Waning love is a cold diamond thing
The hurt pressure
from the thought of losing you
is such a hard burden
Squeezing the hope out of me

Heavy-hearted acceptance ain’t easy,
especially when the weeping pang of separation
comes prematurely rushing through

Day by day,
I get premonition pulse signals of distress

Diamond bit by bit,
I receive this coal crushing feeling

And the hurt pressure
changes the beauty of what once did exist

Your vow of discontentment is tearing us apart
Day by day
Making our bond weaker
every 24/7 ...
I do feel a new heartbreak

Your ice cold eyes tell me the love flame
is no longer lit
As your heart becomes more
Diamond bit by bit

Pointed act of your future departure
pierces my mind deeply
As this soon-to-be severed heart pleads empty

Affectionate feelings voiced are on the decline,
your dispassionate vow sound
has a hollow golden ring

Echoes of neglected conciliatory healing
drowns my restless pain
in watery sheets of serrated discomfort

That jagged sharp sound,
thrust hard through my mate severed soul,
has a diamond sting
An asunder carat cutting my heart in half

Broken altar promise darkly coal uttered,
portends of your leaving

Those sacred two words,
once spoken with past caring intensity,
are now double troubling ...

And “I do” know why that is,
because you no longer desire me
Keeping your two-folded arm distance
is a cold diamond thing

As love on the wane wears the bosom hard bling-bling

Day by day,
my evening pillow dreams
get so very misty sigh moist softer

Diamond bit by bit,
my mourn awakenings
get teary pure carbon crystalline

Premium Member Time Passing Day By Day

Now, each day poses limitless opportunities for stress and strain -
New directions, new pains, new worries, brand-new doors open
Before older squeaky ones have closed, yesterday's problems
Had been mulled over, firmly grasped, solved, and cast aside.

Day by day with God make my way
And to him I can always pray
Doesn't matter wherever I go
Life can be very hard at times
But with God I can hear sweet chimes
With his love my heart always glow
Day by day with God make my way
And to him I can always pray.

Here on earth till see promised land
Life rests in the palm of his hand
Doesn't matter wherever I go
With his love my heart always glow
Day by day with God make my way
And to him I can always pray.

Living Life Day By Day

Living Life Day by Day

I tend to live life day by day,
I always have it's just my way.

Things have been rough for many years,
along the way I've shed many tears.

My life has always been an uphill battle,
it makes it hard to stay in the saddle.

My MOM and best friend passed away in 2002,
since she's been gone I'm not sure what to do.

Friends from poetry soup have gone out of their way,
if it wasn't for their help I might not be here today.

Now all I can do is live life day by day,
like I said it's just my way.

I Am Dying Day-By-Day

I am dying day-by-day
But still I want to live one more day
To change the system of our country
To change the thinking of our human brains
I am from a backward caste
With many hopes and with torn clothes
Still I am first in the class
But nobody want to sit beside me
I am alone and the race is with me
That day I already died
But still I want to live one more day
To change the caste system
To change the human thinking

When I was 19
A girl loved me sincerely
She want to live her whole life with me
And she never bothered about my caste and religion
My love went in deep and deep
Where our souls cannot be seperated
But our religions came in between
She is muslim and I am hindu
Their parents bet us badly
And seperated forever
She married someother
And I died once again
Still I want to live one more day
To change the differences in religions
To establish a new religion called human religion

A widow in my village
Who's husband died in her young age
I want to give her a new life
I thought to marry her
This village people against me and her
Saying a widow cannot be remarried
She should stay alone for the whole life
I tried a lot to get her
But I finally failed
And I died once again
But still I want to live one more day
To change these superstitious believes
To change the human nature

I am dying day-by-day
But still I want to live one more day

Day by day
As the wisdom's of life grow darker
The brutality sadly becomes routine
And the future manifests itself in the present
A child runs barefoot
Fear not little one, the bombs are loud
But angels will run beside you
You shall run free, to speak
Of what no one should ever see
Tears rain down, washing away pain so deep
Old photos, burnt and torn
Your only memories to keep
So be content to rest
With the painful knowledge
Of having what is not

Day By Day

Day by day
The world comes closer to war,
Putin, Trump, Kim Jong-un,
are you all attempting to assert,

Your male dominance,
To prove that,
You can't be pushed around,
yet what does it matter,

nobody wins from war,
You are the Fathers,
of your country,
your people are your children,

Go to war and they die,
Go to war and you have
no power,
you have no empire,

you have only suffering,
Perhaps you can hide,
down in your bunkers,
as the nuclear dust cloud,

Destroys all life,
yet radiation takes,
five hundred years to dissipate,
do you really want to spend,

Your life trapped in a hole,
Muslims think,
they have the right answer,
christians think,

they have the right answer,
No dealt you all think,
you have the right answer,
yet I believe,

That we should forgive the past,
and let everybody,
live their lives,
with their beliefs,

When we die, we'll learn the truth,
Live and let live,
in life, you do not always,
have to be right,

sometimes,
it takes a greater man,
to walk away from the fight,
knowing, he was the one in the right

It does not matter who you are
Muslim, American, Syrian or Jihadi
nobody will win, from another world war,
look around, at your people already dying,

Perhaps you believe,
you're fighting a battle for God,
Yet what an insult, to God,
A God that created life, doesn't need help.

Night By Night Day By Day

night by night day by day i see you
and your smiling face every time you look
at me i think about what we could be together
like inuyasha and kagome kouga and ayame we are one
of a kind and we always will be one.

It Kills Her Day By Day - Breast Cancer Awareness

Her head bald ,
just a teen ,
she was the one called ,
by God , at the age of seventeen .

She will soon leave us ,
for something is in her ,
attacking and killing her ,
silent like a murmur ,

Room number 11 ,
you will see her ,
she cries day by day ,
why was she the only one ???

The virus , bleeds her heart out ,
each day , her soul shouts ,
to stop this silence within her body ,
for she wants to be ordinary …….

She won't be able to walk down ,
Her wedding aisle ,
To become a beautiful bride ,
But , everything will go , once she dies ……..

Her health is deplorable ,
did God choose her ,
maybe she is a good girl ,
and he needs an angel …..

(Serpentine)

Day by day I praise him, pray to him every single day
When I need a friend He'll be there for me and that's when
He shows all his mercy to me and that's always God, He
Praying to him always gives me strength so I continue praying
Of nothing at all he wants me to be afraid of
Love only comes from him and with him I learn just to love
Help God can and he also wants us always to people help
Pray to my Father God for love, hope, peace, for all to Him I just pray.

Day By Day

Life is not an easy task
To live it day by day
For every step that we take
We must think along the way.

There may be some different paths
That we must over come
For once we have conquered them
We are proud of what we’ve done.

We set goals we try to reach
Taking that extra stride
Wanting so much to succeed
When we do we fill with pride.

So much we want to complete
Struggles may come our way
One must always give their all
Living their life day by day.

Day by day we fail to see the cage that holds our sanity
We do not know the folds upon the brain
And if we did I doubt we could know half the things we think we should
For without wings birds would never fly.
Why must we try?

Reaching out we're falling fast
Seconds, minutes rushing past
Hours, days, strata of time
A grotesque tragic pantomime
Caught inside a logic trap
No way out and no way back
Ever falling, ever fearing
Sense the bottom somewhere nearing
Faster pumps the living blood
Awaiting the bone-breaking thud

Blood and bleeding
Crying, needing
Help
And dying.
