She is the mother place of all humanity.
From her womb was birthed the first man.
The first self aware and inventive beast,
Standing erect, carrying tools of his own invention.
Science tells us that in the beginning....
All men were black of skin, Negroid of features,
With very limited amounts of body hair.
Befitting of the Continent that bore them.
Great civilisations rose and fell on her bosom.
In Egypt, Kush, Ethiopia, Somalia, Ghana,
While cities like Khartoum, Axum and Timbuktu rose,
We pale-skinned peoples were still living in caves.
Remember Stanleyville and Leopoldville and Carthage.
Remember Rhodesia, Zaire and Zimbabwe. Remember.
Tribes, not nations, in Rwanda, Sudan, Chad, at war.
Little peace, if any, protects the innocent and weak.
Still, the peoples are joyful and positive in outlook.
The Fishermen of Eritrea and Capetown, laugh for the fish.
The Masai, since the dawning of time, are cattlemen.
While Ethiopia is home to the oldest continuous Christian church.
Africa is a land no man may conquer but all men desire.
A continent where desert sands or jungles easily swallow,
And digest entire civilisations, leaving only scant traces.
I cannot but love the Continent and its inhabitants.
After years of thorough research
Total secret from Christian Church
Friends and family have no idea
I invented a perfect panacea
Crafted malleable Time Machine
No one on Earth could have foreseen

our Savior,
was born. In a

was sent to us. Many
came to behold and, led by
the Star of Bethlehem saw Mary
and Joseph with their child, not
just a tiny babe, but the Son of God.
On that Blessed and Holy Night
they knew that Christ was born. Suddenly,
from the clouds above, spirited angels
appeared to them singing glorious hymns
of joy to announce the Savior's birth.
Until now, from long ago, vigils are kept on
Christmas Eve; we gather- pray at Midnight Mass.
Xmas or Christmas, it's all the same;
the "X" means "Chi",
or Christ in Greek.

His creatures failed to listen to His guidelines to grow
and got lost in their own wills. The rest we know.
So the Maker of his creatures animal and Human, the Generator Himself Creator of billions of stars and galaxies
black holes, planets, moons, suns,
time, space and all material, of everything visible and invisible …
decided in Pure Love to send down His Son, His Mirror
to become one of His Creatures. He, the Alpha and Omega,
The Beginning and the End, the second Person of the Blessed Trinity,
God Himself…. Came down to be one of His creatures… His little ones.
He came down and became one of us to lead us, to save us, show us the Way. Christ.
There was a man who did not and would not believe,
who could blame him in a world set to deceive.
One wintry freezing blustery Sunday after his family went to church,
he was watching the birds outside his picture window.
They were freezing to death he could see,
no place to hide and warm themselves in the bare trees.
His bird feeders had toppled in the snow
and his little friends had no where to go.
He quickly went to his entrance door and opened it wide
spread seed and suet in a trail into his house.
“Come inside my little friends he cried!”
I won’t hurt you and you will be safe here with me.
but they didn’t believe him…. Who could blame them
he thought in a world set to deceive….
Then in his anguish for his little friends he thought,
if only I could just for a day become one of them
to fly out there, then they would believe me!
then they would follow me into my house…where it’s warm.
and they would be saved! Poor little ones!
Then he understood….
The next Sunday He filled his birdfeeders
and went to the Christian church with his family.
to give thanks to the Almighty Love.
It was CHRISTMAS day.
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE !!!
Advent is the first celebration of the Christian church,
Its first calendar event, not in December but in November,
On the last Sunday of November, and is normally, usually,
The first festival/celebration of the church year, remember.
Shops sell advent calendars to excite us into Christmas,
Where you can open small, numbered flaps to reveal,
A Christmas sentiment, thought or event as an icon,
Which lets you broad-mindedly appreciate xmas for real.
The four Sundays of Advent mark four different things:
The first destroys the myth Jesus was a total surprise,
Because it finds ancient predictions in Isaiah and Micah,
As the media were the prophets then, with wide open eyes.
The second Sunday lights a purple candle for hope,
Hope for societal revolution of the poor’s healthcare;
And also secondarily, hope in god who would ramify,
This plight so difficult in Jesus’ time, now a familiarity.
The third emphasises that you will find joy, pleasure,
If you believe that Jesus’ message was valid and required,
At that time in which the rich monopolised medicine,
Such that that his followers had to persevere as inspired.
And the fourth Sunday celebrates the Christian church,
Coining a word, incarnation, for the belief in Jesus as god,
For believing that god’s finger touched the baby’s skin,
Validating that parental obedience, that poverty of the kin.
And Advent candles suggest that truth was secured then,
By Jesus death which stated the worth of liberating,
Disabled and ill people into health and happiness,
Because this societal light shines multiply as pervading.

