The meeting of two that enter a union
Trust and respect must be paramount
No barriers in love until such is said
Happiness abounds in loving amount

They pull the stars to smile their night walk
Breeze awaken it sway to join their stroll
No barriers, they talk 'til sunshine kiss the skies.
Uncaring who's around, their grins undisguised

Moments that spur from black and white
When east greets west, who'd have thought
Eye to eye, chest to chest they
Hearts in touch, no barriers no cost

This meeting of two whom's union entered
Their trust and respect now paramount
No barriers in love until such is said
Their happiness abounds in loving amount

Time Barriers

Time Barriers

How can this be
Where did we begin
Not in any kiss
Has passed this secret
Onto the present

Did we miss
Separated in timelessness
Undefined memories
Shimmer in fields
Where your bare feet
Pressed to yellow flowers

I heard you laughing
Dancing will-o-the wisp
Leaned in a doorway
Between worlds
And windows
Of promises

The edge of salvation
Once rested in our arms
We had broken
A thousand nightmares
Hand in hand
Still we walked into
The vanquished dark

Silken threads of another life
Slumbering their stitches
Inside my soul
And life has drawn upon
Its golden needle
To draw me ever closer
To you

Some purpose to purpose
Meant to be
How did we agree
In the great divide
To continue in these separate
Lives

Did I know you would haunt
The remembrance of my blood
Did you know that your pulse
Would someday race
Behind the recognition
Of a strangers face

And love once known
Sings such a peculiar song
Of unknown echoes
Their familiarity
Bringing tears to my eyes
And pierces my heart
With such eternal longings

Far distant your day
Sips on the hours of my night
Alone in our rooms
Behind ocean deep windows
So insubstantial
To reaching thoughts
And the yearnings of love
As to break the walls
Time barriers
All the space between
Our separate lives

And my voice calls to you
Wind from these shores
My eyes will search for you
For ever more
And I will swear
To death and beyond
To find you
One day
Some day
Past time barriers
Never again to leave you

Alone

Melting My Barriers

He lays upon my lips the citrus kiss of sunshine,

the ice warming to a melt in my veins,

alighting the night time within my eyes,

as I now see with star-light, walking star-blind,

I feel his palm in mine, stumbeling along this new path,

not quite akward, but shy, for this new experiance,

each touch, his skin brushing mine, balms me with his warmth,

his eyes compasionate and ever so trusting,

the radience of the suns rays glowing from his essence,

open hearts lay in blooming roses,

hopfully to twine close together,

ill understand forever more, how oranges are compaired to the sun,

as i now compair his lips to the sweet warmth of both,

like a morning glory beneath the dew dropped sun,

i feel this emotion blooming in the cast of our light.

Barriers

as we build barriers to protect ourselves
high walls of isolation and uncertainty
trying to keep our distance from ones
we do not understand
only because they are altered
not like us
if you could walk in someone else’s shoes
for an instant
if you could see through their eyes
for one moment
you might pull down your barrier
feel awareness of their company
show compassion
look deep in your heart and ask
how can I help

A Free World Without Barriers and Flags

How unthinkable is for a Jew and an Arab to walk
side by side and end the atrocities of war!
They wouldn't be afraid of a nuclear weapon attack,
their sky would be blue, not filled with horror;
will their children be taught unprejudiced love
to build that harmonious and peaceful grove?

If religious wars were never fought,
so much grief would be spared
for the ones holding the hateful thought:
wouldn't Jesus be more loved?

If food were given to hungry people,
death would be walking away from all;
many see starvation, but ignore the call...
they rather live well and ignore their struggle.

I must believe in the dream of world peace
when happiness would reign and increase
in lands where justice has been miguided
and the quest for truth has been denied.

Let's hold hands and teach the little ones
never to be remembered of conflicts
that caused woe and death for ages!
Let's write " Peace " on they foreheads:
they will know pure love that can be built with kind hands...
they will create a free world without barriers and flags!

No Barriers

There are no barriers to God's love
he gives us it freely from heaven above
no matter what things come our way
he still loves us each and every day
he knows we will make mistakes
he knows we may not always get things right
but yet he is always with us
watching us lovingly withing in his sight
there are no barriers to God's love
your life he will truly bless
you can receive that love today
just by saying YES.

when Jesus died on the cross for our sins he broke every barrier that seperated us from
God's love, we now live in the freedom of God's Grace because of his great love for us by
sending his only son
nothing can ever seperate us from God's Love. romans 8 38 & 39.

