Striving For Political Correctness

Striving for Political Correctness

By Elton Camp

It would just be the end
If by words we do offend.
There’s the devil to be paid
If we call a spade a spade.

“Vertically challenged” means short.
“Horizontally challenged,” a fat sort.
“Nondiscretionary fragrance” means we stink.
“Living impaired” means your’re dead I think.

“Cerebrally challenged” and you are plain dumb.
“Hispanic” and it is Mexico that you come from.
“Niceness deprived” tells that you are mean.
As “oppressor-to-be” a young boy can be seen.

“Follicularly challenged” guys really are bald.
“Gay” is what males who hump men are called.
The “residentially flexible” will live out on the street.
“Nontraditional success” and a poor man you meet.

“Economically maximized” describes one rich.
“Economically marginalized” do live in a ditch.
“Visually challenged” is the blind guy you see.
“Reality challenged” people are crazy as can be.

“Locationally challenged” folks are those lost.
“Unjust self-esteem reduction” criticism’s cost.
A “maintenance portal” is the name for a manhole.
While “sexually dysfunctional” is a perverted soul.

The garbage collector is a “sanitation engineer.”
“Petroleum transfer specialist” pumps gas I fear.
The “termination specialist” other people does kill.
“Body entrepreneur” describes a prostitute if you will.

“Factually unencumbered” are the ignorant folk.
“Alternative answer” means an error was spoke.
If lazy, then we aren’t “motivationally disposed.”
“Discretionary fragrance” and perfume is nosed.

The “chronologically gifted” are just old.
“Rustically inclined” is redneck I’m told.
“Vertically gifted” people describes those who are tall.
“Client of the correctional system” a prisoner we call.

“Cerebrally gifted” people are those who are smart.
Be “metabolically challenged,” and dead thou art.
“Nonwaged” and it is a job you do lack.
“Amorally gifted” and a crook you track.

“Knowledge conveyor” speaks of the teacher.
“Personality repressor” describes the preacher.
With a “conceptual conflict” you are not sure.
The “under-alert” just some sleep will cure.

Now we are expected to play the “correctness” game.
Which means we call almost nothing by its true name.
In keeping with that, you see,
This poem is correct as can be.

Political Correctness

Political correctness
Is what it's all about
Makes me want to pull my hair
Run around and jump and shout

I ask myself what's happening?
Where is my right to speak?
Think it's not here any more
Years ago it reached its peak

I'm not in a minority
In color, creed, or sex
My opinions often viewed upon
As a curse or witch's hex

What happened to majority?
No longer is it cool
If I say I'm one of them
I'm something of a fool

The rich and the minorities
Now politically correct
You can tell by what is going on
By the causes and effect

Rule by the majority
If all considered in its view
Is politically correct for all
It's something we should do

We need to band together
Bring the masses to the fray
Be politically correct for all
As it was back in the day

Political Correctness

As always
The tyrant
Wants to silence and oppress
By whatever means,
Even political correctness.

Political Correctness Brings Spiritual Weakness

Political Correctness Brings Weakness!

In our country’s pursuit of “political correctness…”
We’re not in a position of strength… But weakness!
It’s like you can’t hardly say anything anymore…
And you find yourself outside the courtroom’s door!
We may think we’re strong… But we’re weakened!
You may ask; “how could all of this happen???”

We’ve attempted to replace God with a “new morality.”
This has brought a new generation of “moral depravity.”
We bend our laws to what is called; “constitutional.”
And forget about what is truth! And what is biblical!
Even the ten commandments are often ridiculed and scorned.
As a great rise of ungodly living has been formed!
A tide of sexual perversion is what has taken place!
Bringing into my homes, much heartache and disgrace!

God’s truth is often “thrown out,” and avoided!
While a “new kind of living” has often been decided!
We need YOU Jesus! Now! More than ever before!
Our sins, on the old rugged cross, is what he bore!
Jesus is the answer to our problems! He is the solution!
His blood can take away all of the sinful pollution!
Please dear lord, touch and convict us with your power!
Please heal this nation! We need YOU this hour!

Political Correctness

Don't Rock the Boat

The words I hear most often spoken "politically correct"
remind me of, something I heard, by some religious sect
Do not question, "that's taboo" and now you're out of line
not the way you're taught to think, that isn't our design
Ours is the way, you speak and think, so you can get along
just remember left is right, and remember right is wrong
Politically correct it is, carefully choose your words
fury may rain down on you, if you mix up bees and birds

So many things to change and learn, my head is in a spin
always try to pick generic, "correctness" is a win
Not quite sure what passport means, gate is open wide
illegals, (oops) "undocumenteds", show their cards with pride
Voter ID in the way, in many states it's not
you can have, four legs and bark, "the California lot"
Really hard to pick a phrase, with all of them they brag
only one won't get their vote, it's called the "American Flag"

Prayer is gone from all the schools, mats are still in place
"In God We Trust" is all but gone, from this, the human race
I know there are a lot of you, and together you have clout
you need to stand, locked arm in arm, or they "will" burn you out
"Excuse me please?" The warning bell, it makes all of them frown
to them it is an insult, their answer? Shout you down
A hundred thousand, thousand things, that turn our country sour
most left, some right, correct it is, that take us towards that hour

Islamist extremeists? Don't mention them in vain
scared they'll offend one third the world, for the ten percent insane
Yes all lives matter this we know, a lot will disagree
they're the ones that loot and burn, and disrupt lifes harmony
Protected by "corrected" left, they're encouraged in their acts
another ten percenter group, that's twisting all the facts
Unconscious in their warped beliefs, that "their" life is the way
tunnel vision, guides them well, yes each and every day.....