It's safe to assume I had a pretty unorthodox childhood. The blunt of the trauma and confusion being from an innocently named building known as the Stonehouse. Though after the assembly broke up, I believe they changed it to Foundations. Doesn't really matter. My beliefs were muddied back then, when I was a tyke just making it through the day with as much happiness that I could muster. My siblings, however, had it much worse than I. My sister Michelle, thirteen years my senior, grew up without a television set. It's not because we were poor or anything. I wish I could say we were, however; I would even like to say it was because mom and dad were strict and didn't want TV rotting our brains, but unfortunately that's not the case. Watching TV is the work of the devil... didn't you know that? Well I used to believe that anyway. I remember sitting in the living room watching it in secret while dad was away. I remember him saying, in a stern voice "So it seems we're watching TV now, is that it?" It wasn't a question though. He stormed out of the room and we didn't watch anymore TV. He was an Elder of the Stonehouse Christian Church. And that meant business. The great sins according to that house of God were as follows: no guys shall wear sleeveless shirts, nor shall they take off their shirts while swimming (it was always so fun getting that soppy mess of fabric off my chest, after a day at the pool), no one is permitted to listen to any other music besides gospel (the funny thing is that we weren't supposed to be discriminating towards anyone, you know Love Thy Neighbor and all that jazz. No one told me why we couldn't listen to Southern Gospel, though), no fighting back, Turn the Other Cheek, gals should wear dresses, not jeans, their hair must be long and luxurious, and so on and so forth. Even sports were frowned upon if seen from Satan's Telly.

while I totally get it about not drinking alcohol,
I really do think Medical Marijuana
should be deeply and widely prescribed

in response to our current epidemic

Maybe we could at least cooperatively agree
on a health and climate care budget for
Balancing Sacred EgoPlantings with EcoHarvests.
And maybe think about
how our melting icecap and glacier harvesting issues
may be both related and unrelated to
planting 12 foot reptiles
hunting vulnerable prey on MainStreet Texas and Florida,
which seems not so good for national health care
or defense
or security,
or even anything resembling GreatMen global rationality.
I listen to a lot of pop/contemporary Christian music because it's inspiring and really
great. It's as if I'm at a contemporary Christian church in Arlington, Texas, on a Sunday
morning. The music reminds me of my early teens, how I met new friends, and to rejoicing
to the Lord. Out of all of my favorite pop/contemporary Christian music artists, my
favorites are Stacie Orrico, Junp5, Third Day, ZoeGirl, Michael W. Smith, and others. The
music has inspired me to to not only think for myself, but to write my own poems, as well.
When I listen to a lot of pop/contemporary Christian music of the past, the present, and
the future, I get this sad and ominous, but happy feeling. And when I listen to a lot of
contemporary Christian music, it's like I'm reading the Holy Bible, the King James
Version, every single day, as well. I put in a pop/contemporary Christian music CD in a
portable CD player or a radio with a CD player on it, I push play, and when the music
plays, it's like going to a contemporary Christian music festival in Colorado, in
Franklin, Tennessee, or anywhere else, especially when I'm in church. Right now, I'm
thinking about being a born-again Christian in the near future. And if there's going to be
a bunch of brand new pop/contemporary Christian artists and the music industry were to
keep growing and growing, then this is going to be great for all of us pop/contemporary
Christian music fans. I wonder if there's going to be more Christians?
Byzantine chapel
You had to swim a few meters until the find, you had to cut right and into the
rock is stuck the cave. I always felt like a small Byzantine dome that part. An
ancient Christian church remaining to wait until the end of the times. I thought
that I saw byzantine frescos painted in stone. Dride out faces looking at me
silent and serious. Tied with humidity, clams and starfish And salt spilling on
their hair and beards. People ready to make fires. Eyes like calcined charcoal
with crabs tied In garment. Steady, hard and fair fathers, breaths sulfur. The
light flowed from the top to the center with a thin gap. Algae and sea-urchins
like spilt Censer without burning incense and green stones as offerings in the
Sanctuaries left at random. The water reaches the middle and bottom well in
solid sand. I was ashamed to come in the sanctuary of sanctuaries Alone
because their quietness is heavy and their aim holy.