GOD HAS ALREADY DESTROYED THE GREATEST BARRIER.
The temple had three main parts-the courts, the Holy Place (where only the priests could
enter), and the Most Holy Place (where only the high priest could enter, and only once a
year, to atone for the sins of the nation-Leviticus 16:1-35). The curtain separating the Holy
Place from the Most Holy Place was torn in two at Christ’s death, symbolizing that the barrier
between God and humanity was removed. Now all people are free to approach God because
of Christ’s sacrifice for our sins (see Hebrews 9:1-14; 10:19-22). Amen.

Breaking Down Barriers

Truly my friends
My brothers,my sisters;
There is no need to search for love, only
A need to break down those barriers
Which restrain you from it...

Breaking Barriers

If we could breach this gap,
Abolish chains separating us from the right track,
If we could read this untapped map,
Unlock the enigma from butterfly to cocoon sack,

Age would be a meaningless facade,
Along with race it'd have no face,
In this place it'd be an impact-less wad,
Unguarded stars under God amidst space,

Forever changed generation to regeneration,
If we could uncover what was lost,
From the point of influentially susceptible penetration,
Before condensation to storm until frost,

To bring back colorless consideration,
And no concern for money and priceless possessions,
Lace that into daily adulthood preparation,
Then adults could answer children's burning questions,

Grown folks could produce unbiased successors in succession,
Then we could have peace and harmony,
And from their mistakes we'd teach unprejudiced correction,
Far from you and me without the armory,

Full of guns they could settle cultural quarrels,
They'd do that day what we won't tomorrow,
Because they'd have better morals and their laurels,
Free of sorrows and anger to borrow.

Barriers

The Frost poems
try to wake
us to the thread
of our humanity,
to ask us
 to divest ourselves
of all the fear and
vanity,
to see
 through someone else's eyes
 the flower
or the sky.
Why does that seem so hard to do?
But somehow we must try.

Breaking Down Barriers

The day has come to hear the inner voice
Once whispering now yelling it out loud,
The time has come to make a simple choice,
Or drown in shame and forget to be proud.
For years it has been tugging at my heel.
Until I kicked it down and turned away,
Too scared to face the truth and how I feel,
The time for love would come another day.
Yet now the day has come and I feel fear,
Afraid of passion taking o’er my heart,
All senses lost as thoughts now fall apart
But worse, the fear of not having her near.
All barriers broken by her sweet touch,
For her, the girl I love beyond too much.

Barriers

They went around them,
barriers warning of risk
and now they drowned.

Cross Divisive Barriers

We have to cross divisive barriers
When we wade through storms in togetherness;
Water rising like silent couriers
Brings our disposition from this madness.

Beyond much witless pride and prejudice
We take shelter under one roof as one;
Our color, our creed, our culture in bliss
As we nurture new dreams to carry on.

When our faith is strong and strength is renewed,
No bolder blasting from sweltering rain
Will shake, rattle or roll to make us screwed;
We shall heal and overcome growing pain.

There is always light under the tunnel;
Just keep your eyes open through the funnel.

This Wicked Cold

It numbs my hands
It frosts my soul
Plays with my head
This wicked cold
I'm petrified, angry
Frozen, can't think
Thoughts spin in circles
A mental ice rink
I want you to warm me
To melt in my skin
Climb over my glaciers
Heat me with sin
Please hurry come burn me
A storm's to unfold
Flame me, save me
From this cruel wicked cold.

Breaking Down Barriers

It is no small act that follows
no leaps nor bounds
as we are bound
the square, white-washed walls
crumbling, no doors, no sound

but who are we
are we not what one perceives
stuck to our one room box

we break down walls
chains
colour splashes from our minds
deep duck pond greens
clouded and clumsy periwinkle blues
rich like yellow satins
seducing our sky
dawning light down upon our eye

the back, the forth
smoke filled haze
tapping on the shoulder
a tapestry of the trumpets
tip tapping away
we sway

outside the room

pressures pierce the skull
they look inside
they see mirrors
a reflection of their kind
their closed mind
set in their ways and their worries

the world has ended for them
as the books and the doors shut
clenching rosaries and a plethora of pills
to beat the heart or dull the thrills

we're no dolls, nor drills, not make believe
we burn, we live, we breathe
our colours crimson
our lips bitten
our cheeks singed from the sun
blood stains our sanctuary
we don't whine, we will
yes we will

Rise

rise up from the duldroms
the blase acrimony
walk upon the broken glass
bleed

unhook harnesses holding you back
show off your bosoms
your tiger, your grit

stop bending over looking at your rear
trying to replicate yesteryear

storms are fast approaching
thunder fills the halls

be that lightning
a tempest igniting
One, uniquely one,
and all