We have to be careful to please, not offend
distorting our language, amend or pretend
that words and expressions no longer exist
for sake of politics...you’re getting the gist?
Restraints keep increasing; how far will they reach?
They offer a hindrance to freedom of speech.
We are sacrificing tradition and song,
beliefs and ideals...that surely is wrong!
They curb celebrations and alter their name
for sake of politics we wallow in shame!
It isn’t a rumour but truly a fact
that mention of Christmas is now incorrect.
I fear that in future, avoiding a crime
will feature much bleeping and talking in mime.

Pc Correctness and Words

I find as I get older
I have to censor what I say
I can't say that a happy man
Seems very, very, gay

I never got the memo
When certain words were made taboo
I never got that message
I' missed that one , did you?

My Nan would send my brother
To the shops to get her fags
I know we aren't allowed to say this
I've been told by P.C nags

I remember the old story
Of Black Peter and St. Nick
Now you can't say either one
or you'd be branded quite the prick

There, I used another one
Prick, somehow made the list
Has anyone seen the memo
It's the one note that I missed

You must call someone Richard
You cannot call him Dick
Damn political correctness
Just brought me back to prick

If you sit and watch the telly
you can't put your feet up on a poof
that gets us back to gay again
The PC folks would hit the roof

Don't start me on Brazil nuts
Remember what we all called those ?
If I put that down in writing
I'd be PC'd in the nose

Men and Women are all persons
This PC stuff just makes me sick
But, just look at them both naked
There, I've worked back round to prick

It takes the fun out of saying swear words
You have to censor all the time
There might be a PC zealot
waiting for a language crime

So, in closing let me tell you
And I will do it with some class
They can take their PC memo
And shove it up their....buttocks (I think is the term used nowadays)!

Don't be proud of who you are,
Or where your family came from.
Your culture or your bloodlines,
Could perchance offend some.

Don't talk about religion,
And don't in public pray.
I tell you true the new taboos,
Will make your hair turn gray.

Don't say you like a certain sport,
Support a certain team,
You may offend some other fans,
May dash their hopes and dreams;

And don't display your moral code.
You'll hurt somebody's feelings,
Depending on their current stance,
Or their political leanings;

But if you worship idols,
Perchance could be a witch,
Or mayhap worship other gods,
The rules then tend to switch.

We don't want to hurt their feelings,
Or make them to feel odd,
So we encourage heathen ways,
And just ignore our God.

Correctness

The incongruity sparkles, dirty diamonds in a drain,
With hackles rising, lips drawn back, in lemon peeling pain;
A psychodrama stage of sleight springboards the stupid head,
“I know,” she thinks, “I’m always right, I know that’s what he said.”

The egotism sponges as a leech ingesting blood,
The eyes are wide, the **** erect, the loins in moistened flood;
A stimulating shafting sort of sycophantic surge.
“His words are all about me now, he can’t control the urge.”

The craziness develops like a Polaroid of junk,
A dustbin lid, a bag of nails, a blue remembered funk;
A schizophrenic symptom in a druggy wrecked-up mind,
Ideas of reference screech, protesting honour is maligned.

The fantasy grows darker like a stain that slowly spreads
Upon the crotch she fumbles with, her fingers cold as lead;
In face of letting loose of grip please don’t forget to smile,
It’s only pretexts in the mind that bothered for a while.

Premium Member We Need To Speak For Those Who Have No Voice

John F Kennedy said this about the people of East Berlin, "the people of East Berlin are voting with their feet." Hence the land of "eloquent silence." Where people were so afraid of being turned into the state police. They were afraid to speak their minds in a socialistic form of government. For the fear of being turned over for questioning and integration by the communist security police.

In spite of what happened during the Vietnam generation. And in spite of what has been happening in Hong Kong and in Valenzuela young American people are favoring a socialist government. They are censoring freedom of expression as hate speech. Which includes any person who disagrees with you. Yes, racist speech is hate speech! And so is censoring freedom of expression by the term political correctness! Political correctness violates free speech!

Remember the days when it was not politically correct in the United States of America to wish people a Merry Christmas? Cities and town were prohibited from Christmas decorations. Especially if they were religious in nature! They even wanted to ban people from displaying Christmas religious decorations on their lawns. People used terms such as happy holidays and season's greetings and they still do today. Which is fine by me!

When I was younger, Winter break was called Christmas Vacation. And spring break was called Easter Vacation. That changed even when I was enrolled in the public school system. I was either in high school or junior high. When it first took effect. Choirs and bands could not sing religious songs.

The ten commandment and religious monuments were being torn down
by people, who wanted freedom from religion. Cites such as Everett Washington had to fight to keep our ten commandments. By designating it as an historical landmark.

People have the basic right not to believe in God if they want to! That's what freedom of religion is all about. People have the right to believe in God if they want to. People have the right to disagree, and I would like to keep it that way!

Love in Christ Jesus!

Political Correctness

Political correct I am not
I say things as they are
If I see a bike on the road
I don't say there's a car.

You might think this is stupid
Calling something that it's not
Political correctness does the same
And it has a sinister plot.

It wants to remove our God given rights
By taking away free speech
It's already entered the modern church
For a different gospel they preach.

There is a spirit behind this madness
And the truth it wants to steal
This evil will destroy our nation
So we better wake up this is real.

It wants to change the truth for a lie
Taking away the things we believe
Political correctness is not of God
It's here just to deceive.