Paul prayed in Ephesus for the Ephesians who were in an infant CHRISTian church. My 1973/1984 ZONDERVAN (US edition) of the NIV (New International Version of the Bible) only capitalizes Spirit, not "he" for God. In a way this is consonant with the Gospels (John chapter 14, is the best corollary): that Jesus said it is best He leave earth, and intercede for humanity at the Father's Right Hand, while the Holy Spirit will continue the teaching He (Jesus) had begin. It is true we live in the ongoing Pentecost (Acts, chapters 1-2) which is the Age of the Holy Spirit since Jesus ascended after some 40 days after crucifixion and Resurrection (Easter). 49 days after "Easter" we celebrate the birth of the church in the holiday you may know as PENTECOST SUNDAY.

Ah, if only they could see the terrible truth,
Of the plans they have to steal power,
From each and every nation on earth,
Are all foretold; Just not the day or hour,
So you just sit back and take it easy,
For these terrifying things can’t be stopped,
They are written, and we from sea to shining sea,
Have no hope except for our lamps to be held up,
Hold the lamp of your faith in our Lord high,
Let all see that you care, love and follow,
The Lord’s two commandments we live by,
To Love God… and Love all people now,
Pray for all as we pass through this test,
Of our faith in our Lord being rewarded,
Which will cause much doubt and unrest,
In those without complete faith in our Lord,
And remember that our job does not change,
As true disciples and as true Christians,
We are to gather the harvest we obtain,
As believers who nonbelievers may shun,
The light is now rising and coming from the East,
And the remnant from every Christian Church,
Must stand together against the terrible beast,
And yet love the new kings who will run the earth,
For each of them will still be God’s children,
And by turning even one of their hearts,
We may be able to save one of them,
And their terrifying plan may fall apart,

It must be clear that God's involvement with a nation or people does not exempt them from their insistent practice of human frailties and evil deeds. Moreover, as one of his many mortal creatures, you and I would agree that we fall so short of His Divine Standard for our lives. In spite of my shortcoming and occasional misdeeds, God is not 'finished' with me yet. It must be equally clear that God is a most loving and patient God, but there is a point of final judgment for individuals as well as nations. At this writing, it does not appear that we have reached that point.
There is no denying that historically, America as a nation has indeed done some atrocious things of which I am ashamed. I will not address those matters here. My point here is limited to the fact that historically, America has always acknowledged the Judeo-Christian God in its major documents.
Also, this nation and the Christian church has held a Biblical worldview for centuries.
God our Maker has always invited us to call His attention to the words He has spoken and written. May we do no less in calling upon our nation to be accountable to the words it has written. In reality, my faith in America is Faith in America's God.
And I say in closing, if for any reason there is a notion that God is finished with America, think again. Indeed, both our nation and the church in America have much to be desired. But no! I do not believe that God has allowed us to lose our 'God Positioning System'. Oh, yes indeed; there is great cause for concern. But make no mistake my friend; God is alive and well in the church and in America as a nation. Again, God is not finished with us yet. God does indeed bless the nation whose God is the Lord. May The Lord ever be our God, and may He continue to bless our nation.
